Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用在药物容器或吸入器上的装置,用于防止两个至少在连接区域内具有圆形横截面且连接在一起的可相互转动的构件被轻易地拉开。
使儿童不能轻易地触及或接近一个药片容器或瓶,或者一个吸入器(特别是在目前情况下特别相关的吸入器)的内部是非常重要的,因为这种容器或吸入器所装的东西可能对儿童有害。例如,吸入器中可能装有一个容纳尼古丁的安瓿,用于向试图戒烟的人供给尼古丁。尼古丁对儿童是非常有害的。
当吸入器的两个可相互转动的构件已经被连接或组装在一起时(在安瓿已经被插入其中之后),对于儿童来说,最好是极难或者甚至不可能通过拉开它们而使两构件脱离或分开,但是同时,分开和组装这两个部分对于成人又不要太麻烦。
已知一些用于实现上述目的的装置,在NO-B-158214中公开了一个实例,其中采用了卡口式连接。
本发明的目的是获得一种用于上述目的的设计,对于成人而言该设计易于操作而儿童却不能打开,同时,它应当是坚固的并且可例如采用塑料地廉价制造。
对于一般情况,根据本发明的这些和其它目的是这样达到的:
第一构件朝其用于与第二构件连接的端部设有一个沿圆周方向延伸的沟槽,
第二构件朝其用于与第一构件连接的端部设有至少一个用于与上述沟槽接合的凸起,
第一构件设有至少一个从所述沟槽到第一构件端部的轴向凹口,
在各凹口附近的沟槽在凹口起始侧设有至少一个主凹槽。
通常,仅设有一个凸起和一个凹口,但如果设置具有不同间距的几个凸起和凹口,便可提高其安全性,从而两个可旋转构件的几个相互位置中仅有一个位置是将它们分开的正确位置。
利用这种设计(一个凸起和一个凹口),通过将它们推到一起,使凸起置于凹口中,可以很容易地将两构件组装或连接到一起,于是,在凸起位于沟槽中时使它们相互转动。因为凸起被卡在主凹槽中,所以此后的在同时转动下通过拉开而使构件脱离或分开的企图将不会成功。
如上所述,本发明特别针对吸入器。因此,第一构件可以是一个用于吸入器的管口,而第二构件可以是一个盖帽。所述沟槽可以被设置在管口内套管的外表面上,而凸起被设在盖帽外套管的内表面上。
主凹槽被优选地设置在凹口的每一侧,以便所述凸起从任一侧转动时均落入“机关”中。由于各主凹槽在凹口处具有一个陡边,用以防止在管口和盖帽上施加相互拉开的力时凸起会到达凹口处,“机关”的效果被加强了。主凹槽的另一端最好倾斜,以有利于凸起平滑地进入“机关”。
即使凸起处于从沟槽进入凹口的位置,以便可将它们拉开,但由于凹口的深度局部减小,还是可以提供一定的优选地指向其开口端的阻力。这一阻力可防止儿童真地将构件拉开。
为了有利于成人可控制地拉开构件,可在管口和盖帽上设置外部标记,用于当凸起位于凹口中时作出指示。已经表明这种标记不会给儿童提供任何指引。
沟槽优选地绕管口的整个圆周延伸,从而两构件可自由地旋转。在这种情况下可基本上与(多个)主凹槽相对地设置最好具有锐边的次凹槽,以便为凸起提供第二“机关”。
从俯视图中看,凸起最好大体呈矩形,但可具有一个尖边,以利于在组装管口和盖帽时进入凹口中。

实施本发明的吸入器包括一个第一构件,即一个管口1,和一个第二构件,即盖帽2;两构件之间的分界线在图1中以粗线表示。欲被吸入的物质被放置于吸入器空腔内的安瓿(未示出)或类似物中。除了为了可舒适地插入使用者口中而使管口1在图1中的左侧具有扁平的端部,管口1和盖帽2均具有圆形横截面,尤其是在它们相互连接的区域中,并且它们可因此而相互转动。
管口1和盖帽2在组装起来时一同形成一个管子。因此,盖帽2具有一个在图1-4中位于右侧的圆形中心开口3,周围的空气可通过该开口被吸入,而管口1具有一个在图1-3中位于左侧的扁平的或基本上呈矩形的开口4,当装入吸入器中时,可能载有来自安瓿中的物质的空气可通过该开口传送到使用者口中。
在内部,管口1和盖帽2设有内管5和6,它们分别具有尖锐的端部5′和6′,当安瓿被置于吸入器内部时,该尖锐端部分别用于穿透在所述未示出的安瓿的端部的密封。
