Claims (8)
- 权利要求1. 一种三维正脊仪,它包括下列各部件:用于安装正脊仪的各 种工作机构和驱动装置的框架;安装在上述框架上,能沿正脊仪的 纵向(X方向)轴线作水平运动,用于支承和固定患者上部躯体的头 胸板装置;驱动上述头胸板装置运动的驱动装置;安装在上述框架 用于支承患者下部躯体的臀腿板装置;驱动上述臀腿板装置绕 Y 方向轴线转动的驱动装置;驱动上述臀腿板装置绕 X方向轴线转 动的驱动装置;安装在上述框架上的慢速牵引装置;以及控制上述 各工作机构的运动速度和距离的电气控制糸统;其特征在于,它还 包括安装在上述臀腿板装置上,能绕垂直(Z方向)轴线转动的臀板 装置;以及驱动上述臀板装置转动的驱动装置。
- 2. 如权利要求 1所述的三维正脊仪,其特征在于,上述头胸板 驱动装置是利用电磁铁和永久磁铁或电磁铁之间的磁力驱动的快 速磁力驱动机构。
- 3. 如权利要求 2所述的三维正脊仪,其特征在于,上述头胸板 驱动装置中有使快速磁力驱动机构与慢速牵引装置紧密地衔接起 来的快慢速衔接离合器。
- 4. 如权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的三维正脊仪,其特征在于,上 述使臀腿板装置绕与正脊仪的纵向(X方向)轴线转动的驱动装置, 以及上述使臀板装置绕垂直方向(Z方向)轴线转动的驱动装置都 是用成对电磁铁驱动的磁力驱动机构。
- 5. 如权利要求 4所述的三维正脊仪,其特征在于,当向臀腿板 或赞板的磁力驱动机构中的成对电磁铁中的一块电磁铁通入电流 时,便使上述臀腿板装置或晋板装置向某一个方向转动一预定的角 度;当向臀腿板装置或臀板装置的磁力驱动机枸中的成对电磁铁交 替地通入脉冲电流时,便使上述臀腿板装置或臀板装置作正、反两 个方向的连续的转动(角振动)。
- 6. 如权利要求 5所述的三维正脊仪,其特征在于,上述臀腿板 装置或臀板装置的角振动的频率可利用改变交替地通入的脉沖电 流的频率来控制,一般在 20次 /秒之内调节。
- 7. 如上述权利要求中任何一项权利要求所述的三维正脊仪, 其特征在于,在上述用于驱动头胸板装置、臀腿板装置或臀板装置 的各种磁力驱动机构中都设置了准确地限制运动距离或转动角度 的定距机构。
- 8. 如上述权利要求中任何一项权利要求所述的三维正脊仪, 其特征在于,上述头胸板装置、臀腿板装置和臀板装置上设有固定 患者肢体的固定装置,和调节上述固定装置的松紧程度的调节机 枸。
