Abstract
本发明涉及以糖质作物原料如甘蔗、甜高粱的茎或秆为原料压榨出混合汁絮凝过滤得到甘蔗清汁,经多效蒸馏浓缩成高糖浓度清汁进行加酵母酒精发酵。发酵成熟醪蒸馏产生酒精后,产生废液经过多效蒸馏浓缩成65BX浓缩液成动物饲料蛋白。从源头上对废物减量化,并对副产物进行综合利用,副产物滤泥有机肥料和动物蛋白饲料,较好地解决了酒精工业废液污染。通过对甘蔗清汁的浓缩可以实现高糖浓度发酵,发酵成熟醪的酒分达到12%,大大地提高发酵蒸馏设备利用率,节约蒸馏时蒸汽消耗和水耗,从而降低成本,提高经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及以糖质作物压榨出混合清汁发酵生产乙醇的清洁生产工艺,具体说利用糖质作物甘蔗、甜高粱的茎或秆压榨出的清汁,采用发酵法生产乙醇的清洁生产工艺。
背景技术
国家把开发再生能源列入了“十五”发展计划纲要。2001年,中国启动了“燃料酒精能源计划”,制订并颁布了《变性燃料乙醇》、《车用乙醇汽油》等标准,并要求在汽车运输行业中推广使用燃料酒精。使燃料酒精日益成为可以再生的、能替代石油等不可再生矿物能源的清洁能源。
酒精生产原料十分广泛。既可用淀粉质作物如稻米、小麦、玉米、大麦、红薯、木薯、高梁等生产,也可用糖质作物如甘蔗、甜菜、甜高粱等生产。CN99114448.1专利文件公告的就是以淀粉质原料大米、玉米、高粱等发酵法生产酒精的方法。粮食和能源,同属于国家战略物质,目前在粮食仍然紧张的情况下,利用粮食生产酒精,似有不可取之处。甘蔗是碳四植物,具有较高的光合速度和干物质积累能力。近二十年,国外巴西、美国、和澳大利亚等都把以甘蔗为代表的糖质作物作为生物质生产燃料酒精,发展可持续性能源的首选生物质原料。
在中国,甘蔗生产酒精主要是利用甘蔗制糖后的糖蜜发酵生产。一般用原糖蜜稀释成稀糖液加酵母进行发酵。发酵方法有间歇发酵和连续发酵。发酵成熟醪的酒分为8-10%,经多塔蒸馏成高纯度酒精。糖蜜发酵生产酒精排出的废醪液BOD和COD相当高,难以生化处理造成污染环境。
发明内容
本发明提出糖质作物如甘蔗、甜高粱混合汁,经絮凝剂无毒澄清处理得到清汁,清汁浓缩后作为发酵的底物,发酵醪经蒸馏后的废醪液进行多效蒸馏浓缩成动物蛋白饲料的一种生产乙醇的清洁生产工艺。从而克服了采用传统的糖蜜发酵生产乙醇中废醪液BOD和COD相当高,难以生化处理造成污染环境问题,提高原辅材料的利用率,实现真正意义上的废液零排放工艺。
1.采用膨润土-壳聚糖复合絮凝剂无毒澄清处理技术。对糖质作物压榨出混合汁进行澄清,分离清汁和滤泥,分离的滤泥可作为有机肥料,从源头上污染物进行减量化。
2.清汁浓缩到含糖度23%左右,用浓缩后的清汁加酵母进行发酵,提高发酵成熟醪的酒精组分12%以上,从而减少吨乙醇的废液排放量。
3.发酵醪经蒸馏后的废醪液进行多效蒸馏浓缩成动物蛋白饲料。做到废醪液的零排放,解决乙醇生产的废醪液严重污染问题。
本工艺技术特征中涉及的糖质作物是指甘蔗、甜高粱;本工艺适用于各种酿酒酵母进行的发酵;本工艺的膨润土-壳聚糖复合絮凝剂是通过以下方法制备:取壳聚糖(脱乙酰度为90%)20g缓慢溶解于体积分数10%柠檬酸溶液制备成1.0%壳聚糖溶液。1.0%壳聚糖溶液与改性膨润土按50mL∶40g的比例混合,调成膨润土-壳聚糖糊状物,置于60℃鼓风干燥箱中,干燥后研磨成粉末状复合絮凝剂。本发明工艺的最大特点是从源头上进行污染物减量化,并对副产物进行综合利用,较好地解决了酒精工业废醪液污染。其次通过对甘蔗清汁的浓缩可以实现高糖浓度发酵,发酵成熟醪的酒分可达到11-12%,副产物滤泥作为有机肥料和废醪液浓缩作为动物蛋白饲料。三,去除甘蔗压榨混合汁中固体悬浮物和酵母不可利用发酵酒精的非糖分胶体物质如果胶,树胶,多糖类物质,并防止这些高分子有机物经过高温蒸馏过程形成难降解物质,这些难降解物质附着沉积蒸馏塔壁和管道壁,影响热的传导而增加能耗,甚至造成粗馏塔的堵塔现象的可能性。四,由于清汁浓缩成高糖浓度发酵,大大地提高发酵蒸馏设备利用率,节约蒸馏时蒸汽消耗和水耗,从而降低成本,提高经济效益。

图1中壳聚糖和膨润土首先进行复配,制备出膨润土-壳聚糖复合絮凝剂,与糖质作物的混合汁进行混合并搅拌絮凝处理,经快速沉降器进行沉降处理后,倾滗出上清液。下浊液经板框过滤得到清液与倾滗的上清液混合成甘蔗清汁,下浊液过滤得到的滤泥作为有机肥料,将甘蔗清汁经多效蒸馏浓缩技术浓缩到含糖度23%左右,再进入发酵体系以制备含高酒分乙醇的发酵醪。成熟发酵醪经蒸馏成乙醇,废醪液经多效蒸馏浓缩技术浓缩成60°BX以上浓缩液作为动物蛋白饲料。

具体实例:
取甘蔗茎经两次压榨后得到甘蔗混合汁(15.4°BX),采用膨润土-壳聚糖复合絮凝剂(制备方法如上所述)进行无毒澄清处理,分离的滤泥其成分为无机固体物和无毒有机成分可作为有机肥料,絮凝剂澄清过滤的甘蔗清汁经多效蒸馏浓缩成浓度为28°BX左右(蔗糖分21%)甘蔗清汁500L,利用700L发酵罐加活性干酵母进行高糖浓度发酵,发酵成熟醪酒精含量体积分数12.6%,残留糖分0.1%,酸度0.43。发酵成熟醪蒸馏后废醪液经多效蒸馏浓缩成68°BX浓缩液(总蛋白质含量23.6%)作为动物蛋白饲料。
Claims (3)
1.一种发酵生产乙醇的清洁生产工艺,特征是膨润土-壳聚糖复合絮凝剂通过以下方法制备:取脱乙酰度为90%的壳聚糖20g缓慢溶解于体积分数10%柠檬酸溶液制备成1.0%壳聚糖溶液;1.0%壳聚糖溶液与改性膨润土按50mL∶40g的比例混合,调成膨润土-壳聚糖糊状物,置于60℃鼓风干燥箱中,干燥后研磨成粉末状复合絮凝剂;
