Abstract
自降解香皂巾,以天然植物纤维纸作基料,在其表面附着表面活性材料和润肤材料。制造方法是在反应器中加入去离子水,升温至55~70℃溶解粘结剂后,加入K12、酰化肽、仲醇醚琥珀酸酯磺酸钠、RewocidSB、蔗糖酯等杀菌去污自降解性表面活性剂和VB1搅拌溶解,在600℃溶解丙三醇、聚乙二醇、羊毛脂、硬脂酸钙等材料和适量香料制成处理母液。再配制成1∶6溶液,采用浸渍或喷涂法把溶液吸附于基料表面,经干燥后即成。本皂巾接触水即可产生泡沫,有去污杀菌作用,洗后皮肤柔软又可防止细菌交叉感染,废弃后无二次污染。
Description
本发明属于生活用品及其制造技术。
人们在公共场所进餐、工作、学习之后都需进行洗擦手,而在洗手过程中必不可少的用品就是香皂,这种公用的香皂极易引起交叉感染,为此人们极希望有便携的、价廉的一次性香皂。近来人们已发明有一次性香皂巾,由于这种香皂巾采用的基料是不降解纤维,所以又引起了一个新的环保问题,即如果大量使用,由于它的不可降解性,又会造成新的环境污染。而且这种香皂巾还存在对人体有一定刺激性的缺点。
本发明的目的是研制一种自降解香皂巾,该香皂巾不但应具有便携、价廉、杀菌、去污、护肤的功能,它还应具有用后的废弃物能生物降解的功能。同时提供该自降解香皂巾的制造方法。
本发明的自降解香皂巾由具有高抗拉强度的天然植物纤维纸或布作基料,在基料的表面附着具有生物降解性且无毒的表面活性材料和具有润肤、护肤作用的化学稳定性的材料,经60~80℃加热复合定型而成。本发明采用的天然植物纤维纸或布应具有较高的干湿抗拉强度和吸水性、柔软性及良好的透气性和膨松性。天然植物纤维纸或布可选用经漂白后的棉纤维与木纤维、漂白的木浆或草桨混合纤维纸浆、漂白的木浆纤维与化纤混合纤维,经干法造纸或湿法造纸制成的,规格为20~140g/m2的湿强纸、无尘纸、热合膨松纸,或经湿强剂处理而制得的高湿强度纸、以及棉布或麻纤布或纱布。其中,天然植物纤维纸应符合以下技术要求:干抗拉强度:纵向应为2.7~3.5牛顿,横向应为1.1~1.5牛顿;湿抗拉强度:纵向应为1.1~1.5牛顿,横向应为0.65~0.8牛顿;吸水性应为25~50mm/秒;伸展度为18~30%。表面活性材料可选用阴离子型表面活性材料和非离子型表面活性材料,要具备无毒性、较强去污性和较好的抗硬水性及使用配伍性和生物降解性,其适用重量为:占处理用复合母液重量的20.00~39.00%。阴离子型表面活性材料由具有良好的生物降解性、去污性、发泡性、无毒性以及较好的抗硬水性和使用配伍性的仲烷基磺酸钠、肌氨酸钠、酰化肽、仲醇醚琥珀酸酯磺酸钠、十一烯基单乙醇酰胺琥珀酸酯璜酸钠、N-酰基氨基酸盐、N-酰基甲基硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠中选用一种或几种配伍使用;非离子型表面活性材料要具有生物降解性、无毒性和良好的分散性和湿润性。可选用分子中含2~3个酯基的食品级蔗糖脂肪酸酯或化妆品级的聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯等,非离子型表面活性材料的适用重量占处理用复合母液重量的0.15-0.80%;具有润肤、护肤作用的化学稳定性材料可以选用聚乙二醇、羊毛脂、丙三醇、维生素B1、硬脂酸(或硬脂酸钙),其适用重量为处理母液重量的3.82~19.45%,其中丙三醇占1.00-3.60%、聚乙二醇占2.50-12.50%、羊毛脂占0.10~1.50%、维生素B1占0.12~0.35%、硬脂酸钙占0.10~1.50%;粘结性材料的适用重量占处理用母液重量的0.10~2.00%;补助材料的适用重量占处理用母液重量0.60-0.80%,其中油水性香料占0.01~0.45%、薄荷醇占0.05-0.35%;水占76.02-38.75%。所采用的羊毛脂,可选用对皮肤有较好的吸收渗透性的水溶性或亲水性环氧乙烯合成物,如乙氧基化羊毛脂、乙氧基化羊毛醇酯、或亲水性无水羊毛脂他们当中的一种或两种。粘结性材料可选用化妆品级水溶性化合物,如选用羧甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉、纤维素硫酸钠中的一种或两种;聚乙二醇采用化妆品级PEG为300~400和PEG为1000~2000的品种相互配伍使用,配伍比例控制在(聚乙二醇300~400)∶(聚乙二醇1000~2000)=(1~3)∶(9~7)的比例。
