本发明公开了一种车厢内采气车厢外制氧的车载式制氧机,先通过车厢内采气过程从车内抽取空气,通过车内空气净化过程净化后将其送到车外实施车外制氧过程,最后将废气排在车外,将所制得的氧气通过车厢内供氧过程向车内供氧。并在车厢内采气过程中利用车厢内空气平衡过程向车厢内补充新鲜空气。所述车载式制氧机由包括空气平衡过滤器、车厢内空气采气净化器、氧气输出装置的车内机,包括制氧系统和由汽车发动机驱动的空压机的车厢外制氧主机,以及若干导管和电气连接导线构成。本发明适用于采用空调的封闭式大中型客车及轿车,通过抽气更新车内空气和向车内输送限量氧气,有利于改善车厢内空气质量,创造舒适的车厢环境。

一种车厢内采气车厢外制氧的车载式制氧机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种变压吸附式制氧机的采气制氧装置,特别是一种车厢内采气车厢外制氧的车载式制氧机。
技术背景
以高速公路为干线的现代化公路交通网络的形成,使得采用空调的豪华型大中型客车成为现代运输工具的主体。其快速、舒适的优势,成为越来越多的客体优先选择的主要原因。然而不可忽视的是,空调的采用虽给旅途生活提供了一个安逸的温度环境,但封闭的空间要求,群居的状况,使得车厢内(所述“车厢内”是指车上供人乘坐、驾驶或活动的空间)的空气质量急剧下降,给乘客的旅途生活造成负面的影响,尤其容易造成疾病的传播与感染。在“非典”传播期间,几乎所有的空调客车,为了通风被迫开启所有车窗和停开空调,使得豪华客车原有的舒适环境,荡然无存。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种在车厢内采气(抽气),在车厢外制氧,并将制取的氧气输送到车厢内。以达到使车厢内空气不断换气更新,从而改善车厢内空气质量的与空调配套使用的,功能性强,使用方便的采气制氧的车载式制氧机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种车载式制氧机,由车内机、车厢外制氧主机、导管及电气连接导线构成,所述制氧主机上设有氧气输出口和空气进气口,所述车内机上设置有氧气输入接口,所述制氧主机的氧气输出口通过供氧导管与车内机上的氧气输入接口相连,所述车内机与车厢外制氧主机还通过电气连接导线相连,所述车内机包括车厢内空气平衡过滤器和车厢内空气采气净化器,所述车内空气采气净化器上设置有进气口与出气口,其进气口与车厢内空气连通,其出气口通过空气进气导管与制氧主机相连,所述空气平衡过滤器一侧与车外外界大气连通,另一侧与车内空气连通。
所述车内机还可以包括供氧控制器及氧气输出装置,所述供氧控制器通过电气连接导线分别与空气平衡过滤器和制氧主机相连,所述车内机上的氧气输入接口设置于氧气输出装置上。
所述氧气输出装置可以由若干带自封接口的输出接咀、带限流孔的插头、湿化壶及鼻吸管构成,所述带限流孔的插头一端可插接到带自封接口的输出接咀内,另一端通过螺纹接咀与湿化壶相连接,所述湿化壶出口与用户吸氧的鼻吸管相连接。
所述车内空气采气净化器可以包括带进气隔栅的外壳、滤网,滤芯,所述滤网、滤芯装于外壳内。
所述空气平衡过滤器可以包括带进气隔栅的外壳,滤网,活门及手动或电控开启机构,所述活门、滤网、开启机构装在壳体内或壳体外。
所述车厢外制氧主机可以由外壳、设置于外壳外且带传动轮及离合器的由汽车发动机主轴驱动的空压机以及设置在外壳内的制氧系统构成。
所述制氧系统可以包括热交换器、汽水分离器、控制阀、分子筛吸附罐、氧气储罐、细菌过滤器、氧气限流孔和散热风机,所述制氧主机进气口即空压机进口与车内空气采气净化器出口相连,所述空压机出口即制氧系统压缩空气进口经热交换器、汽水分离器与控制阀进口相连,控制阀一端两个出口分别与两个分子筛吸附罐相连,其另一端出口与制氧系统排气口相连。分子筛吸附罐输出接口与氧气储罐相连,后者经细菌过滤器,氧气限流孔与制氧主机的氧气输出接口相连。
所述供氧控制器可以包括外壳、手动控制开关、电脑控制器及电气连接导线接口,通过电气连接导线与制氧主机的空压机离合器,控制阀及散热风机相连。
