一种共晶液,其特征是由水、尿素、氯化铵和磷酸氢二钠所组成,它们的重量百分数分别是60—70,25—32,3—7和0.000001—0.00001,本共晶液的冰点为-20—-22℃,释放冷量大,用它制成的蓄冷器放在保温箱或其它容器里,能保持冷饮、冰糕等长时间不融化,也可用于长途运输,以满足用户的需求,本共晶液没有腐蚀性,使用方便,价格低廉。

Description

一种共晶液
本发明涉及一种共晶液,更具体说涉及一种制造蓄冷器用的共晶液。
现有的制蓄冷器用的共晶液由水,尿素和少量氯化铵所组成,其冰点为-12℃,释放冷量小,时间短,不能满足市场的需要。
本发明的目的是提供一种新的共晶液,它能弥补现有共晶液的上述不足。
本发明的共晶液,其特征是由水、尿素、氯化铵和磷酸氢二钠所组成,它们的重量百分数分别是60-70,25-32,3-7和0.000001-0.00001。
本共晶液的冰点为-20--22℃,释放冷量大,用它制成的蓄冷器放在保温箱或其它容器里,能保持冷饮、冰糕等长时间不融化,也可用于长途运输,以满足用户的需求,本共晶液没有腐蚀性,使用方便,价格低廉。
下面通过实施例说明本发明。
在配制槽中,放入640Kg水,调温至25℃,将296Kg尿素,39Kg氯化铵和0.08g磷酸氢二钠倒入槽中,搅拌均匀即为本发明的共晶液;将此分装在塑料壳中密封,即为蓄冷器。
为了与现有的共晶液对比,将两种共晶液各取100ml放入同一冰柜中,分别插入数字测温仪。当温度降到-33℃完全冷冻后,断电,温度开始回升,7小时后,现有共晶液的温度回升到-16.4℃,而本发明的共晶液的温度只回升到-20.0℃,两种晶体都开始熔化。据此可见,本发明的共晶液冰点低,释放冷量大。
