Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有优异稳定性的透明防晒凝胶,并且除了透明之外还含有高含量的油或光防护剂。本发明的防晒凝胶含有:0.01—15%(重量)甲基乙烯基醚和马来酸的癸二烯交联共聚物;0.1—30%(重量)的化妆用油;0.1—30%(重量)的有机光防护剂;大于1%—85%(重量)的水;1.1—50%(重量)的常规化妆品添加剂以及1.1—45%(重量)的光防护剂和其他添加剂。

Description

不含有乳化剂的透明防晒凝胶
本发明涉及一种新的透明防晒凝胶,该凝胶不含有乳化剂并且在含有高含量的油或光防护剂下仍具有优异的稳定性。
DE 4303983中公开的美容防晒制剂在其水分散体基质中含有无机颜料和有机UVA和UVB滤光物,并因而被制成无附聚作用的非粘性制剂。
此外,US-A-5035890公开的无乳剂凝胶已知是手用和体用乳液。然而,该文献实施例中高含量的油被限制为未经加工的混合物,同时水的含量大于终产物的1%(重量),得到一种乳状混浊的凝胶。
本发明的一个目的是制备一种新的透明凝胶,该凝胶在具有高含量油的基础上还含有高比例的有机光防护剂。
本发明提供的一种无乳化剂透明防晒凝胶实现了上述发明目的,该防晒凝胶的特征在于含有:
a)0.01-15%(重量)甲基乙烯基醚和马来酸的癸二烯交联共聚物;
b)0.1-30%(重量)化妆用油;
c)0.1-30%(重量)有机光防护剂或光防护剂的混合物;
d)大于1%-85%(重量)的水;
e)1-50%(重量)常规化妆品添加剂,其中光防护剂和其他添加剂的含量之和为1.1-45%(重量);
其中所有百分比均以与组合物总重量计;
并且该凝胶的制备是通过将甲基乙烯基醚和马来酸的交联共聚物在温度升至70-80℃的水中混合成预制凝胶,随后将不含有任何水相的光防护剂在30-40℃时边搅拌边直接加入其中直至形成透明的凝胶,其中所述预制凝胶任选地含有其他制剂组分。
所述共聚物是非丙烯酸化合物且不含有苯,例如是已知名称为“PVM/MA癸二烯交联聚合物”的稳定剂。
所述共聚物在本发明防晒凝胶中的用量优选0.5-10%(重量),首选1-5%(重量)。
令人惊奇的是,半固体的透明凝胶是由共聚物或共聚物和油及其它添加剂制备的,它们的含量之和可达45%(重量),有时可达到50%(重量),甚至55%(重量)。因此这便有可能在凝胶中加入更多的有机防晒剂,从而获得15-20的防晒系数(SPF)。同时令人惊奇的是,制备清澈的如透明的凝胶是由于水的含量高于1%(重量),当其同时含有水与有机光防护剂和油时,通常为乳状乳化剂从而形成混浊的凝胶。本发明制备透明凝胶的方法是含有高含量的水,而不含有油和光防护剂。
本发明的油,可以采用:液体酯类化合物,如甘油三酸酯、马来酸二辛酯或豆蔻酸异丙酯,矿物油,植物油;硅油,如聚二甲基硅氧烷和环甲基硅氧烷等及它们的混合物,最好的是硅油。
含油物的优选含量为0.5-25%(重量),较好的为1-15%(重量)。
有机光防护剂,可以采用苯甲酮衍生物,3-亚苄基樟脑衍生物;肉桂酸酯或水杨酸酯,4-氨基苯甲酸衍生物,如二苯甲酮-3,丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷,甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯,水杨酸辛酯及水溶性物质,如苯基苯并米唑磺酸或二苯甲酮磺酸衍生物。也可以与UVA滤出物组合使用。
光防护剂的含量优选是5-20%(重量),优选5-15%(重量)。
作为化妆品添加剂,可以采用醇、二醇、多元醇,例如乙醇、异丙醇、丙二醇、甘油、乙二醇、C9-C11醇等;甲基-、乙基-或丁基-醚和乙二醇、丙二醇或二甘醇;维生素,例如维生素A或维生素E;泛醇、库拉索芦荟、尿囊素、没药醇;着色剂;防腐剂;防护剂;保湿剂;抗氧剂;pH调节剂;颜料,如可溶性黑色素;香料;葡萄糖酸铜等。
在此,添加剂组分的单独含量优选1-30%(重量),同时它们与防晒剂的含量之和不超过55%(重量)。它们在透明凝胶中如此高的含量为特定形式的凝胶提供了特别好的流行可能性。
水的含量为大于1-85%(重量),优选40-85%(重量)。
本发明的凝胶不含有乳化剂。
特别优选的透明防晒凝胶含有:
大于0.1-5%(重量)甲基乙烯基醚和马来酸的癸二烯交联共聚物;
化妆品用油或油的混合物以及有机光防护剂,它们的含量之和为5-18%(重量);
40-85%(重量)的水;
5-25%(重量)的常规化妆品添加剂,其中光防护剂和其他添加剂的含量之和为25-40%(重量)。
与上述本发明防晒剂的优点相比,所得凝胶无粘性,与一般的含有较高水含量的常规凝胶相同。此外,该凝胶极其光滑且像天鹅绒般柔软,而且更具有护肤产品的外观。它不是如对比乳液般的油性凝胶。由于具有透明性,该凝胶还可以使用特别美观的包装例如透明管、压力容器等上市。
本发明的透明凝胶在制备时不使用乳化器,其制备方式是将粉末状的交联聚合物在剧烈搅拌下喷洒在水中并均化,随后升温至70-75℃以便水合。冷却后,在30-35℃时边搅拌边将含有相应组分如光防护剂的油相加入到液体中。此后,通过常规方法将稠度(粘度)调至所需值,例如通过用预混胺溶液中和。
将本发明的凝胶在室温或在40、45和50℃的稳定条件下储存几个月,试验中发现该凝胶无变化。反复冷冻/融化的试验同样没有产生不良结果。
储存期间粘度保持在13,000-17,000cps,并且该粘度是按照Brookfield所述方法测定的。

