Abstract
一种具有养颜滋补功能的鸡蛋，涉及一种供人们食用的鸡蛋。主要是为解决现有的鸡蛋对女人的养颜、滋补作用差的问题而研究生产的。主要是将人参、白术两种中草药加入鸡饲料中喂鸡，从鸡雏时开始至产蛋期始终用此种加药饲料喂鸡。优点是利用生物转化技术，以产蛋鸡为载体，通过鸡自身特有的生物富集转化功能，将中草药中的有效成分转化到蛋中，实现良药不再苦口，美食可以健身的目的。

背景技术：鸡蛋虽然营养丰富，含有大量的蛋白质等多种营养成份，但食用后对女人的养颜、滋补作用并不十份明显。
发明内容：本发明的目的是生产一种营养丰富，对女人具有养颜滋补功能的鸡蛋。
本发明的目的是这样实现的，是将中药加入饲料中喂鸡，我们取人参2公斤，白术5公斤，混合粉碎后拌入鸡饲料中，或切碎后混合用水煎熬，取药汤拌入鸡饲料中喂鸡；药(原料人参加白术的干重之和)与鸡饲料的重量比为0.2～5∶100；从鸡雏时开始饲喂直到产蛋时始终用此种加药饲料喂鸡，直至鸡终止产蛋时止。
本发明的优点是：人参、白术配合对女人有很强的养颜滋补作用，但燥性大，女人不宜长期直接服用，将此二味中药适量掺入饲料喂鸡，由于鸡蛋性平，可平和中药的燥性，加之鸡蛋原本就有补气、补血之功效，这样做使蛋与药的补气养颜、补血的功能合二为一，使其作用更为明显。所以这是运用生物转化技术，以产蛋鸡为载体，通过鸡自身特有的生物富集转化功能，将中草药中的有效成份转化到蛋中，实现良药不再苦口，美食可以健身的目的。
具体实施方式：取人参2公斤，白术5公斤，混合粉碎后拌入鸡饲料中；或切碎后加水煎熬(与病人熬药方法相同)，取过滤后的药汤均匀拌入鸡饲料中喂鸡，人参加白术二种药物的干重之和与鸡饲料的重量比可以是：0.2∶100；0.5∶100；1.0∶100；1.5∶100；2.0∶100；2.5∶100；3.0∶100；3.5∶100；4.0∶100；4.5∶100；5.0∶100，以上各种配比均可用；从鸡雏时开始至产蛋时始终用此加药饲料喂鸡，直至鸡终止产蛋为止。

1、一种具有养颜滋补功能的鸡蛋，是将中药加入饲料中喂鸡，其特征是取人参2公斤、白术5公斤，混合粉碎后拌入鸡饲料中或切碎后用水煎熬，取药汤拌入鸡饲料中喂鸡；药与鸡饲料的重量比为0.2～5∶100；从鸡雏时开始至产蛋时始终用此种加药饲料喂鸡，至鸡产蛋终止时止。