本发明由于通过在车厢内采气,车厢外制氧,通过车厢内空气采气净化器抽取车厢内空气,并净化后作为制氧的气源,从而完成车厢内采气过程;通过车厢外制氧主机将净化后的空气制氧并送返车厢内。同时将分离出的废气排出车外,从而完成在车厢外制氧过程;通过车厢内带自封接口的输出接咀及带限流孔插头供氧,从而完成车厢内供氧过程。并且在车厢内采气过程中通过空气平衡过滤器完成车厢内空气平衡过程。因此采用这种制氧机能够促进车厢内空气的流通,使车厢外新鲜空气能够流入车内对车厢内空气进行换气更新。本发明提供的车载式制氧机,不仅制氧效果好,而且供氧方式既可以采取直接向车厢内供氧,也可以在应急救护条件下,通过连接湿化壶向需输氧者输氧,从而使本发明提供的车载式制氧机设计周到,功能完善,使用更方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及具体实施例对本发明车厢内采气,车厢外制氧的方法及其车载式制氧机作进一步详细说明。
参考附图1本发明一种车厢内采气车厢外制氧的方法是由车厢内采气过程、车内空气净化过程、车厢外制氧过程、车厢内供氧过程以及车厢内空气平衡过程组成。其具体步骤是:
先通过车厢内采气过程从车内抽取空气,通过车内空气净化过程净化后将其送到车外实施车外制氧过程,在获得氧气的同时,将产生的废气直接排在车外,最后将所制得的氧气通过车内供氧过程送到车内,实现向车内输送氧气。在抽取车内空气的时候,车内外空气形成压差,通过车厢内空气平衡过程使外界新鲜空气向车内流动,从而加速了车内空气的换气更新。
根据上述方法,本发明提供一种应用上述方法设计的车载式制氧机。车载式制氧机是利用设置在车厢内任意适当位置的空气采气净化器24完成其车内采气过程。通过车外制氧主机19完成其车厢外制氧过程。通过车厢内在带自封接口的输出接咀3内插入带限流孔的插头2完成其室内供氧过程。
以下将具体说明车载式制氧机的系统组成及工作原理。
参考附图2,所述车载式制氧机是由车内机,车厢外制氧主机19,供氧导管20,空气进气管23及电气连接导线21构成,所述制氧主机19上设有氧气输出口4及空压机13上的空气进气口,所述车内机包括多个带自封接口的输出接咀3及带限流孔的插头2及湿化壶1,所述输出接咀3上设有氧气输入接口27,所述制氧主机19的氧气输出口4通过供氧导管20与带自封接口的输出接咀3的氧气输入进27相接。所述带限流孔的插头2可插接到带自封接口的输出接咀3内。所述湿化壶1通过其自身上的螺帽可拧在带限流孔的插头2上,所述湿化壶1上可套接鼻吸管。所述车内机还包括供氧控制器25,供氧控制器25通过电气连接导线21与制氧主机19连接。所述车内机还包括空气采气净化器24,所述空气采气净化器24上设置有进气口和出气口,其进气口与车厢内空气相通,其出气口通过空气进气管23与制氧主机的空压机13进口相连。所述车内机还包括车厢内空气平衡过滤器26,所述空气平衡过滤器26进口侧与外界大气相通,出口侧与车内相通。
所述车厢内空气采气净化器24包括带进气隔栅的外壳,滤网,滤芯。所述滤网,滤芯装在外壳内。
所述空气平衡过滤26包括带进气隔栅的外壳,滤网,活门及手动或电控的开启机构,所述活门,滤网,开启机构装在壳体内或壳体外。
所述供氧控制器25包括外壳、手动控制开关,电脑程控器及电气连接导线接口。
所述制氧主机19设在车厢外,由带传动轮15,离合器14的空压机13及置于外壳10内制氧系统构成,所述空压机13的进气口通过空气进气管23与空气采气净化器24的出气口相连,空压机13的出口与制氧系统的压缩空气进气口17相连,所述传动轮15通过皮带与汽车发动机主轴16上的皮带轮相啮合。所述离合器14通过导线21与车厢内供氧控制器25相连。
所述制氧系统包括外壳10及置于外壳内的热交换器12,汽水分离器8,控制阀6,分子筛吸附罐11,氧气储罐9,细菌过滤器7,氧气限流孔5及氧气输出口4,散热风机18。所述制氧系统的进气口即压缩空气进气17经过连接导管依次与热交换器12,汽水分离器8与控制阀6进口相连。控制阀6一侧的二个出口通过导管分别与分子筛吸附罐11相连,其另一端出口与外壳上的排气口22相连。分子筛吸附罐输出接口通过导管依次与氧气储罐9,细菌过滤器7,氧气限流孔5与制氧主机的氧气输出口4相连,散热风机18紧贴热交换器12装在外壳10的侧壁排气孔内侧。
