Abstract

本发明涉及电气产品或电子产品的间接触摸方法中的触摸开关以及制造其带电层的方法,特别涉及一种触摸开关和制造其带电层的方法,通过提供在诸如玻璃、云母、环氧树脂之类的铁电体材料表面上形成带电层的方法和使用这些带电层的触摸开关来提高方便性和安全性。
下面,参照附图详细说明常规的触摸开关。
图1是展示常规的触摸开关的局部剖面图。
如图所示,常规的触摸开关包括镀有镀膜的控制按钮10,按压该控制按钮以操作电气产品或电子产品的功能键,用螺钉12将其一个端部固定于壳体11的内部,而其另一个端部则露出壳体11的外部,构成触摸单元12a。
在控制按钮10的触摸单元12a的内部形成凹槽单元12b。设置导电树脂14,其下部处于凹槽单元12b中。销钉13插入导电树脂14的上部。
此外,在控制按钮10的上部设置印刷电路板15。其中,销钉13穿过印刷电路板15的上表面露出。
在印刷电路板15的上表面上设置铜薄板17,该铜薄板与销钉13的突出部分隔开预定的距离,以便与销钉13产生带电现象16,由此传送微弱电流。当通过铜薄板17和销钉13之间的带电现象产生的微弱电流被传送时,微型计算机18就操作功能键。
下面,解释常规的触摸开关的操作。
当用户为了操作电气产品或电子产品的功能键用其手指20触摸设置在壳体11上的控制按钮10的触摸单元12a时,流过用户身体的微弱电流通过被电镀过的控制按钮10传送给导电树脂14。
传送给导电树脂14的微弱电流在销钉与铜薄板17之间产生带电现象16,其中销钉突出地装配于印刷电路板15中,铜薄板17与销钉13隔开预定距离并设置于印刷电路板15的上表面。
根据带电现象,微弱电流被传送给微型计算机18,从而操作功能键。
但是,常规的触摸开关的缺点在于,在控制按钮上会积累由电气产品或电子产品产生的静电,当用户触摸控制按钮的触摸单元时,会通过用户的身体放电,于是引起电击。相反地,在用户身体上积累的静电可通过印刷电路板立刻传送给微型计算机,从而造成电气产品或电子产品的故障。
此外,被电镀过的控制按钮被用作介质,将流过用户身体的微弱电流传送给导电树脂,从而引起环境污染。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供触摸开关和制造其带电层的方法,为了增强电子的起电现象,在诸如玻璃、云母、环氧树脂之类的铁电体材料的表面上形成带电层,通过提供形成该带电层的方法和使用这些带电层的触摸开关,可提高方便性和安全性。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,提供一种制造带电层的方法,该方法包括下列步骤:通过在网的表面上涂敷乳状液并干燥,剪辑(editing)一薄膜,将该薄膜粘接于乳状液的表面上,用紫外线曝光,由此形成剪辑板(editing plate);将剪辑板放在玻璃板的表面上,印刷银粉末和陶瓷粉末的混合物,然后除去剪辑板;和通过加热印刷有混合物的玻璃板,并在其上进行空气冷却操作,形成带电层。
还提供一种触摸开关器件,该器件包括:固定在壳体中的印刷电路板;由电介质材料组成的触摸部件,其一侧部分涂敷有带电材料组成的带电层;和导电部件,用于连接触摸部件涂敷有带电层的部分与印刷电路板。

