Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种在热封包装材料片中包装产品的方法。
本发明特别有利于在机器上对烟卷的包进行赛珞玢(玻璃纸)包装,下述说明,纯粹是以其作为举例。
现有烟卷赛珞玢包装机通常包括:分步工作(step-operated)的第一包装轮,在该包装轮上,热封包装材料片环绕在一包烟卷上以形成一管形包装物,并借助于纵向封接而使其坚固,该管形包装物包括两管形端部,从烟卷包的相应端壁突出。纵向封接由安装在一固定封接站的封接装置完成,在第一包装轮的每一停止位置,使封接装置与包装材料片的相反两部的纵向重叠部接触。
在第一包装轮的输出处,烟卷包和相应的管形包装物片通常送经一折叠站,在此,管形包装物的管形突出部被折叠在相应端壁上,形成另外两重叠部,以封闭外包装的端部。然后,在烟卷包被输送至一连续运转的第二包装轮时,两重叠部借助于两端部封接使其坚固。
最后,外包装好的烟卷包通常送往输出站,在此,通常进行热处理,以将外包装热装在烟卷包周围。
现有上述型式的赛珞玢包装机存在几个缺点,主要由于在一给定工作速度及超过此速度时,第一包装轮的停留时间不是足够长,以便纵向封接得以正确执行。
此外,上述现有赛珞玢包装机的另一缺点在于,纵向封接是与端部封接分开制成,这就意味着在第一包装轮的输出处,管形包装物可能只在纵向重叠部经受局部热装,于是通过使重叠部的其余部分相对于管形包装物缩短和变紧时,会伤害外包装的正确形成。
本发明的目的在于提供一种用热封包装材料片包装产品的方法,该方法设计成可以消除上述缺点。
根据本发明,提供了一种用热封材料片包装产品的方法,此方法包括下列步骤:将产品包装在所述包装材料片中以形成一种管形包装物物,该管形包装物包括:一纵向第一重叠部,由所述包装材料片的叠放部所限定;两突出的管形端部;将每一所述管形端部折叠在产品上以形成具有另外两端重叠部的外包装部;将所述产品沿一封接通道送进,沿此封接通道,所述三重叠部通过三个封接操作而使其坚固;其特征在于,所述产品借助于相应的相同料筐沿所述封接通道送进,该料筐沿所述封接通道连续送进的。
本发明还涉及一种用于在热封包装材料片中包装产品的机器。
根据本发明,提供了一种用于在热封包装材料片中包装产品的机器,此机器包括:第一包装装置,用于将产品包装在所述包装材料片中,并形成一管形包装物,该管形包装物包括由所述包装材料片的叠放部所限定的纵向第一重叠部和两突出的管形端部;第二包装装置,用于将每一所述管形端部重叠部折叠,以形成一具有另外两重叠部的外包装部;封接装置,沿所述封接通道设置,每一封接装置在一相应的所述重叠部执行一相应的封接操作;传送装置,用于沿所述封接通道传送所述产品;其特征在于,所述传送装置包括一为所述产品而设置的单独传送料筐;第一致动装置是设置以沿所述封接通道连续传送所述料筐。

包装机1包括一安装在动力轴6上的包装轮5,包装轮安装成沿给定方向(图1中之时针方向)绕一垂直于图1平面的轴线7以步进方式转动。
现有形式的包装轮5包括若干料筐8,料筐8沿包装轮5的圆周等距分布,料筐本质上为U形,在径向和轴向两方向均向外开口。
当在每一装料站9处停留时,每一料筐8接受一由一现有供给装置10送往装料站9的相应的包装材料片3和一相应的烟卷包2,该烟卷包被插入相应料筐8,以将包装片3在烟卷包2的周围折成U形。
关于上述内容需要指出的是,在包装机1上,烟卷包2是由包装轮5送进的,并由将在后面说明的连续输送装置,沿包装通道P、使烟卷包的纵向轴线2a始终朝向通道P的横向和图1平面。
烟卷包2和相应的包装材料片3被包装轮5在装料站9和卸料站11间送进,包装片3被两相应折叠装置12a和12b包装在烟卷包2上(成所述U形形状)以形成一管形包装物13,该管形包装物包括:一纵向重叠部13a,由包装材料片3的叠放部所限定;和两管形端部14,每一管形端部从烟卷包2相应端壁15突出。
当包装轮5停止,纵向重叠部13a借助于封接装置16所进行的局部封接(spot seal)所预加强,该封接装置本质上为叉形,安装在固定封接站,以众所周知的方式,沿本质上为径向的方向朝向和离开包装轮作前进和后退运动,以制成所述局部封接。
