Abstract

Description
本发明涉及医用设备领域,特别涉及医用导管和插管。在本人的国际专利申请WO9802206中描述了一种用于将导管或插管与连接管相连的改进的接头装置,通过该管向病人输送液体或收集来自病人的液体。这里所述的本发明是关于上述申请WO9802206的变形和进一步的改进。
在WO9802206中具体描述的接头装置具有由该装置的阳部件带有的内花键套,一外花键套管可在阴部件上滑动,以与花键套接合和脱开,以便锁定和打开一罩,该罩可旋转,以确保和阳部件接合在一起,根据下面所述的本发明的变形结构,外键如花键设置在阳部件上,阴部件具有在内表面上设有互配键的可滑动部分。该键适于设置在构成阳部件组成部分的罩上,在所给最佳实施例中,罩上形成有一系列围绕其内圆周面均匀间隔设置的花键。该结构的优点是阳部件的形状使其在外观上稍有不同,采用花键结构的结果是,使医护人员在使用已在输液装置上使用多年的阳接头部件时,会感觉舒适和熟悉。在最佳实施例中,在阴部件上的滑动部包括具有延伸套的套管,其内圆周表面具有一系列在排列和构造上与罩的花键互配的花键。
现在使用的不同种类的一些导管和插管和用于不同特殊应用的导管和插管,如静脉导管、脊髓导管和鼻导管等,与阴接头部件装在一起,该阴接头部件适于与完全相同形式的阳接头部件配合,将要与相应导管结合使用的不同类型输液装置与该阳接头部件装配。由于不能将选错的输液装置连接到导管上,特别是如果要给病人安插多个导管时,错误的连接会造成严重后果,甚至会危及病人的生命。本发明解决了该问题,解决的措施是提供一组或一套用于适用于一个病人的不同应用的相应导管的接头,每个接头包括具有套管的阴部件、具有推入配合在套管内的插头的阳部件、设置在一个部件上并与另一部件旋转接合以保证插头不从套管上脱开的罩以及锁定罩使其不在脱开接合的方向上旋转的锁定结构,例如根据WO9802206的接头装置中的具体结构,根据该应用,其中该组或套中的每个接头具有互配接合在阳部件和阴部件上的部件,适于防止在分别操作阳部件连接到阴部件或阴部件连接到阳部件时,将其连接到该组或套中的另外的接头上。
最方便的是,互配接合件由锁定结构提供,在下面将要做详细说明的接头的最佳形式中,罩上的和套内的花键形式对于每种导管和相关输液装置是唯一的,因此会避免输液装置和导管之间任何错误的连接。
为了有助于完全理解本发明,下面参照附图更详细地说明根据本发明的接头装置的特别实施例,其中:

图中所示的该导管接头装置包括阴部件1和阳部件2,其基本组成实际上与WO9802206中所描述的接头装置大体相同,将参照其做详细说明。阴部件1用于永久连接于插管(未示)上,包括由轴套部4、阀部5和便于确保用手指抓持的手指抓持部6构成的主体。轴套部4具有有螺纹10的边缘,并形成平截头圆锥形套管11。设置在阀部5内的是柔性壁管(未示),柔性壁管一端与套管11相连,其另一端与插管的内孔相连。主体内的径向孔13松松地放置一小球(未示),该小球靠在设置在主体内的柔性管上,可向内靠着柔性管按压该小球,由此压紧关闭通过该管的流体通道,这样该小球和柔性管构成了阀装置。为了有选择地向内按压小球以关闭阀并释放小球以打开阀,将阀致动器15可滑动地安装在阴部件1的主体上,该主体具有一对纵向间隔的凸缘40,该凸缘在与孔13成直线的位置上断开,以便形成用于引导阀致动器15的槽41,阀致动器15具有接合在槽内从而防止阀致动器15旋转的内导向键部42。但是,在WO9802206中描述的阀致动器15可做限制在大约10°至15°内的旋转。该键部42包括使阀球做径向移动的斜表面43,使得当阀致动器在向前位置(如图3所示)时阀关闭,当阀致动器15在向后位置(如图4所示)时阀打开。致动器15的前端部17包括环槽,并有助于在其端位置之间调整致动器,可采用WO9802206中描述的工具进行调整。阀致动器的后端具有通过内花键套44延伸的套管,下面说明其作用。