所述车载式制氧机的工作原理是:在汽车发动机主轴旋转工作后,将装于车厢内的供氧控制器25上的手动开关转向“氧气”位置,接通空压机13上的离合器14及供氧控制器上的电脑程控器,启动制氧主机19工作。制氧主机19通过位于车厢内的空气采气净化器24抽取车厢内的空气并经其过滤净化后进入制氧主机19,经分子筛变压吸附分离后,高浓度(≥90%)氧气经细菌过滤器7过滤后,经氧气限流孔5以恒定流量输入车内机。其分离后的氮气通过排气口22排向外界大气,输入车厢内的高浓度氧气进入带自封接口的输出接咀3,插接带限流孔的插头2后,氧气限量输向车厢内,提高车厢内空气品质。在需要时,可将湿化壶1上的螺帽拧在插头2的螺纹接咀上,然后将鼻吸管套接在湿化壶上,可供需应急吸氧的乘客作救护吸氧。
本发明通过车内空气采气净化器24在车内采气,不仅保证采气质量(过滤净化)。同时充分利用制氧主机空压机13的动力在车厢内抽气,在需要时还可以手动打开或通过电控打开空气平衡过滤器吸入外界空气,促使车厢内空气更新换气,改善车内空气质量,为乘员创造了一个舒适的旅行环境。
本发明在制氧主机19中设计有热交换器12及汽水分离器8,使空压机压缩的空气在进入控制阀6及分子筛吸附罐11之前得到散热与除水,有利变压吸附分离,提高氧浓度。

1、一种车厢内采气车厢外制氧的车载式制氧机,由车内机、车厢外制氧主机、导管及电气连接导线构成,所述制氧主机上设有氧气输出口和空气进气口,所述车内机上设置有氧气输入接口,所述制氧主机的氧气输出口通过供氧导管与车内机上的氧气输入接口相连,所述车内机与车厢外制氧主机还通过电气连接导线相连,其特征在于:所述车内机包括车厢内空气平衡过滤器和车厢内空气采气净化器,所述车内空气采气净化器上设置有进气口与出气口,其进气口与车厢内空气连通,其出气口通过空气进气导管与制氧主机相连,所述空气平衡过滤器一侧与车外大气连通,另一侧与车内空气连通。
2、如权利要求1所述车载式制氧机,其特征在于:所述车内机还包括供氧控制器及氧气输出装置,所述供氧控制器通过电气连接导线分别与空气平衡过滤器和制氧主机相连,所述车内机上的氧气输入接口设置于氧气输出装置上。
3、如权利要求2所述车载式制氧机,其特征在于:所述氧气输出装置由若干带自封接口的输出接咀、带限流孔的插头、湿化壶及鼻吸管构成,所述带限流孔的插头一端可插接到带自封接口的输出接咀内,另一端通过螺纹接咀与湿化壶相连接,所述湿化壶出口与用户吸氧的鼻吸管相连接。
4、如权利要求2所述车载式制氧机,其特征在于:所述车内空气采气净化器包括带进气隔栅的外壳、过滤网,滤芯,所述滤网、滤芯装于外壳内。
5、如权利要求2所述的车载式制氧机,其特征在于:所述空气平衡过滤器包括带进气隔栅的外壳,滤网,活门及手动或电控开启机构,所述活门、滤网、开启机构装在壳体内或壳体外。
6、如权利要求2所述车载式制氧机,其特征在于:所述供氧控制器包括外壳、手动控制开关、电脑控制器及电气连接导线接口,通过电气连接导线与制氧主机的空压机离合器,控制阀及散热风机相连。
7、如权利要求1~6中任一项所述的车载式制氧机,其特征在于:所述车厢外制氧主机由外壳、设置于外壳外且带传动轮及离合器的由汽车发动机主轴驱动的空压机以及设置在外壳内的制氧系统构成。
8、如权利要求7所述车载式制氧机,其特征在于:所述制氧系统包括热交换器、汽水分离器、控制阀、分子筛吸附罐、氧气储罐、细菌过滤器、氧气限流孔和散热风机,所述制氧主机进气口即空压机进口与车内空气采气净化器出口相连,所述空压机出口即制氧系统压缩空气进口经热交换器、汽水分离器与控制阀进口相连,控制阀一端两个出口分别与两个分子筛吸附罐相连,其另一端出口与制氧系统排气口相连,所述分子筛吸附罐的输出接口与氧气储罐相连,后者经细菌过滤器,氧气限流孔与制氧主机的氧气输出接口相连。