按现有方式,包装轮5包括两同轴的平行盘17(图1只示出一个盘),安装在轴6上,每一盘包括若干沿圆周分布的支座面18,每一支座面连同在另一盘17上的的相应支座面一起,限定一相应的料筐8。
包装机1还包括一循环输送机19,输送机包括环绕在两皮带轮21上的皮带20,皮带轮之一被连续驱动,皮带轮具有相应的轴22,该轴平行于包装轮5的轴线7。皮带上包括若干推动元件23,沿皮带20等距分布,并限定了一个接一个的送料槽24,每一送料槽的长度至少等于在平行于通道P方向测量的烟卷包的宽度。
在所述卸料站11,输送机19在包装轮5的盘17间延伸,以使推动元件23之一能从相应的料筐8中抽取一个相应的烟卷包2和相应的管形包装物13,并输送烟卷包2和管形包装物13使其通过折叠站25的入口部,该入口部部分由输送机19限定,并部分地由通道26限定,该通道设置成与输送机19串联,并由水平板27限定其底部,由循环输送机28的输送分支限定其顶部。
输送机28包括一皮带29,环绕两皮带轮30,该皮带轮两具有平行于轴线22的相应轴线31,其中一皮带轮是被连续驱动的。皮带29包括若干推动元件32,沿皮带29等距分布,并限定一个接一个的送料槽33,每一送料槽与输送机19上的送料槽24合拍地被向前推进,以接受在送料槽24中的烟卷包2和管形包装物13,并通过折叠站25的输出部输送烟卷包2和管形包装物物13。
对于两管形部14之每一管形部,折叠站25包括一连串的现有折叠装置34,用于以现有方式将管形部14折叠在相应烟卷包2的相应端壁15上,于是,沿折叠站25,形成外包装过的烟卷包35,该烟卷包包括封闭的外包装36,具有两端部重叠部36a,每一重叠部由若干包装材料片3的叠放部所限定。
在折叠站25的输出处,外包装过的烟卷包35,从相应送料槽33转移至封接轮38的送料槽37中,对此将在后面说明。封接轮38以现有方式包括两个同轴平行轮鼓39,以彼此间保持给定的间距安装在动力轴40上,该动力轴沿给定方向(图1中的时针方向)绕平行于包装轮5的轴线7的轴线42连续旋转。
送料槽37沿轮38的圆周等距分布,与送料槽33按相同节拍向前送进,对于两轮鼓之每一轮鼓,每一送料槽包括:一相应的本质上为平直的支承表面44,该支承表面在相关轮鼓39的外表面上制成;和一相应的推动元件45,该推动元件从相关轮鼓39的外表面沿径向凸起,以与相应外包装过的烟卷包35的后表面接触。每一送料槽37还包括一相应的夹持和封接装置46,用于使相应的外包装过的烟卷包35保持在送料槽37内,并与相应的推动元件45和相应的支承表面44两者接触。
关于上述说明,需要指出的是,外包装过的烟卷包35被“平直地”送入相应的送料槽37,即,使烟卷包的两主侧表面水平定位,且其轴线2a朝向通道P的横向方向,并使纵向重叠部13a设置在方向41的向前方向。
参看图2,每一夹持和封接装置46包括:两侧夹爪47,设置在通道P相面对的两侧;一横向夹爪48,设置在横跨通道P的位置,沿方向41上处于侧夹爪47的前面。夹爪47和48由轴49支承,并可绕平行于轴线42的轴线摆动,这种摆动是相对于轮鼓39借助于现有安装在一轮鼓39内的凸轮装置50实现的。
参看图3,两侧夹爪47彼此面对面设置,每一夹爪包括一相应管形体52,该管形体安装在轴49上并具有圆柱外表面53,其轴线54可与轴线51形成一给定角度55。每一夹爪47还包括:一球轴承56,轴承的内环安装在管形体52的表面53上;杆57,该杆包括安装轴承56外环的中心毂套58和从毂套58沿径向向外延伸的相反两臂59。两臂59分别安装在现有封接装置60的自由端,随动杆辊子61以可旋转方式安装在相应的臂59上并与滚道62接合,该滚道在相对的轮鼓39上制成,平行于轴49的轴线51并横过通道P。
当轴49绕轴线51摆动,如果不受强制,杆57也借助于滚道62和角度55绕轴线51摆动,角度55位于轴线51和54之间,因此,杆57绕垂直于图3平面延伸的轴线63在轴线51和54之间的交点处摆动。
