Abstract

本发明涉及一种钢液净化剂,产品主要成份为CaSiO3,其组成为硅15-30%,钙25-40%,氧35-50%,其中:所述硅为单质硅与氧化物中当量硅的总和,所述钙为单质钙与氧化物中当量钙的总和。本发明比现有钢液净化剂相比投资小、成本低、耗能少、质量稳定、不易出现粉化现象,可以长期保存,并且本产品可促进钢水流动性、改善钢中夹杂物形态、吸收钢液的杂质、净化钢液、提高钢质、减少结瘤事故,可大大减少污染。

技术领域
本发明属于冶金领域,特别涉及一种钢液净化剂。
背景技术
现有的钢液净化剂主要成份是CaC2,是在矿热炉内使用碳质还原剂还原氧化钙而制得,其投资大、产工序复杂、成本高,且净化钢液时会产生有害烟气。
本发明的目的针对现有的钢液净化剂的不足之处,提供一种新型的钢液净化剂。
发明内容
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明的一种钢液净化剂,其中:产品主要成份为CaSiO3,其组成为硅15-30%,钙25-40%,氧35-50%;
本发明的一种钢液净化剂,其中:所述硅为单质硅与氧化物中当量硅的总和;
本发明的一种钢液净化剂,其中:所述钙为单质钙与氧化物中当量钙的总和。
本发明的钢液净化剂与现有的钢液净化剂相比,其具有以下优点:
1、本发明比现有钢液净化剂投资小,成本低,且耗能少;
2、本产品质量稳定、不易出现粉化现象,可长期保存;
3、本产品可促进钢水流动性,减少结瘤事故,并可大大减少污染。
4、本产品可吸收钢液的杂质,增加钢水流动性、改善钢中夹杂物形态、净化钢液和提高钢质。
具体实施方式
钢液净化剂的主要原料为硅石(成份SiO2)和石灰(成份CaO)并可根据需要添加其它辅助材料,主要原料各组份重量百分比为:硅石35-45%,石灰45-55%,将上述比例的原料混合均匀,投入带有石墨坩埚为内衬的感应电炉内进行熔炼,原料进行高温熔炼时,视炉内熔化状况提升炉温,待炉内所有物料完全熔化后即可出炉浇注,冷却后脱摸破碎成产品。
冶炼制得的产品组成为:全硅15-30%,全钙25-40%,氧35-50%。
该工艺的主要原理为:当感应电炉通电时产生磁力线,在石墨坩埚内产生磁场,使坩埚发热,坩埚又通过热传递使物料熔化,在高温下产生如下反应:
CaSiO3在钢液中有效地吸收钢液中的Al2O3等杂质,达到净化钢液的作用。

1.一种钢液净化剂,其特征在于:产品主要成份为CaSiO3,其组成为硅15-30%,钙25-40%,氧35-50%。
2.如权利要求1所述的净化剂,其特征在于:所述硅为单质硅与氧化物中当量硅的总和。
3.如权利要求1所述的净化剂,其特征在于:所述钙为单质钙与氧化物中当量钙的总和。
