Abstract

Description

用于编辑物覆膜的方法与设备
本发明涉及一种对编辑物进行覆膜的方法,编辑物诸如书,折叠小册子,明信片,贺卡,杂志,日历,小广告画,照片,照相版等。
此外,本发明涉及一种对编辑物进行覆膜的设备。
众所周知的对书本或其它编辑物进行覆膜的方法是使用所述编辑物的最大尺寸的膜,该膜以绕每一编辑物的大小被切断。
但是这种装置产生了材料的过度浪费。
另一种使用膜的覆膜方法,完全用粘胶带或双层粘胶带覆在书面上或编辑物上。
这种覆膜的不利处是易于移动。
还存在这样的膜,它们仅被折叠或围绕,并有附加部分:即书签或对页角的保护物。
本发明的另一个目的是实施对编辑物进行覆膜的方法,它允许这种编辑物仅在几分钟内以很低的成本用特制的膜覆膜。
本发明另一个目的是实施对编辑物进行覆膜的方法,它能在公知的标准角熔接机械上生产。
这些和其它的目的是通过对根据权利要求1的编辑物的覆膜方法实现的,这种引用是基于简洁的原因。
此外,本发明的目的是提供了一种用于编辑物覆膜的设备,该设备允许以标准规程对编辑物进行覆膜,特别削除了浪费,并允许对物体的最大宽度范围进行覆膜。
本发明的对编辑物进行覆膜的设备是由权利要求9限定,这种引用是基于简洁的原因。
本发明更进一步的特征被附加于本申请的其它权利要求所限定。
本发明进一步的目的和有利之处通过如下对附图和实施例的描述更清楚。

