Abstract
本发明涉及轮胎的胎圈和轮毂的间隙测量装置,在将轮胎安装到车辆的轮毂上时,测量不仅由于轮胎内部气压,还有车辆本身、乘客及货物等外部环境引起的该轮胎的胎圈在胎圈和轮毂之间的变形,以提供胎圈耐久性提高的轮胎的基础数据,该测量装置包括固定于轮毂(1)的固定部件(2),将轮胎(3)密封从而使其内部的空气压力不泄漏的密封件(4),以及测量胎圈部件(5)的变形量的测量标度销(6)。该测量标度销(6)的中间设置有利用轮胎(3)的内部空气防止所述测量标度销(6)脱落的阻挡件(7)。
Description
发明领域
本发明涉及轮胎的胎圈与轮毂间隙的测量装置,其在轮胎安装到车辆的轮毂上的情况下,测量不仅是由于轮胎的内部气压,还有车辆本身、乘客及货物等外界环境使该轮胎的胎圈在胎圈和轮毂间的变形,提供提高胎圈耐久性的轮胎基础数据。
背景技术
对于已经安装到车辆上的轮胎,受到不仅是通过该轮胎的内部气压,还有车辆,乘客,货物等多重外部负荷。另外,在车辆行走时还受到速度的影响。轮胎的胎圈即用于将所有这样的内部或外部荷重向轮胎的整体传播、以及将轮胎固定到车辆的轮毂上。
通常,在设计轮胎时,使得胎圈部整体均匀地接触轮毂,对该胎圈部和轮毂间的接触部分使荷重的分布均匀。如上所述,由于气压、荷重、车辆的行驶速度而产生的热变形,该轮胎的胎圈部发生变形。即,如图3那样的轮胎的胎圈部件5与安装固定该胎圈部分的轮毂1将不再均匀接触,其一部分如图所示产生变形,发生荷重的分布集中于某一部分的现象,缩短了该胎圈部件5的使用寿命。
胎圈部件5的这种变形造成了车辆轮胎寿命的缩短。
发明内容
本发明就是为了解决上述的问题而提出的,其目的在于提供轮胎的胎圈与轮毂间隙的测量装置,在测量轮毂上安装固定的胎圈部分的变形后,能够评价测量该胎圈部的变形特性,以设计出耐久性得到提高的胎圈部件。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明包括固定于轮毂上的固定部件、用于密封轮胎使其内部的空气压力不泄漏的密封件(packing),以及用于测量胎圈的变形量的测量标度销(scale pin)构成的,在该测量标度销之间,设置有防止上述测量标度销由于轮胎内部空气而脱落的阻挡件(stopper)。

优选实施例的详细说明
下面,参考附图详细说明本发明。
图1是根据本发明的测量轮胎胎圈和轮毂之间变形间隙的装置的全体构成图,图2是设置于本发明的轮胎和轮毂上的测量装置测量轮胎和轮毂之间变形间隙的状态图。
本发明包括固定于轮毂1上的固定部件2、用于密封轮胎3使其内部的空气压力不泄漏的密封件4、以及用于测量胎圈部5的变形量的测量标度销6。在该测量标度销6中间设置有阻挡件7,用于防止由于轮胎3的内部空气使所述测量标度销6脱落。
如图2所示,利用刻度测量胎圈部件5变形量的测量标度销6在轮毂1和胎圈5之间设置在各个角度的多种位置上。这样的多种设置的构造用来具体地测量胎圈5的变形。测量如图3所示那样的胎圈部件5由于变形而与轮毂1分开所产生的间隙,这样测量的数据可应用于提高胎圈耐久性的轮胎设计中。
上述的根据本发明的轮胎的胎圈和轮毂的间隙测量装置以一定间隔设置在轮毂上,对由于气压及荷重、速度等的影响而产生的胎圈部的变形特性进行评价,从而很容易地掌握由于外部荷重而造成的胎圈部件的变形现象。根据对胎圈部件的变形特性的评价,能够设计耐久性得以提高的轮胎。
显然,本发明的装置可用于对小客车轮胎及卡车/公交车用轮胎等任何种类的轮胎的胎圈变形特性进行评价。
Claims (1)
1.轮胎的胎圈与轮毂间隙的测量装置,包括固定于轮毂(1)上的固定部件(2)、用于将轮胎(3)密封使其内部的空气压力不泄漏的密封件(4)、以及用于测量胎圈部件(5)的变形量的测量标度销(6),在该测量标度销(6)的中间,设置有阻挡件(7),用于防止所述测量标度销(6)由于轮胎(3)内部的空气而脱落。