自降解香皂巾的制造方法为:在带有加热、搅拌、冷却设施的反应容器内,加入应加入水量的3.96/5份去离子水,然后在搅拌下加热升温至55~70℃,然后加入羧甲基纤维素,待溶解后依次加入酰化肽、仲醇醚琥珀酸磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠和十一烯基单乙醇酰胺琥珀酸酯磺酸钠和蔗糖脂肪酸酯等阴离子型和非离子型表面活性材料和维生素B1,再搅拌溶解,溶解成乳液后再加入应加水量的0.52/5份的去离子水,调整温度为60±2℃,加入润肤、护肤、分散及渗透材料丙三醇、聚乙二醇、羊毛脂、硬脂酸钙和补助材料、香料和薄荷醇,待溶解成均匀的悬状乳液后加入剩余的去离子水,在60±2℃下保温10分钟,停止加热和搅拌,冷却至室温即制得含药量为23.98-61.25%的处理母液,母液根据批量需要制成1∶6或1∶4稀释溶液。采用浸渍或喷涂方法,使溶液吸附于天然植物纤维纸或布基料表面。溶液的吸附量为基料重量的1.0-4.5倍,经60-80℃的远红外快速干燥后整形而成。
本发明的自降解香皂巾一旦接触少量水即可产生丰富细密的泡沫,它具有杀菌去污功能,洗洁后皮肤手感柔软,保持湿润,能起到护肤作用。一次性使用后即可废弃。避免了细菌和病毒的交叉感染。它还具有便携、价廉、使用方便、无刺激性的优点,尤其是废弃后的纸或布能自然生物降解,不会造成二次环境污染。其制造方法无三废污染,产品一致性好,适于大批量工业化生产。
实施例:首先选用规格为34g/m2的干法制作的热合膨松纸,切成宽为44.8cm,卷成卷后待用。取50.00份去离子水放在反应容器内,在搅拌下加热升温至55~70℃,然后缓缓加入0.767份羧甲基纤维素,待溶解后依次加入5.083份酰化肽、2.000份仲醇醚琥珀酸酯磺酸钠和21.500份十二烷基硫酸钠、1.033份十一烯基单乙醇酰胺琥珀酸酯磺酸钠、0.200份蔗糖脂肪酸脂、0.283份维生素B1,充分混合溶解成均匀乳液后,再加入6.667份去离子水,控制温度在65±2℃,在搅拌下加入2.567份聚乙二醇、0.192份羊毛脂、0.208份硬脂酸钙、2.667份丙三醇、0.250份薄荷醇和0.067份香精。小心泡沫的溢出,待变成均匀乳液后加入6.516份去离子水,在65±2℃下保持温度10分钟,停止加热和搅拌,自然冷却至室温取出,制得含药量为36.817%的处理母液,取出待用。根据批量要求取出适量的母液,用50~60℃去离子水稀释成(1∶4)或(1∶6)的处理液,采用连续浸渍或喷涂的方法,把药液吸附干天然植物纤维纸或布的基料上,浸渍时纤维纸的走速应控制在9.6~13m/分,喷涂时纤维纸的走速应控制在8.4~8.7m/分,浸渍或喷涂槽出口应设有滑动式的对辊,随时调整辊的间隙以控制纤维纸或布带出的溶液量,被纤维纸或布吸附溶液的重量控制在基料重量的1.0~4.5倍,低于1.0时效果不好,超过4.5时影响成本,造成浪费。浸渍或喷涂后的纤维纸或布应立即进入温度为60~80℃的远红外加热烘干区域,在7-13分钟内快速干燥。本发明的植物纤维热合膨松纸在远红外烘干中的走速控制在0.008~0.009m/秒,制得复合后的香皂纸,然后根据需要切裁成纸巾包装即可。
Claims (10)
