本发明属于环保技术,涉及一种燃煤锅炉烟气中二氧化硫的回收利用方法,具体是一种燃煤烟气低氧化率脱硫方法。其在脱硫塔中的处理工艺及参数是:a.降温除尘,对进入塔低的烟气首先用水喷淋洗涤,使烟气温度在在2-3秒内降至40~50℃;b.第一级吸收,用浓度在500~650g/l,pH值为5.2~6.2的铵盐吸收液进行喷淋吸收;c.第二级吸收,用浓度在300~500g/l,pH值为5.4~6.5的铵盐吸收液进行喷淋吸收;d.对吸收处理后的烟气进行水洗除雾,洗脱烟气中夹带的吸收液后排空。本发明可降低氨法脱硫过程中的氧化率、提高副产品利用价值。

燃煤烟气低氧化率脱硫方法
技术领域
本发明属于环保技术,涉及一种燃煤锅炉烟气中二氧化硫的回收利用方法,具体是一种燃煤烟气低氧化率脱硫方法。
背景技术
燃煤锅炉产生的烟气中含有大量可污染环境的SO2,必须对其进行脱硫处理后才能排放。在燃煤烟气的处理方法中,氨法脱硫是目前采用的主要方法之一,由于氨法脱硫可副产硫氨化肥和可用来制造硫酸的高纯度SO2,具有较好的市场价值,因而可以降低脱硫成本甚至盈利。
氨法脱硫及二氧化硫的回收利用机理如下:
1、脱硫主反应:二氧化硫与氨反应生成亚铵盐的反应
(X=1.2-1.6)
2、脱硫副反应:亚铵盐被烟气中剩余氧氧化成硫酸盐
3、二氧化硫解吸生产硫酸机理:
由以上机理可知,若设副反应氧化率为Y,则整个过程共生产硫酸(1-Y-x/2)、硫铵(Y+X/2),即氧化副反应越少,生产硫酸越多,氨水使用越少。
氨法脱硫过程中因气液反应温度低、烟气中的氧含量高、气液接触充分等原因亚铵的氧化不可避免,所以一般皆以硫酸铵作为主要脱硫产品。但硫铵市场存在较大的局限,从经济上考虑,应减少硫铵的产出,增加二氧化硫的产出,以便生产出市场价值更高的硫酸或液体二氧化硫等副产品。也就是说,降低脱硫过程中的氧化率有利于体现和提高二氧化硫的价值。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可降低氨法脱硫过程中氧化率、提高副产品利用价值的燃煤烟气低氧化率脱硫方法。
本发明的方法是在脱硫塔中进行,脱硫塔中设置三级烟气处理段,依次为降温除尘段、第一级吸收段和第二级吸收段,每一级烟气处理段设置有喷淋装置,其工艺过程及参数如下:
a.降温除尘:对进入塔低的烟气首先用水喷淋洗涤,使烟气温度在在2-3秒内降至40-50℃;
b.第一级吸收:用浓度在500~650g/l,PH值为5.2~6.2的铵盐吸收液进行喷淋吸收;
c.第二级吸收:用浓度在300-500g/l,PH值为5.4~6.5的铵盐吸收液进行喷淋吸收;
d.对吸收处理后的烟气进行水洗除雾,洗脱烟气中夹带的吸收液后排空。
本发明的方法具有如下优点:
1、将烟气温度骤降到40-50℃进行脱硫,可保证脱硫效果。因为SO2和氨只有在温度低于40-50℃才会充分反应,让脱硫反应尽快进入最佳条件有利于保证总脱硫效率;
2、降低温度可以降低亚硫酸盐向硫酸盐转化的速率,有利于降低整个过程的氧化率;
3、将烟气降低温度,大大降低了介质对设备的腐蚀,延长了设备使用寿命。
4、利用亚硫氨氧化反应与溶液盐浓度之间的特殊关系,在第一级吸收过程中使用高浓度的铵盐进行吸收,有效地降低了整个过程的氧化率。因为在通常情况下,在一定的浓度范围内,亚硫铵氧化速率随其浓度增加而增加;但当浓度超过一定数值时,氧化速率随浓度增加而降低,在较高浓度时亚硫铵氧化速度很低。

具体实施方式
本发明的一个实施例如下:
75t/h燃煤工业锅炉一座,烟气量110000Nm3/h,锅炉耗煤量18.48t/h,燃煤的全硫3%,排烟温度170℃,原始含尘6500mg/Nm3,电除尘效率98.5%。脱硫塔φ4500×H24000,其结构如图1示,设置有三级烟气处理段,依次为降温除尘段1、第一级吸收段2和第二级吸收段3,每一级烟气处理段设置有喷淋装置4。
烟气处理流程及参数如下:
降温除尘——对进入塔低的烟气用水喷淋洗涤,喷淋量120m3/h,洗涤液为32℃锅炉废水和补充水,烟气出降温除尘段的温度为47℃,补充水8m3/h。洗涤水过滤后循环使用,部分用于配料。
一级吸收——吸收液浓度620g/l,PH值6.1,喷淋量120m3/h。吸收后液分三部分,一部分送二氧化硫脱吸工序,另一部分串流入第二级吸收液,剩余部分加氨调节PH后循环。
二级吸收——铵盐吸收液浓度320g/l,PH值5.7,喷淋量120m3/h。吸收后液分两部分,一部分串流入第一级吸收液,剩余部分加氨调节PH、用降温水补充后循环
水洗除雾——喷水量5m3/h
结果:
副产铵盐成份为亚硫酸铵193g/l、亚硫酸氢铵436g/l、硫酸铵32g/l、即氧化率为3.85%、氨耗为0.346t/tSO2。尾气中二氧化硫含量89mg/Nm3,尾气中氨的含量12mg/Nm3

Claims (1)

1、一种燃煤烟气低氧化率脱硫方法,其特征是:该方法在脱硫塔中进行,脱硫塔中设置三级烟气处理段,依次为降温除尘段(1)、第一级吸收段(2)和第二级吸收段(3),每一级烟气处理段设置有喷淋装置(4),其工艺过程及参数如下:
a.降温除尘:对进入塔低的烟气首先用水喷淋洗涤,使烟气温度在在2-3秒内降至40~50℃;
b.第一级吸收:用浓度在500~650g/l,PH值为5.2~6.2的铵盐吸收液进行喷淋吸收;
c.第二级吸收:用浓度在300-500g/l,PH值为5.4~6.5的铵盐吸收液进行喷淋吸收;
d.对吸收处理后的烟气进行水洗除雾,洗脱烟气中夹带的吸收液后排空。
