Abstract
一种螺杆泵转子加工工艺属于石油开发中螺杆泵的加工工艺,为了降低检泵费用,检泵时不用起下管柱,只动杆柱而设计的一种方法,该方法主要是将喷砂处理后的直型或螺旋型钢体(1)外表均匀涂上粘接剂后,将橡胶(2)注入模芯与直型或螺旋型钢体(1)的空腔内,该方法具有钢体外挂橡胶厚度小,其热胀、溶胀量小,延长螺杆泵使用寿命,转子加工成型简单,方便等优点。
Description
技术领域:本发明属于石油开发中螺杆泵的加工工艺,特别涉及螺杆泵转子的加工工艺。
现有技术:螺杆泵是一种由定、转子组成的容积式泵。螺杆泵定子是由丁腈橡胶衬套浇铸在钢体外套内形成的。而已有的转子是由合金钢调质后经防腐耐磨处理而成。转子在定子内转动,实现逐级增压抽吸液体功能。由于转子硬定子软,转子易磨损定子,在使用过程中转子易将定子磨坏,定子是易损件,在每次检泵时,不但要动杆柱还必须起下管柱,增加了检泵费用。
发明内容:本发明的目的是为了降低检泵费用,检泵时不用起下管柱,只动杆柱而使用的一种螺杆泵转子加工工艺。
本发明是由以下步骤来实现的:a、首先用合金钢加工成直型或螺旋型钢体;b、将直型或螺旋型钢体外表面进行喷砂处理;c、将喷砂处理后的直型或螺旋型钢体擦干后,外表均匀涂上粘接剂;d、将涂上粘接剂的直型或螺旋型钢体旋入已有的模芯内并扶正;e、将橡胶注入模芯与直型或螺旋型钢体的空腔内;f、将模芯与直型或螺旋型钢体一起放入硫化箱内进行硫化即可。
利用本方法可加工出的转子有两种,等壁厚橡胶转子和不等壁厚橡胶转子。
本发明与已有技术相比,具有如下优点:
1、由于挂在钢体上的橡胶厚度小,橡胶的变形量小,泵的单级承压能力高;
2、钢体外挂橡胶厚度小,其热胀、溶胀量小,延长使用寿命;
3、利用本发明制成的橡胶转子与金属定子配合使用,定子使用寿命长,检泵时不动管柱,只动杆柱,降低了检泵费用。
4、本发明加工成型简单,方便。

具体实施方式:本发明是由以下步骤来实现的:a、首先用合金钢加工成直型或螺旋型钢体1;b、将直型或螺旋型钢体1外表面进行喷砂处理;c、将喷砂处理后的直型或螺旋型钢体1擦干后,外表均匀涂上粘接剂;d、将涂上粘接剂的直型或螺旋型钢体1旋入已有的模芯内并扶正;e、将橡胶2注入模芯与直型或螺旋型钢体1的空腔内;f、将模芯与直型或螺旋型钢体1一起放入硫化箱内进行硫化即可。
利用本发明制成的橡胶转子螺杆泵在现场应用时须与金属定子配合使用,定子的内表面是双螺旋曲面或多螺旋曲面,在定、转子间形成许多封闭的腔室,橡胶转子在定子内转动,使其中的流体从一端流向另一端,实现逐级增压抽吸功能。

1、一种螺杆泵转子加工工艺,其特征在于:它是由以下步骤来实现的:
a、首先用合金钢加工成直型或螺旋型钢体(1);b、将直型或螺旋型钢体(1)外表面进行喷砂处理;c、将喷砂处理后的直型或螺旋型钢体(1)擦干后,外表均匀涂上粘接剂;d、将涂上粘接剂的直型或螺旋型钢体(1)旋入已有的模芯内并扶正;e、将橡胶(2)注入模芯与直型或螺旋型钢体(1)的空腔内;f、将模芯与直型或螺旋型钢体(1)一起放入硫化箱内进行硫化即可。