在组装时,管口1和盖帽2在它们连接的区域上一同形成一个基本平滑的外表面。它们的内表面在连接区域上也是基本平滑的。实现这一点是由于盖帽2在其位于图4和5左侧的连接区域中具有一个整体的外套管7,它具有比盖帽2的其余部分薄的壁厚。同样,管口1在其位于图7和8左侧的连接区域中具有一个内套管8,它具有比管口1的其余部分薄的壁厚。两个套管7和8大体上具有相同的长度并配合在一起,形成了图1-3所示的连接。然而,两构件1和2的组装和拆卸可以仅发生在其一个相互位置上,以达到防范儿童的作用。本发明主要涉及用于获得这种起防范儿童作用的装置;下面将对这些装置进行描述。
用于获得所需连接的主要装置是一个在盖帽2的外套管7上的凸起9和一个在管口1的内套管8上的环形沟槽10。除了后面描述的之外,沟槽10的宽度和深度分别略大于凸起9的轴向尺寸和高度,从而两构件1和2可以在凸起9处于沟槽10中时相互转动。沟槽10优选地绕套管8的整个周长延伸,但也可以具有仅延伸较短距离的沟槽。
沟槽10只有一个出口,即在管口1的内套管8中的一个轴向凹口11。该凹口11的宽度超过了凸起9的周向宽度。凹口11的通向沟槽10的端部可具有与该沟槽相同的深度,但凹口的深度可向着位于图7左侧的凹口11的端部减小。这在图9中被清楚地表示出来,图9是凹口11的放大剖视图,并示出了凹口的底部形状。通过凹口11的较浅的出口,提供了一定的阻止凸起9在凹口11中运动的阻力。换而言之,即使找到了凸起9在凹口11前面的转动位置,还需要一定的力来拉开管口1和盖帽2。
管口1和盖帽2各自具有一个外部标记12(图7)和13(图5)将在这方面提供帮助,所述标记将被互相置于对方的前面,用以将凸起9置于凹口11处。已经表明,这种指示不会被幼儿正确地理解。
在凹口11的各侧,在沟槽10的前缘(图7的左侧)有一个主凹槽14。各凹槽14具有一个背离凹口11的倾斜侧边和一个位于所述凹口处的陡边,因而,如果管口1和盖帽2在被连接起来后相互转动地被拉开,凸起9将沿倾斜侧边进入凹槽14,但被陡边止住,从而凸起无法从凹口11中出来。
在管口1的大体上与凹口11相对的一侧,沟槽10可设有一个次凹槽15,如果管口1和盖帽2被转动并被拉开,以企图将两个构件相互分开,则该次凹槽可为管口1和盖帽2这两部分提供进一步的锁定。
沟槽10的与凹口11和凹槽14及15相对的一侧是平滑的,这意味着凸起9可在管口1和盖帽2相互转动而不被拉开时相对于这一侧自由滑动。
如图4和5所示,凸起9可具有倾斜边缘和一个稍尖的端部,以利于在组装时进入凹口11。
本发明的一个重要特征是由主凹槽14构成的所谓“机关”装置,并且必须指出的是,在权利要求书的范围内可表示和描述所述凹槽的多种实际的替代方式。
Claims (9)
1.一种用在药物容器或吸入器上的装置,用于防止两个在连接区域上具有圆形横截面且连接在一起的可相互转动的构件(1,2)被轻易地拉开,其特征在于,
第一构件(1)朝其用于与第二构件(2)连接的端部设有一个沿圆周方向延伸的沟槽(10),
第二构件(2)朝其用于与第一构件(1)连接的端部设有至少一个用于与所述沟槽(10)接合的凸起(9),
第一构件设有至少一个从所述沟槽(10)到第一构件的端部的基本沿轴向的凹口(11),以及
在各凹口(11)附近的沟槽(10)在凹口起始侧设有至少一个主凹槽(14)。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,当设有多于一个的凸起和凹口时,凸起和凹口以不同的间距分布。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,设有一个凸起(9)和一个凹口(11)。
4.如权利要求3所述的用于吸入器的装置,所述第一构件为一个管口(1),所述第二构件为其盖帽(2),所述沟槽(10)被设置在管口(1)上内套管(8)的外表面上,而凸起(9)被设置在盖帽(2)上外套管(7)的内表面上,其特征在于,在凹口(11)的各侧设有一个主凹槽(14),各凹槽在凹口处具有一个陡边,用于防止当在管口(1)和盖帽(2)上施加相互拉力时而使凸起(9)到达凹口。
5.如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,各主凹槽(14)的另一端为倾斜的。
