本发明针对所有的甘蔗生产黄腐酸及甘蔗制糖副产品糖蜜生产黄腐酸。 背景技术
黄腐酸是腐植酸中的一个类别。在自然界一般的腐植酸资源中黄腐酸含量较少 所以黄腐酸的提取是近几年国内外重要的研究课题。
发明内容
相 ttmi^ ^黄腐酸生产过程中, 无废水、 废气、 固体废弃物的打排放。 属低碳经济, 循环经济范畴。 在生产黄腐酸的过程中, 还可产出可再生燃 料、 有机肥料、 气态或液态或固态二氧化碳、 乙醇四个副产品。 用糖蜜生 产黄腐酸也无废水、 废气、 固体废弃物排放, 还可产出气态或液态或固态 二氧化碳两个副产品。

具体实施方式
本发明是以鲜甘蔗为原料, 经压搾、 发酵、 浓缩、 蒸馏、 干燥工序制取固 体黄腐酸。

、 根据权利要求 1所述的用甘蔗生产黄腐酸的方法, 其特征在于用鲜甘蔗经压 搾机榨取出甘蔗汁浓縮后经发酵罐发酵蒸馏后再进行干燥制取固体黄腐酸。 、 用甘蔗制糖生产的副产品糖蜜生产黄腐酸的方法包含稀释设备、 发酵罐、 蒸 馏设备、 浓缩干燥设备。
、 根据权利要求 2所述的用糖蜜生产黄腐酸的方法, 其特征在于用糖蜜经稀释 后经发酵罐蒸馏后再进行干燥制取固体黄腐酸。
