Abstract
一种滚动转子式压缩机,它包括开设有吸气口⑥和排气口⑨的缸体①、滚动转子②、驱动轴④。在驱动轴④的偏心轴部分与滚动转子②之间设置一能在它们之间灵活转动的偏心套③,从而使滚动转子②的偏心距e得以调整并在工作中实现柔性滚动接触密封;在缸体①的吸气口⑥与排气口⑨之间设置一摆动隔离装置,该装置中的摆动挡块⑦的转动部分在螺旋弹簧⑧的弹簧力作用下,以摆动部分紧压在滚动转子②的外圆表面上,实现摆动式隔离。
Description
本发明涉及一种旋转活塞式压缩机,特别是一种滚动转子式压缩机。
随着生产技术的不断进步,传统滚动转子式压缩机以其结构简单、紧凑和高效的突出优点,很快得到了广泛的应用。但是,由于本身的密封条件较差,因而对生产有着很高的要求,特别是对于要把滚动转子外园表面与缸壁之间对效率影响敏感而又最不容易保证的径向密封间隙最终控制在尽可能小的认可范围内,就要对涉及影响到这一间隙的多个相关零件的加工和装配精度制订出近乎苛刻的生产要求,只有在依靠于专用高精密度工艺设备和严格复杂的生产管理方可达到,需要很大的投入,而且在使用中,这密封间隙会随着各运动副的磨损而不断累积扩大,日渐加大了泄漏量而降低效率,无法保持其长期使用的高效性。目前,虽有一些针对性的间隙补偿技术并部分得以实施,但可靠性仍不理想。另外,由于在缸体的吸、排气口之间设置的往复式隔离挡块在工作中以高速进行往复运动,质量惯性大,相应而导致了较大的机械损耗和振动而降低了工作效率和增加了噪声。
本发明的目的是为解决上述问题,提出一种改进技术简单而又经济实效的滚动转子式压缩机。
一种滚动转子式压缩机,它包括开设有吸气口⑥和排气口⑨的缸体①、滚动转子②、驱动轴④,其特征:
在驱动轴④的偏心轴部分与滚动转子②之间设置一能在它们之间灵活转动的偏心套③。
在缸体①的吸气口⑥与排气口⑨之间设置一摆动隔离装置,该装置由摆动挡块⑦和螺旋弹簧⑧组成。
在上述的偏心套③与滚动转子②之间设置一滚动装置,该装置由滚动体和隔离圈组成。
在上述的摆动隔离装置中,所述摆动挡块⑦的转动部分是被支承在缸体①的吸气口⑥与排气口⑨之间所开设的向内腔开放的一异型腔中的缺园型腔部分内,而摆动部分则能被这异型腔中的与之相对型面相吻合的型腔部分所容纳。在摆动挡块⑦的转动部分两径向侧面围绕转动中心分别开有环形凹槽,螺旋弹簧⑧分别套入转动中心的芯轴上,一固定端插入环形凹槽内开设的小园孔内,另一固定端插入前端盖、后端盖、缸隔挡块、缸体①在相应位置上开设的小园孔内,在摆动部分面向滚动转子②的型面内开设一内凹型腔。

图1所示,以驱动轴④的主轴轴心O1为旋转中心并给予驱动轴④图示方向的旋转动力,驱动轴④的偏心轴部分就通过偏心套③带动滚动转子②而围绕主轴轴心O1旋转工作,根据特征,偏心套③的内园园心与驱动轴④的偏心轴部分的轴心重合于O2,而外园园心则与滚动转子②的内外园公共园心重合于O3,这样,滚动转子②的公共园心O3相对于驱动轴④的主轴轴心O1的偏心距e被偏心套③的内、外园园心O2和O3之间的偏心距e2和驱动轴④的偏心轴部分的轴心O2与主轴轴心O1之间的偏心距e1所决定,从而使滚动转子②有了被调节偏心距e的功能,并使其在工作中,可以根据工作压力和离心力,自动调整外园表面对缸体①的缸壁的压力,实现柔性滚动接触密封。同时,摆动隔离装置中的摆动挡块⑦通过在转动部分两侧设置的螺旋弹簧⑧的弹簧力作用,以摆动部分面向滚动转子②一侧的端面紧压在其外园表面上,就把缸体①的内腔分隔出吸气腔⑤和压缩腔,随着滚动转子②的旋转工作,这两部分的体积将发生周期性的体积变化,并且,摆动挡块⑦围绕着被支承在缸体①的吸气口⑥与排气口⑨之间的转动部分来回摆动,实现摆动式隔离。工作气体从吸气口⑥进入吸气腔⑤,之后进入压缩腔经压缩达到一定压力后开启单向阀⑩从排气口⑨排出。
图2所示,偏心套③与滚动转子②之间、驱动轴④的主轴前、后部分与前端盖、后端盖的轴支承之间的各主要运动副以最简单的滑动方式配合,构成基本结构形式。
图3所示,由于有了自动调节滚动转子②的偏心距e的功能,在偏心套③与滚动转子②之间设置滚动装置,在驱动轴④的主轴前、后部分与前端盖、后端盖的轴支承之间分别设置前滚动轴承

,以滚动方式配合的各主要运动副可以进一步减少摩擦损失,而气密性并不因此而受到影响。
本发明的优点:它简化了生产和保证了长期使用的高效性;摆动挡块⑦在工作中的摆动质量惯性小,有利于提高效率和降低噪声。

1.一种滚动转子式压缩机,它包括开设有吸气口⑥和排气口⑨的缸体①、滚动转子②、驱动轴④,其特征:
在驱动轴④的偏心轴部分与滚动转子②之间设置一能在它们之间灵活转动的偏心套③;
在缸体①的吸气口⑥与排气口⑨之间设置一摆动隔离装置,该装置由摆动挡块⑦和螺旋弹簧⑧组成。