阳部件2通常为一整体模制件,包括适于良好摩擦配合在套管11内的插头20。罩21绕插头20延伸,并具有内螺纹,与轴套部4边缘上的螺纹10旋合以确保插头20不能从轴套部的套管11中拔出。在罩后部与罩轴向间隔有手指抓持部22,用于在与阴部件1连接时和与阴部件1脱开时抓紧阳部件2。罩21的外圆周表面具有多个均匀间隔的花键45,该花键45与花键套44内形成的花键在形式上互配。将该花键套44与花键罩21相接合,使罩21固定,不相对于阴部件旋转,因此防止非有意旋下罩21和脱开与接头的连接。贯穿阳部件的轴孔从插头的自由端延伸到后部连接件,阳部件通过该后部连接件与一管例如供药装置的输送管牢固地密封连接。
通过相应抓持部6、22抓握阴阳部件1、2将其轴向连接在一起,使插头20插入轴套部套管11,阀致动器15处于最初的使阀关闭的向前位置(图3)。然后阴阳部件1、2相对旋转,将罩21拧在轴套部4的边缘上,从而使罩20牢固密封地接合在轴套部套管11中。阀致动器15沿阴部件1的主体向后滑动,使花键套44套在花键罩21。花键套和/或罩上的花键端部形状使阀致动器15可微微旋转,以便为了接合而将花键进行合适角度校正,如WO9802206所述。如图4和5,当花键套44套住罩21时,阀完全打开,将罩牢固锁定而不能转动,因此防止罩与轴套部4旋开。
为了安全和防止感染,在接合的阴阳部件1、2上设置一外包套或护罩30,将阴阳部件位于抓持部6、22之间的部分包住。该护罩具有沿一边由活动铰接部连接为一体的两部分31、32。一部分上的锁舌48咬合在另一部分上的卡座49中,使两部分接合在关闭状态。护罩的其它细节已在WO9802206中说明。但是可以注意到,护罩30是沿纵向对称的,使其可围绕组装的接头任意装配。为此,罩21与抓持部22之间的轴向间隔距离实际等于阀致动器15在最后部位置时抓持部6和阀致动器15之间的距离。在护罩部分31、32内设置肋条50,使得该肋条接合花键套44,以便在设置阀致动器15以锁定罩21并打开阀之前装配护罩30,由此不能关闭护罩。
所述的接头装置具有WO9802206中的接头装置的所有优点,此外还具有的优点是,该阳部件并非明显不同于公知接头的阳部件。
本发明属于使用不同种类导管的这样的接头系列,每个接头实际上是如上所述的接头,但是该接头具有根据花键的数量、花键的大小和/或花键的空间取向变化的不同花键结构,使实际上构成的阳部件可只使用在一种预定种类的导管上。设置接合的阴阳部件的附加的或变化的其它部分,可适于避免一接头的阳部件可操作地接合于该系列或组内的另一接头的阳部件。例如,该接头可具有形状和/或尺寸不同于下一接头的阳插头和阴套管,使得一个接头的阳部件插头不能装配在不同接头的阴部件套管内。当然小插头可以插入用于较大插头的套管内,但是在这种情况下,不能获得密封连接,如果弄错了而进行这样的错误连接,则会立即指示接头中有液体泄漏。由于具有这样的结构,因此可通过用于血管如静脉或动脉导管的具有最小尺寸插头和套管的接头、用于供给内腔(脊椎骨)药液的具有较大尺寸的接头以及用于鼻插管和胃插管的接头和用于插入胸腔内的导管的具有较大尺寸的插头和套管的接头根据花键的数量、花键的大小和/或花键的空间取向来保证安全。
Claims (18)