将A相的各个组分通过喷洒混合在粉末形式的PVM/MA交联聚合物中并且在搅拌下升温至约75℃。在约70℃下,将B相加入其中且随后冷却至30-35℃。在此温度条件下,分别依次加入预混C相、预混D相和E相着色剂。
加入F相直至呈细滴分布后,另外将G相组分在50-55℃下混合,冷却至30-35℃,再加入到主反应釜的混合物中。
依次加入H、I和J相,并在25-30℃下混合直至得到透明凝胶为止。
按照食品和药品管理局发出的“OTC防晒药物产品的试行条例”(1978年8月25日,Fed.Reg.第43卷,166期,38206-38269页),采用150瓦的氙弧光灯经内部照射来测定SPF值。

Claims (12)

1.一种不含有乳化剂的透明防晒凝胶,其特征在于含有:
a)0.01-15%(重量)甲基乙烯基醚和马来酸的癸二烯交联共聚物;
b)0.1-30%(重量)化妆用油;
c)0.1-30%(重量)有机光防护剂;
d)大于1%-85%(重量)的水;
e)1-50%(重量)常规化妆品添加剂,其中光防护剂和其他添加剂的含量之和为1.1-45%(重量);
其中所有百分比均以组合物总重量计;
并且该凝胶的制备是通过将甲基乙烯基醚和马来酸的交联共聚物在温度升至70-80℃的水中混合成预制凝胶,随后在30-40℃时边搅拌边将不含有任何水相的光防护剂直接加入其中直至形成透明的凝胶,其中所述预制凝胶任选地含有其他制剂组分。
2.权利要求1所述的防晒凝胶,其中甲基乙烯基醚和马来酸的共聚物的含量是0.5-10%(重量)。
3.权利要求2所述的防晒凝胶,其中甲基乙烯基醚和马来酸的共聚物的含量是0.5-5%(重量)。
4.权利要求1所述的防晒凝胶,其中油的含量是0.1-25%(重量)。
5.权利要求4所述的防晒凝胶,其中油的含量是0.1-15%(重量)。
6.权利要求1所述的防晒凝胶,其中光防护剂的含量是5-20%(重量)。
7.权利要求1所述的防晒凝胶,其中水的含量是10-85%(重量)。
8.权利要求1所述的防晒凝胶,其中水的含量是40-85%(重量)。
9.权利要求1所述的防晒凝胶,其中光防护剂和其它添加剂的含量之和为10-50%(重量)。
10.权利要求1所述的防晒凝胶,其中油包括液体酯类化合物、矿物油、植物油、硅油或其混合物。
11.权利要求1所述的防晒凝胶,其特征在于含有:
大于0.1%-5%(重量)甲基乙烯基醚和马来酸的癸二烯交联共聚物;
化妆品用油或油的混合物和有机光防护剂,它们的含量之和为9-18%(重量);
40-85%(重量)的水;
和优选1-30%(重量)的常规化妆品添加剂,其中光防护剂和其他添加剂的含量之和为不超过55%(重量)。
12.权利要求1或11所述的防晒凝胶,其中化妆品用油是挥发性油。