参照图1-10,本发明的方法包括对书本或其它编辑物的覆膜,其整体用标记10表示,由带有热塑膜11的卷轴21实现,在所要求的尺寸中由机械设备弯曲。
此外,热塑膜11的片材有一固定折边12,它比折边13窄,在以后的方法中将被切除。
从图1中看,将被覆膜的带有许多页16的书10被打开放置在折叠膜11上,通过下述方式,书10要覆膜的一边14被塞进小折边12中,该小折边被卷轴21所固定。
随后,一直打开的书10被放在热塑膜11上,通过下述方式,要覆膜的两个边14和15被塞入膜11的折边里,具体是要覆膜的折页15被塞入热塑膜11的大折边13中。
此外,书10被打开,所有的页16放在窄折边12上;从图2中可以看出这种方法的结果。
为了更方便,书10的插入在远离膜11的封合熔接点30处进行。
如图3所示,书10靠近膜11的顶部熔接点30处设置,随后被推入用于纵向切割和熔接的理想位置,这些是通过使用带有热电阻18的杆17来完成的。
从图14中可以看出,膜11通过杆17被切割,并使用热电阻18和膜本身的折边同时进行熔接;以便相对膜11的顶部熔接点30而封闭书10的长边。
书随后在膜11的宽折边13处合上并被翻转以便放置,使用杆17切掉相应于膜11的超出部分13的膜11,同时使用热电阻18熔接折边;这些操作在图5-7中示出。
这样书10通过使用如上所述的覆膜方法被完全装在保护层里,书难以移动,除非覆盖膜被故意损坏。
与上述方法不同的是,热塑膜11的折边19和20通过使用至少一个附加熔接被添加在书10的封面14和15的两个内面的至少一个上。
本发明的方法也能通过使用已知的标准角熔接机械,仅用一个操作对相同的书籍和/或相同尺寸的物品进行两个熔接和一个剪切操作。
在这种情况下,图9示意地表示了一已经折过并形成折边12和13的热塑膜片11由一卷轴21供给。
书10放在热塑膜11的片材上,封面14和15的末端如上文所述插入膜11的折边12和13中。
杆22装有一热电阻23,杆24装有一热电阻25,它们各自执行书10长边的切割与修剪及书10插入宽折边13里的边的修剪以及宽折边13的切割。
必须指出,使用了合适的薄膜尤其是热收缩膜,所述的方法能够在熔接机械上执行,以产生书10覆盖膜的更大粘合力。
本发明的方法也能自动化,在图10中按箭头F所示的方向当膜11的折边31和32平展,成形和未被折叠时,插入打开的书。
在这种情况下最好折边31和32具有相同的宽度。
此外,本发明涉及一种对编辑物覆膜的设备。
参见图11-27,本发明的设备其整体用标号110表示。
本发明的设备允许对编辑物111(图11中的书111)覆膜,其使用带有热塑薄膜的卷轴,该热塑薄膜用机械设备卷绕并在要求的尺寸范围内。
热塑膜可在相同的边或不同的边被折叠一次。
具体地,设备110提供一工作平台113,其上安放一从热塑薄膜114上切割下的片材,该片材两侧带有折边115,116,以便卡住书111进行覆膜。
此外,来自于热塑薄膜114的卷轴的片材提供一固定折边115,它比折边116窄,并在以后的方法被修剪。
设备110还包括多个卷轴117,118和119(如需要也可以多于三个),在不同尺寸编辑物的覆膜中可用于不同尺寸的薄膜。
设备110还有一张紧杆120,它在右侧位置停在操作者所要求的点上,该杆装有一热电阻121,铰接于125内,用于切断并同时熔接热塑薄膜114。
在铰接点125的另一侧,设备110包括一直的固定肋124,用于更好地固定用于覆膜的书籍。
另一侧设有卷轴117,118和119,一直元件126被设置成可沿直的固定肋124滑动。
装有热电阻121的杆120有一梯形截面的刀锋127。
如图11所示,刀锋127的形状允许非常精确的工作,并能与要覆膜的书111线形安放。
设备110用于对编辑物进行覆膜的功能将在下文简短描述,参照第二种类型的编辑物,特别是明信片128来描述设备110的多个用途。
将要覆膜的明信片128打开放置在工作台113上的折叠膜114上,通过如下方式,明信片一边插入热塑薄膜114的小折边115内,该折边被同样的卷轴112固定。
随后,一直打开的明信片128被放在热塑薄膜114上,通过如下方式,其平展的两边被插入薄膜114的折边里。
明信片128靠着薄膜114的熔接头123设置,并随后被插入一标准位置,以切割并纵向熔接相对侧边,该操作使用带有热电阻121的杆120。
薄膜114被铰接在125上的杆120切割,并同时用热电阻121进行熔接,同样薄膜的折边在其长边相对于薄膜114的熔接头的边上封闭明信片128。
随后,明信片128沿薄膜114的宽折边被合上并翻转以便定位并执行修剪操作,该修剪工作是使用杆120切割薄膜114的超出部分,同时使用热电阻121熔接折边。所有的这些操作在直的固定肋124和与其基本垂直的直滑动元件126的帮助下很便利并动作精确。
必须指出,即使在这种情况下,如图16所示,具有梯形横截面形状并属于装有热电阻121的杆120的刀锋127,提供了更好的精确程度,并能沿要覆膜的明信片128对准。
这样,我们获得了用上文所述方法制造的完全容纳在保护层里的明信片128。
对不同尺寸的编辑物进行覆膜,能使用来自不同的辊117,118和119的不同卷轴,这进一步证明了设备110的多种用途。
此外,还必须指出,设备110描述了一带有弹簧130的张紧装置,它用聚四氟乙烯作为熔接保护套,这样更易于定位。
此外,当不使用时折边能被升高以降低设备110的阻碍。
在用相同的卷轴136覆膜时,相同的边134和135对标准可折卡进行覆膜时,熔接也能被自动执行,以产生信封132和封面131为一体地可折卡133。
在用单个的折叠卷轴140覆膜时,不同的边对信封式包装件进行覆膜时,熔接也能被自动执行,以产生带有封面138和可移动膜137的印刷物139。
一完全封闭封面150还能用有相同边的单折叠薄膜141来制造,并在两边熔接。
本发明还提供了一卷轴的快速替换设备,它带有使用元件142和143的弹性安全块。
图13描述了可抽架144,它允许物品比工作台113更大,并通过使用制动器145被安装。
涉及本发明设备的元件126的直滑动肋被安装到抽出架的侧面,以便在熔接中进行校直。
从图15和16可以看出,上辊的复原卷轴被装在卷轴架上,各自用150和152表示,薄膜对于熔接区域的移动目的是为了便于操作并有助于熔接的分离。
复原卷轴150和152的支撑151和153朝着辊架的支撑159被折叠,当机器不使用时降低了阻碍。
通过使用附加脚154,辊架也能在颠簸状态下工作,并允许机器在相当小的表面使用。
通过上文的描述,编辑物覆膜的方法和设备的特点就很清楚了,这正是本发明的主题,也是其优点。
具体地,这些特点是:
-减少原料浪费
-工作精确因而覆膜质量高;
-覆膜成功的可能性是永久的且对于书的保护不易于移动;
-可接受的成本下的快速容易的覆膜方法;
-使用相同卷轴对不同尺寸的书进行覆膜的可能性;
-使用市场已有的机械的可能性并使方法自动化。
最后,很明显对编辑物覆膜的方法和设备能制成多种变形,基于本发明主题,不偏离本发明的原理的各种变形都在本发明保护范围内。
在本发明的实际执行中,具体的材料,形状和尺寸可以根据要求是各种各样的,它们可以被在技术上相同的其它东西所替代。