1、自降解香皂巾,其特征在于它以高抗拉强度的天然植物纤维纸、布作基料,在基料的表面附着具有生物降解性且无毒的表面活性材料和具有润肤、护肤作用的化学稳定性材料,经60-80℃加热复合定型而成;所采用的表面活性材料是阴离子型表面活性材料和非离子型表面活性材料相互配合使用,阴离子型表面活性材料和非离子型表面活性材料的适用重量占处理用复合母液重量的20.00-39.00%,其中非离子型表面活性材料的适用重量占处理用复合母液重量的0.15-0.80%;润肤、护肤作用化学稳定性材料的适用重量占处理用复合母液重量的3.82-19.45%,其中丙三醇占1.00-3.60%、维生素B1占0.12-0.35%、聚乙二醇占2.50-12.50%、羊毛脂占0.10-1.50%、硬脂酸钙占0.10-1.50%;粘结性材料采用化妆品级水溶性化合物,适用重量为处理用母液重量的0.10-2.00%;补助材料适用重量占处理用母液重量的0.06-0.80%,其中油水性香料占0.01-0.45%、薄荷醇占0.05-0.35%;水占76.02-38.75%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自降解香皂巾,其特征在于基料选用高抗拉强度的天然植物纤维纸,它由经漂白后的棉纤维与木纤维、漂白的木浆纤维与化纤维混合纤维,经干法造纸制成的,规格为20~140g/m2的湿强纸、无尘纸、热合膨松纸。
3、根据权利要求2所述的自降解香皂巾,其特征在于所采用的高抗拉强度的天然植物纤维纸,还可选用经湿强剂处理而制得的高湿强度纸。
4、根据权利要求1所述的自降解香皂巾,其特征在于基料可选用天然植物纤维制作的棉布、纱布、麻纤布。
5、根据权利要求1所述的自降解香皂巾,其特征在于采用阴离子型表面活性材料由仲烷基磺酸钠、肌氨酸钠、酰化肽、仲醇醚琥珀酸酯磺酸钠、十一烯基单乙醇酰胺琥珀酸酯磺酸钠、N-酰基氨基酸盐、N酰基甲基硫磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠中选用一种或几种配伍使用。
6、根据权利要求1所述的自降解香皂巾,其特征在于采用的非离子型表面活性材料是含有2-3个酯基的食品级蔗糖脂肪酸酯、化妆品级的聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯。
7、根据权利要求1所述的自降解香皂巾,其特征在于所采用的羊毛脂是指水溶性或亲水性的化妆品级环氧乙烯合成物,如乙氧基化氧毛脂、乙氧基化羊毛醇酯、亲水性无水羊毛脂中的一种或二种。
8、根据权利要求1所述的自降解香皂巾,其特征在于所采用的粘结性材料是羧甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉、纤维素硫酸钠中的一种或二种。
9、根据权利要求1所述的自降解香皂巾,其特征在于聚乙二醇是指化妆品级PEG为300~400和PEG为1000~2000的品种,两者的比例关系为(聚乙二醇300~400)∶(聚乙二醇1000~2000)=(1~3)∶(9~7)。
10、自降解香皂巾的制造方法,其特征在于在带有加热、搅拌、冷却设施的反应容器内,加入应加入水量的3.96/5份去离子水,然后在搅拌下加热升温至55~70℃,然后加入羧甲基纤维素,待溶解后依次加入酰化肽、仲醇醚琥珀酸酯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、十一烯基单乙醇酰胺琥珀酸酯磺酸钠和蔗糖脂肪酸酯阴离子型和非离子型表面活性材料和维生素B1,再搅拌溶解,溶解成乳液后再加入应加水量的0.52/5份的去离子水,调整温度为60±2℃,加入润肤、护肤、分散及渗透材料丙三醇、聚乙二醇、羊毛脂、硬脂酸钙和补助材料、香料和薄荷醇,待溶解成均匀的悬状乳液后加入剩余的去离子水,在60±2℃下保温10分钟,停止加热和搅拌,冷却至室温即制得含药量为23.98-61.25%的处理母液,母液根据批量需要制成1∶6或1∶4稀释溶液;采用浸渍或喷涂方法,使溶液吸附于大然植物纤维纸或布基料表面,溶液的吸附量为基料重量的1.0-4.5倍,经60-8.0C的远红外快速干燥后整形而成。
