Abstract

搭锁安装在支撑轨上 的电器装置
本发明涉及一种电器装置,包括可以搭锁到带有锁定边缘的支撑轨上的后部,并在它的后部包括至少一个可作用到锁定边上的压缩弹簧,弹簧的轴线垂直于轨的长度,弹簧设置在通常为圆柱形的通向轨的锁定边的主孔中,主孔为弹簧提供一止挡。
将电器装置搭锁到诸如标准型材等支撑轨上是已知的。螺旋压缩弹簧直接作用于轨的边缘的用法也是已知的,例如文献FR-2551807。弹簧通常借助于装置后部的孔插入主孔,通过压迫孔壁装配。在装置后部的主孔保持开放的情况下,当非轴向力作用于弹簧时导致弹簧从主孔中抽出的危险。当装置装配或拆下时这种非轴向力是频繁产生的。
本发明的目的在于防止用于电器装置的压缩弹簧被抽出的危险并以一种低的生产成本,将它们锁定在诸如标准型材等支撑轨上。
根据本发明,主孔在轨的锁定边的另一侧借助于一开孔通向外部,开孔用于弹簧的轴向插入以进行装配,并且主孔包括与止挡相对的一弹簧支撑面,支撑面在弹簧插入期间不起作用而在弹簧插入后起作用。
支撑面可以设置在与普通螺旋弹簧协同操作的弹性孔壁上,例如通过有斜面的舌部和锁定爪或锁定框;或设置在与特定的螺旋弹簧协同操作的装置壳体的一槽上,在这种情况下,弹簧具有一横挡通过旋转进入锁定位置。
说明书将参照附图用本发明的非限定性的例子进行描述。
图1是本发明的电器装置的垂直方向的简图。
图2a和2b是弹簧装配前的本发明两个变化实例的透视图。
图3到图5是在第一个实施例中的弹簧主孔的放大截面图,分别处于弹簧装配过程中、爪接合之前和工作位置。

图中介绍的电器装置是低压装置,带有绝缘壳体10,例如一种能够搭锁到一顶型支撑轨11上的绝缘体或座。在其后端12,即在与面向操作者的前端13相对的一侧,壳体10具有两个凹槽14a,14b,轨的端部11a,11b可插入其中。两个螺旋弹簧20各自安装在壳体上靠近后端12的圆柱形主孔15中。每一个弹簧包括一底端螺旋部20a和一顶端螺旋部20b(如图3到5所示)。
每一主孔15具有一垂直于轨方向L的轴线Z;主孔15经由孔17通向凹槽14a(如图3和图5),其方式是略微伸出在凹槽14a中的弹簧20可以用它的底端螺旋部20a锁定于轨的边缘;孔15经由大致圆形的开孔16通向顶部,用于弹簧的安装。
在图2a和3到7的应用中,主孔15前端由刚性壁22界定,后端由弹性壁23和刚性壁24界定。弹性壁23位于上部,而刚性壁24位于下部。
弹性壁23具有一舌部25,它的顶端25a连接到壳体上,它的底端25b可以弯曲。舌部25为此通过侧面槽26与壁板12分开。舌部的底端25b包括斜面27和具有爪28的支撑面,爪28可锁定在弹簧的顶端螺旋部20b上。因此,在工作位置(图5)中,弹簧顶端支撑在弹性壁23的爪28上,底端支撑在刚性壁24的止挡29上并且侧面由固定壁22,24包围。舌部25大致与刚性壁24成一线,以便在壳体的后端12处确定一合适的连接面P。
在图2b和8的应用中,弹性壁23形成一在底端31处连接的框30,而顶端形成一横档32,其侧端由端部32a结束,端部32a用于锁定在邻近孔15的台肩33上。框30包括两个腿34,其间留有一中央空间35用于纳放弹簧,弹簧顶部抵靠框的支撑面36,而底部靠在止挡29上,空间35中还包含一为弹簧形成侧向支撑的档边37。
在第一个实施例中,弹簧装配如图3到5所示。在图3中,弹簧通过开孔16插入并向下推入主孔15中直到它的底端螺旋部20a靠在斜面27上,当弹簧继续向下移时,由于此斜面,它使弹性舌部25在垂直于Z的X方向弯曲(如图7中的点划线所示),然后停止在止挡29上(图4)。然后,把爪28沿与X方向相反的方向回推(如图5中箭头方向),以便弹簧的顶端螺旋部20b锁止于爪28并且弹簧和舌部在工作位置上保持相互支撑。在此位置,弹性壁23大致与固定壁24成一线,舌部的底端25b略微地从平面P缩回。
在适用于长弹簧的第二个实施例中,框30在与X相反的方向上从最初在图2b的位置弯折到图8的位置,端部32a锁定于台肩33,弹簧保持在框的空间35中。
当此装置搭锁到轨上时,由该装置施加在轨上的压力是通过略微压缩的弹簧传送的,相应的力在爪28或止挡36处由弹簧支撑其上的弹性壁承受。
在第三个实施例中(图9和10),弹簧20包括一由延长的横向边20c构成的顶端螺旋部20b,并且壳体包括一其指向平行于Z方向并与主孔15连通的槽40。弹簧插入孔时,边20c滑入此槽,然后通过围绕弹簧轴线(与Z轴重合)旋转弹簧,使边20c与主孔附近的支撑面41接合,以便弹簧保持在主孔中。

Claims (6)

1.一种电器装置,包括一可以搭锁到带有锁定边缘的支撑轨上的后部,并在其后部包括至少一个可作用到锁定边缘(11a)上的压缩弹簧(20),其轴线垂直于支撑轨的长度,弹簧设置在通常为圆柱形的通向支撑轨的锁定边缘的主孔(15)中,同时主孔为弹簧提供一止挡(29),
其特征在于:
主孔(15)在与支撑轨锁定边缘相对的另一侧经由一开孔(16)通向外部,该开孔用于在装配弹簧时弹簧的轴向插入,
主孔在与止挡(29)相对的另一侧包括一支撑面(28,36,41),一弹簧支撑元件(20b)作用其上,支撑面在弹簧插入过程中不起作用而在弹簧插入后起作用。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,支撑面(28)设置在一舌部(25)上,该舌部构成主孔(15)的一弹性壁(23),并且包括一当弹簧插入所述开孔中并推入主孔(15)时由弹簧(20)的锁定螺旋部(20a)作用其上的斜面(27)。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,支撑面(28)由舌部(25)的锁定在弹簧(20)的支撑元件(20b)上的爪形成,该支撑元件是一位于所述弹簧的与所述锁定螺旋部(20a)所在端相对的另一端处的螺旋部(20b)。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,主孔(15)后端由一弹性壁23和一刚性壁24界定,在弹簧(20)支撑位置,弹性壁大致与固定壁成一线。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,弹性壁(23)由一框(30)组成,该框是壳体的一部分并且包括用于弹簧(20)通过的中央空间(35),当弹簧(20)插入在中央空间后,所述框向前弯曲以锁靠于与主孔(15)邻近的台肩(33)上。
6.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,弹簧(20)的支撑元件(20b)是由一螺旋延长的横挡(20c),该横挡(20c)当弹簧插入时可滑入主孔(15)上的一侧部空间(40)比随然后通过围绕轴线旋转弹簧而作用于支撑面(41)。
