本发明提供一种数字电视广播接收机,其中包括:接收包含再生时刻信息的图像数据、包含再生时刻信息的声音数据以及包含基准时间信息的数据的电路;将所接收的图像数据译码的图像译码电路;将所接收的声音数据进行译码的声音译码电路;根据基准时间信息,生成与基准时间同步的接收端时刻信息的电路;在声音数据的再生时刻信息和接收端时刻信息一致时输出声音数据的电路;以及在图像数据的再生时刻信息与接收端的时刻信息相一致时输出图像数据的电路,其备有在切换了频道时,针对频道切换后最初接收的图像信息,不考虑其再生时刻信息,而直接输出该图像的控制电路。

技术领域
本发明涉及数字电视广播接收机。
背景技术
在数字电视广播中,已知声音数据和图像数据是非同步发送的。在数字电视广播接收机中,利用包内的时标(PTS),取得图像与声音的同步。在变更了频道的情况下,即使图像数据比声音数据还早地接收,为了获取图像和声音的同步,停止图像输出,直到成为对应于所接收的图像数据的时标的时刻为止。由此,在变更过频道的情况下,具有到图像输出的时间变长的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种在频道变更了的情况下,可以缩短到图像输出为止的时间的数字电视广播接收机。
本发明的第一数字电视广播接收机,其中包括:接收包含再生时刻信息的图像数据、包含再生时刻信息的声音数据以及包含基准时间信息的数据的机构;将所接收的图像数据译码的图像译码机构;将所接收的声音数据进行译码的声音译码机构;根据基准时间信息,生成与基准时间同步的接收端时刻信息的机构;在声音数据的再生时刻信息和接收端时刻信息一致时输出声音数据的机构;以及在图像数据的再生时刻信息与接收端的时刻信息相一致时输出图像数据的机构,其特征在于,备有在切换了频道时,相对频道切换后最初接收的图像信息,不管其再生时刻信息,而直接输出该图像的机构。
本发明的第二数字电视广播接收机,其中包括:接收包含再生时刻信息的图像数据、包含再生时刻信息的声音数据以及包含基准时间信息的数据的电路;将所接收的图像数据译码的图像译码电路;将所接收的声音数据进行译码的声音译码电路;根据基准时间信息,生成与基准时间同步的接收端时刻信息的电路;在声音数据的再生时刻信息和接收端时刻信息一致时输出声音数据的电路;以及在图像数据的再生时刻信息与接收端的时刻信息相一致时输出图像数据的电路,其特征在于,备有在切换了频道时,相对频道切换后最初接收的图像信息,不管其再生时刻信息,而直接输出该图像的控制电路。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
图1是表示数字电视广播接收机的构成的框图。
数字电视广播波经过图中未示出的天线以及调谐器(tuner)1,而被发送至解调电路2,进行解调。将解调电路2的输出发送至Demux电路3。
Demux电路3进行分组的译码,从包中抽取出基准时间信息PCR(Program Clock Reference)、图像数据及其再生时刻信息PTS-V、声音数据及其再生时刻信息PTS-A等。
图像数据存储在图像输出电路4内的缓存中。另外,声音数据存储在声音输出电路5内的缓存中。基准时间信息PCR被送至PLL 6处。控制器10监测PLL 6,生成与基准时间信息PCR同步的接收端时刻信息。
将被传送至图像输出电路4的图像数据的再生时刻信息PTS-V以及被传送至声音输出电路5的声音数据的再生时刻信息PTS-A发送至控制器10。
控制器10在接收端时刻信息与发送至声音输出电路5的声音数据的再生时刻信息PTS-A一致时,向声音输出电路5发送用来输出具有当前再生时刻信息PTS-A的声音数据的指示(输出指示)。声音输出电路5在接收输出指示后,输出缓存所存储的具有当前再生时刻信息PTS-A的声音数据。即,声音数据的输出控制处理如以往那样。
原则上来说,控制器10在接收端时刻信息与发送至图像输出电路4的图像数据的再生时刻信息PTS-V一致时,向图像输出电路4发送用来输出具有当前再生时刻信息PTS-V的图像数据的指示(输出指示)。图像输出电路4在接收输出指示后,输出存储在缓存中的具有当前再生时刻信息PTS-V的图像数据。
然而,在切换了频道时,控制器10针对频道切换后最初向图像输出电路4发送的图像数据,不管该图像数据的再生时刻信息PTS-V,而直接输出。在该点上,图像数据的输出控制处理与以往不同。
图2是表示切换了频道时的图像数据的输出控制处理顺序的流程图。
若切换频道(步骤1),则将首次输出标记F进行置零(F=0)(步骤2)。
接着,判断由Demux电路3对一个PS包的译码是否结束(步骤3)。
判断利用译码是否抽取出图像数据(PS包中是否包含图像数据)(步骤4)。在利用译码未抽取出图像数据的情况下,回到步骤3。在利用译码抽取了图像数据的情况时,判断首次输出标记F为置零(F=0)还是设置(F=1)(步骤5)。
在首次输出标记F被置零(F=0)时,利用译码而抽取出的图像数据,被判断为频道切换之后最初接收的图像数据,在设置首次输出标记F后(步骤6),向图像输出电路4输出用于直接输出该图像数据的图像输出指令(步骤9)。然后,返回步骤3。
在上述步骤5中,在设置有首次输出标记F(F=1)的情况下,通过译码而抽取出的图像数据被判定为在频道切换后的第二次以后所接收的图像数据,获取该图像数据的再生时刻信息PTS-V(步骤7)。而且,若接收时间信息与所获取的再生时刻信息PTS-V一致(步骤8),则向图像输出电路4输出用来输出该图像数据的图像输出指令(步骤9)。然后,返回步骤3。

1.一种数字电视广播接收机,其中包括:接收包含再生时刻信息的图像数据、包含再生时刻信息的声音数据以及包含基准时间信息的数据的电路;将所接收的图像数据译码的图像译码电路;将所接收的声音数据进行译码的声音译码电路;根据基准时间信息,生成与基准时间同步的接收端时刻信息的电路;在声音数据的再生时刻信息和接收端时刻信息一致时输出声音数据的电路;以及在图像数据的再生时刻信息与接收端的时刻信息相一致时输出图像数据的电路,其特征在于,
备有:在切换了频道时,针对频道切换后最初接收的图像信息,不考虑其再生时刻信息,而直接输出该图像的控制电路。