1、一种用于医用导管的接头,包括具有套管(11)的阴部件(1)、具有压入接合在套管(11)中的插头(20)的阳部件(2)、固定于一个部件并与另一部件旋转接合以保证插头不与套管脱开的罩(21)以及锁定罩(21)使其不在与所述另一部件脱开的方向旋转的锁定装置,其特征在于:所述锁定装置包括设在阳部件(2)上的外键(45)和在其内表面上设有互配键结构的滑动部(15),滑动部可在阴部件上滑动,使键接合,由此锁定罩(21),使其不在脱开接合的方向上旋转。
2、如权利要求1所述的接头,其中外键(45)设在罩(21)上。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的接头,其中滑动部(15)包括花键套(44),所述花键套的内圆周表面设置有内键。
4、如权利要求1、2或3所述的接头,其中外键和/或内键包括一系列均匀间隔的花键。
5、如权利要求1所述的接头,其中罩(21)牢固安装在阳部件(2)上并具有外花键,滑动部(15)包括与花键罩接合的设有内花键的花键套(44)。
6、如权利要求5所述的接头,其中滑动部(15)可以以实际小于周转的限定角度旋转,用于在滑动部(15)与罩(21)接合时调准花键。
7、如权利要求6所述的接头,其中花键的端部具有一定的形状,该形状使得为将锁定滑动部(15)与罩(21)的接合而使滑动部(15)自动进行任意旋转。
8、如权利要求1至7任一所述的接头,其中阴部件包括具有阀致动器的阀,滑动部可随阀致动器移动。
9、如权利要求8所述的接头,其中阀致动器打开阀的轴向移动接合锁定装置。
10、一种用于医用导管接头的阳接头件,包括用于以推入配合接合在阴接头件的套管中的插头(20),内螺纹罩(21)固定于插头上,用于与阴部件螺纹进行连接,以保证插头(20)不从套管上脱开,其特征在于:在罩上设置外键(45),用于与阴部件的锁定部分接合,以锁定所述罩,使之不在脱离接合的方向转动。
11、如权利要求10所述的阳接头件,其中外键包括一系列围绕所述罩的外圆周表面均匀设置的花键(45)。
12、一种用于医用导管接头的阴接头件,包括轴套部(4)套管(11),用于容纳可通过推入配合而接合于其中阳接头件的插头,轴套部(4)上的装置(10)与阳接头件的内螺纹罩接合,用于保证插头不从套管(11)上脱开,其特征在于:锁定部(15)可相对于轴套部滑动,并包括套(44),套(44)具有内键,用于与设置在阳接头件的罩外部的互配的键(45)接合,锁定所述罩,使之不在脱开接合的方向上转动。
13、如权利要求12所述的阴接头件,其中内键包括一系列围绕花键套(44)内圆周表面均匀间隔的花键。
14、一组或一套医用接头,与适用于不同病人的导管一起使用,所述组或套中的每个接头包括具有套管(11)的阴部件(1)、具有插头(20)的用于通过插入配合接合在套管(11)中的阳部件(2)、设置在一个部件上并与另一部件旋转接合以保证所述插头不与套管脱开的罩(21)和锁定罩(21)使之不在脱开方向转动的锁定装置,其特征在于:所述组和套中的每个接头具有设置在阳部件和阴部件上的互配接合装置(44、45),适于防止操作阳部件或阴部件分别连接于接头组或套中的任何其它接头的阴部件或阳部件。
15、如权利要求14所述的接头,其中接头的锁定装置彼此不相同,以便防止操作各自接头的阳部件和阴部件连接于另外的部件。
16、如权利要求15所述的接头,其中每个接头的锁定装置包括具有滑入或滑出以与设在罩(21)上的互配键(45)接合或脱开的套(44)的滑动部(15),布置所述键,防止滑动部上的键(44)与该组或套接头中的另一接头的设在罩(21)上的键(45)进行可操作的接合。
17、如权利要求14、15或16所述的接头,其中每个接头的阳部件插头和阴部件套管的尺寸和/或形状与其它接头的阳部件插头和阴部件套管的不同。
18、如权利要求14至16任一所述的接头,其中每个接头是由权利要求1至9所限定的接头。