Claims (19)

1.一种用于编辑物覆膜的方法,其特征在于至少包括如下一个步骤:将要覆膜的编辑物(10)放在两侧装有折边(12,13,31,32)的热塑薄膜(11)上,这样在所示折叠的薄膜上打开的上述编辑物(10)其封面上的边(14,15)插入上述折边(12,13,31,32)内;引起上述编辑物(10)与熔接头(30)连接,从而在一合适位置切割掉多余的薄膜,并按要求熔接,以修剪上述编辑物(10)的侧边,其中上述切割和修剪操作是通过装有热电阻(18,23,25)的杆(17,22,24)执行的。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于使用的热塑薄膜(11)由一卷轴(21)进给,其中热塑薄膜(11)内提供一固定折边(12),而上述打开的编辑物(10)放在折叠薄膜(11)上,这样其封面(14)的一边插入折边(12)里,封面(15)的另一边插入相对的折边(13)里。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于固定折边(12)比相对的折边(13)更窄。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于在上述编辑物(10)已放置在热塑薄膜(11)的熔接头(30)上之后,热塑薄膜(11)被切割,并同时用装有热电阻(18)的杆(17)纵向熔接。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于上述切割和修剪操作使用装有热电阻(23,25)成拐角形设置的杆(22,24)执行,这样仅用一次操作就执行两个熔接和修剪。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的方法,其特征在于它进一步包括一步骤,其中在封面(14,15)内面的两面上的热塑薄膜(11)的折边(19,20)通过附加熔接被加到编辑物(10)上。
7.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于上述薄膜(11)是热收缩膜,在熔接机器上使用,以便使薄膜完全粘接到上述编辑物(10)上。
8.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于上述编辑物(10)在热塑薄膜(11)产生折边(31,32)之前被打开插入,而上述折边(31,32)有相同的宽度。
9.一种用于编辑物(111,128)覆膜的设备(110),其特征在于包括一工作台(113),其上放置从卷轴切割而来并对上述编辑物(111,128)覆膜的热塑薄膜(114)的片材,至少一个或多个卷轴(117,118,119),从卷轴上松开上述热塑薄膜(114),一装有热电阻(121)的杆(120),切割并同时在上述书(111)上熔接上述热塑薄膜(114),而上述杆(120)有一梯形截面的刀锋(127),于是上述刀锋(127)的截面的垂直边可以与上述编辑物(111,128)校准。
10.如权利要求9所述的设备(110),其特征在于上述杆(120)被铰接(在125中)在上述工作台(113)的一侧。
11.如权利要求9或10所述的设备(110),其特征在于在上述工作台(113)的一侧通过提供一固定直肋(124)以更好地对要覆膜的物体(111)定位。
12.如权利要求11所述的设备(110),其特征在于在上述卷轴的另一侧装有一直元件(126),它沿固定直线(124)移动,还能被系在可调架上并大体上垂直于该架。
13.如权利要求9至12所述的设备(110),其特征在于包括用于不同尺寸的热塑薄膜(114)的多个卷轴(117,118,119),该卷轴用于不同尺寸编辑物(111)的覆膜。
14.如权利要求9至13所述的设备(110),其特征在于对卡片,明信片,参观卷或类似物品,卷轴的范围对于标准的普通使用的物品是合适的尺寸,对另一些物品,两个熔接方法被随后使用。
15.如权利要求9至14所述的设备(110),其特征在于允许用不同边的单折叠膜实现包装,该包装能像信封一样被打开,并能用一双面粘胶带封合,而这种系统要求单个熔接,因而能自动化生产。
16.如权利要求9至15所述的设备(110),其特征在于有一用于物品的可抽出架(144),该架比上述工作台(113)更大,并能通过使用制动装置(145)被固定在一位置。
17.如权利要求9至16所述的设备(110),其特征在于上辊(150,152)的复原卷轴被装在卷轴架上,从熔接区拉离薄膜的目的是为了便于操作并有助于熔接的分离。
18.如权利要求17所述的设备(110),其特征在于上辊(150,152)的支撑臂(151,153)能被折向卷轴架的支撑座(159),因而当机器不使用时降低了阻碍。
19.如权利要求8至18所述的设备(110),其特征在于包括附加脚(154),附加脚允许卷轴架在颠簸状态下工作,因而提供了在相当小工作面上使用机器的可能性。
