Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于压缩机的可自适应的滚动转子,其特征在于:包括滚动转子外环、橡胶环以及滚动转子内环,所述橡胶环安设在滚动转子外环与滚动转子内环之间,并分别与滚动转子外环和滚动转子内环固定连接。本发明的滚动转子式结构与气缸的配合为过盈配合,因中间镶嵌了橡胶,使滚动转子与气缸内壁整圈接触时有一定的让性,可自动调节,不仅不会造成卡死,而且还会大大减小气体泄露,从而提升压缩机效率;另外,此滚动转子与气缸内壁为过盈配合,比起现有技术对气缸的装配位置度要求大大降低,同时对气缸内壁的圆柱的要求也会降低。

一种用于压缩机的可自适应的滚动转子
技术领域
本发明涉及滚动转子式压缩机技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于压缩机的可自适应的滚动转子。
背景技术
现有滚动转子采用金属整体式结构,与气缸的配合为间隙配合。该结构的滚动转子与气缸的间隙有严格要求,精度为微米级,要求气缸孔的圆柱度以及装配精度非常高,间隙过大压缩机在运行时泄露大,造成效率低,间隙过小或没有间隙就会造成压缩机运行功率高或者卡死。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术存在的不足提供一种能降低装配精度,减小泄漏的用于压缩机的可自适应的滚动转子。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种用于压缩机的可自适应的滚动转子,其特征在于:包括滚动转子外环、橡胶环以及滚动转子内环,所述橡胶环安设在滚动转子外环与滚动转子内环之间,并分别与滚动转子外环和滚动转子内环固定连接。
按上述技术方案,所述滚动转子外环和滚动转子内环与橡胶环硫化连接。
按上述技术方案,橡胶环的宽度设置在≥1mm。
按上述技术方案,在滚动转子内环的中心设有圆柱孔,用于与曲轴连接。
按上述技术方案,所述滚动转子外环的宽度为:滚动转子内环的宽度为:3.5-4.5mm。
按上述技术方案,所述滚动转子外环和滚动转子内环的上端和下端分别设有倒角。
按上述技术方案,所述滚动转子与气缸为过盈配合。
本发明所取得的有益效果为:
本发明的滚动转子式结构与气缸的配合为过盈配合,因中间镶嵌了橡胶,使滚动转子与气缸内壁整圈接触时有一定的让性,可自动调节,不仅不会造成卡死,而且还会大大减小气体泄露,从而提升压缩机效率;另外,此滚动转子与气缸内壁为过盈配合,比起现有技术对气缸的装配位置度要求大大降低,同时对气缸内壁的圆柱的要求也会降低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、2所示,本实施例提供了一种用于压缩机的可自适应的滚动转子,包括滚动转子外环1、橡胶环2以及滚动转子内环3,所述橡胶环2安设在滚动转子外环1与滚动转子内环3之间,并分别与滚动转子外环1和滚动转子内环3固定连接。具体的,选择所述滚动转子外环1和滚动转子内环3与橡胶环2采用硫化橡胶工艺进行连接。橡胶环的宽度设置在≥1㎜。所述滚动转子外环的宽度为:滚动转子内环的宽度为:3.5-4.5㎜,优选4㎜。另外,为了便于装配,所述滚动转子外环和滚动转子内环的上端和下端分别设有倒角。
如图3所示,在滚动转子内环3的中心设有圆柱孔,用于与曲轴5连接。此结构滚动转子4与气缸6的配合为过盈配合,比起现有技术对气缸的装配位置度要求大大降低,同时对气缸内壁的圆柱的要求也会降低。又因中间镶嵌了橡胶,使滚动转子4与气缸6内壁整圈接触时有一定的让性,可自动调节,不仅不会造成卡死,而且还会大大减小气体泄露,从而提升压缩机效率。

1.一种用于压缩机的可自适应的滚动转子,其特征在于:包括滚动转子外环、橡胶环以及滚动转子内环,所述橡胶环安设在滚动转子外环与滚动转子内环之间,并分别与滚动转子外环和滚动转子内环固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压缩机的可自适应的滚动转子,其特征在于:所述滚动转子外环和滚动转子内环与橡胶环硫化连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的压缩机的可自适应的滚动转子,其特征在于:橡胶环的宽度设置在≥1㎜。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的压缩机的可自适应的滚动转子,其特征在于:在滚动转子内环的中心设有圆柱孔,用于与曲轴连接。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的压缩机的可自适应的滚动转子,其特征在于:所述滚动转子外环的宽度为:3.5-4.5㎜。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的压缩机的可自适应的滚动转子,其特征在于:所述滚动转子外环和滚动转子内环的上端和下端分别设有倒角。