横向夹爪48包括一安装在轴49上的曲柄64,设置在两侧夹爪47之间,并与安装在轴66上的摇臂65连接,曲柄的另一端安装成通过两轮鼓39可使轴66依靠所述凸轮装置50,绕平行于轴线51的轴线67,相对于两轮鼓39转动。摇臂65包括:第一臂68,通过中间连杆68a,以可转动的方式连接至曲柄64的自由端;第二臂69,支承一现有封接装置70,该封接装置垂直于方向41和通道P延伸。
在实际使用中,外包装过的烟卷包35被送入折叠站25的输出部相应送料槽33内,并与相应送料槽37的节拍相同。在折叠站25的输出部,当轴49绕轴线51摆动,而折叠装置34的有关部分仍处于与外包装物36接触位置时,两侧夹爪47和横夹爪48同时全从松开位置运动至夹持位置(图2),其中,封接装置60和封接装置70分别定位于与重叠部36a和重叠部13a接触的位置,从而将外包装过的烟卷包35夹持在相应送料槽37内,并借助于在重叠部36a处的两端部封接和在重叠部13a处的纵向边封接,使外包装物36坚固。
夹爪47和48沿整个封接通道P1保持夹持位置,该封接通道构成包装通道P的一部分,从折叠站25起沿一曲线板71延伸,该曲线板沿一大约180°的圆弧环绕封接轮38的外圆周。
在封接轮38的输出部,夹爪47和48运动至松开位置,以将包装过的烟卷包35卸在输出输送机72的顶部输送分支,该输送机构成热装装置的一部分,该热装装置用于热处理包装过的烟卷包35,以热装环绕烟卷包2的包装材料片3。
Claims (13)

2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一重叠部(13a)由另一局部封接操作预先使其坚固。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述三个封接操作是同时由相应纵向封接装置(70)和端部封接装置(60)执行的。
4.如权利要求3所述方法,其特征在于,所述端部和纵向封接装置(60、70),本质上在所述产品(2)沿所述封接通道(P1)的整个行程与相应重叠部(36a、13a)保持接触。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,每一所述管形端部(14)被相应包装装置(34)折叠;当所述包装装置(34)仍处于与相应管形端部(14)接触的位置时,所述端部封接装置(60)被引入与相应所述端部重叠部接触(36a)。

10.如权利要求8或9所述的机器,其特征在于,所述封接装置(60、70)包括:两端部封接装置(60),平行于所述封接通道(P1)设置在封接通道的相反两侧;一纵向封接装置(70),设置在所述封接通道(P1)的横向;第二驱动装置(49、50)是设置以使所述两端部封接装置(60)和所述纵向封接装置(70)运动,以同时进入夹持位置,其中,所述两个封接装置和所述纵向封接装置(60、70)定位于接触相应所述重叠部(36a、13a)的位置。
11.如权利要求10所述的机器,其特征在于,所述第二驱动装置(49、50)包括凸轮装置(50),该装置制成使所述两端部封接装置和所述纵向封接装置(60、70)本质上在产品(2)沿所述封接通道(P1)行进的整个行程,保持所述夹持位置
12.如权利要求10或11所述的机器,其特征在于,所述第二包装装置(34)和所述两端部封接装置(60),设置成与所述外包装物(36)在所述封接通道(P1)的入口处完全接合。
13.如权利要求8至12其中之一所述的机器,其特征在于,所述产品(2)沿所述封接通道(P1)定位,使所述产品的纵向轴线(2a)朝向产品(2)行进方向(41)的横向,并使所述第一重叠部(13a)位于所述行进方向(41)的前面,而两所述另外的端重叠部(36a)设置在封接通道(P1)的相反两侧;此机器包括一夹持装置(46),可沿封接通道(P1)运动,该夹持装置包括:两侧夹爪(47),设置在封接通道(P1)的相反两侧,每一夹爪与一相应所述另外的端部重叠部(36a)接触,每一侧夹爪(47)包括相应的端部封接装置(60),用于使相应的另外的端部重叠部(36a)坚固;横向夹爪(48),设置在所述侧夹爪(47)沿所述行进方向(41)的前面,所述横向夹爪(48)与所述第一重叠部(13a)接触,并包括纵向封接装置(70),用于使所述第一重叠部(13a)坚固。