下面,参照附图详细说明本发明优选实施例的触摸开关和制造其带电层的方法。
图2是展示本发明的触摸开关的局部剖面图。如图所示,在其一侧有通孔101的壳体100的内部设置印刷电路板120,用螺钉110固定该印刷电路板的一个端部。
此外,在壳体100的外部设置玻璃板150,该玻璃板是“触发”将要操作的功能键的触摸部件,在玻璃板150的一侧部分形成带电层170,带电层涂敷银171和陶瓷172并可产生带电现象160,导电树脂180通过壳体的通孔101与印刷电路板120的底表面接触并固定于其上,其一侧与陶瓷172接触并固定于其上,金属销钉130插入其另一侧中。
配置有微型计算机140,当由带电层170的带电现象产生的微弱电流通过导电树脂180、金属销钉130和印刷电路板120传送时,该微型计算机就操作功能键。
其中,可以用云母或环氧树脂来代替作为铁电体材料的玻璃板。
另一方面,下面参照图3A至图3D详细说明产生带电现象的带电层的制造过程和方法。
图3A至图3D是展示本发明最佳实施例的制造触摸开关带电层方法的顺序步骤的图。图3A表示薄膜剪辑和紫外线照射工序,图3B表示剪辑板形成工序,图3C表示原板形成工序,而图3D表示玻璃增强工序。
按照本发明的制造带电层的方法,如在图3A的薄膜剪辑和紫外线照射工序所示,在固定于铝框架200上的网210的表面上涂敷作为涂敷溶液的乳状液220并干燥,将剪辑膜230粘接在乳状液220的上部并用紫外线曝光。
膜230被剪辑,以预先具有正/负特性,然后用紫外线有选择地照射乳状液220。
随后,如图3B的剪辑板形成工序所示,清洗被紫外线曝光的叠置的结构,从而形成剪辑板300。
其中,乳状液220仅保留在被紫外线照射过的区域上,并存在于网210上。
随后,如图3C的原板形成工序所示,将剪辑板300放在玻璃板400上,丝网印刷银粉末和陶瓷粉末的混合物410。然后,除去剪辑板300,从而形成原板。
当形成原板时,如图3D所示,进行将原板放在加热炉500中的玻璃增强工序并将其加热到400℃至600℃。
其中,在银粉末和陶瓷粉末的混合物410中,有较大比重的银首先被熔化在玻璃板400的表面上,从而形成银层420,而后陶瓷被熔化在银层420上,从而形成陶瓷层430。因此,可防止银层420在空气中氧化。
此外,在玻璃增强工序中,将加热温度设定在400℃和600℃之间,这是因为在增强玻璃的加热温度中,这个温度范围最适合本发明的制造带电层的工艺。
下面,参照图2说明具有按照上述方法制造的带电层的触摸开关的操作。
当用户为了操作电气产品或电子产品的功能键用其手指20触摸玻璃板150时,通过用户身体流动的微弱电流产生带电现象160,该微弱电流被传送给银171的表面。
其中,玻璃板150与电路组件的电容器相似地操作。电容器的性能可用下式表示。

(C:静电电容;g:介质的密度(导电率);S:银层的面积;1:玻璃板的厚度)。
因此,形成在玻璃板150的表面上的银171在产生带电现象160中起重要作用。
传送给银171的微弱电流通过陶瓷172传送给导电树脂180,并通过金属销钉130和印刷电路板120传送给微型计算机140,从而操作功能键。
如上所述,本发明的触摸开关和用于制造其带电层的方法通过使用玻璃板阻止由电气产品或用户产生的静电,从而提高方便性和安全性,并且不使用电镀的控制按钮,可保护环境。
此外,通过在玻璃板的一侧部分形成带电层使带电现象最大化,从而可靠地操作电气产品或电子产品的功能键。
由于在不脱离本发明的精神和基本特征的情况下,可以将本发明按几种形式实施一样,还应该指出,除非另有说明,上述说明的任何细节都不构成对上述实施例的限制,本发明完全建立在所附权利要求所定义的精神和范围内,因此,由所附的权利要求来界定落入权利要求的规定和范围内的所有变更和改进或这些规定和范围的等价物。

Claims (10)

1.一种制造触摸开关的带电层的方法,包括下列步骤:
在网的表面上涂敷乳状液并干燥,剪辑一薄膜,将该薄膜粘接于乳状液的表面上,用紫外线曝光,由此形成剪辑板;
将剪辑板放在电介质材料的表面上,印刷构成带电层的混合物,然后除去剪辑板;和
加热印刷有混合物的电介质材料,并在其上进行冷却操作,形成带电层。
2.如权利要求1的方法,其中,其上形成有带电层的电介质材料的加热温度在400℃至600℃之间。
3.如权利要求1的方法,其中,冷却操作为空气冷却操作。
4.如权利要求1的方法,其中,电介质材料为玻璃或云母或环氧树脂。
5.如权利要求1的方法,其中,所印刷的混合物由银粉末和陶瓷粉末组成。
6.一种触摸开关器件,包括:
固定在壳体中的印刷电路板;
包括带电层的触摸部件,其一侧部分涂有带电材料;和
导电部件,用于连接触摸部件涂有带电层的部分与印刷电路板。
7.如权利要求6的器件,其特征在于,电介质材料是铁电体材料。
8.如权利要求6的器件,其特征在于,电介质材料是玻璃板或云母或环氧树脂。
9.如权利要求6的器件,其特征在于,导电部件包括导电树脂。
10.如权利要求6的器件,其特征在于,带电层由顺序叠置的银层和陶瓷层构成。
