本发明为一种嵌装式开关柜面板双重折弯的加工工艺,包括板料的剪、冲、钻和双重折弯工艺,其特征在于:所述双重折弯工艺的定位,在剪裁板料的双重折弯的棱边上,以棱边的中心线为对称轴、在棱边的对称轴两侧冲两个形状相同的对称分布的半矩形缺口,然后面板的冲孔、棱边折弯均是以两个半矩形缺口为定位基准。本发明统一了冲孔和折弯的基准,消除了由于板材本身的垂直度误差而造成的位于双重折弯处的孔的错位,并且由于工艺缺口位于零件的内侧,所以对于外观没有任何影响,而且加工起来非常方便,提高了产品的精度,降低废品率,降低产品成本,提高经济效益。

Description

嵌装式开关柜面板双重折弯的加工工艺
一、技术领域:
本发明涉及一种开关柜面板加工工艺,特别是公开一种嵌装式开关柜面板双重折弯的加工工艺,应用于开关柜的面板生产过程中。
二、背景技术:
一种KYN28A型嵌装移开式金属封闭开关柜为开关行业的主要产品。其中大部分零件是板金件且大多加工工艺复杂,特别是双重折弯的正确与否直接影响着产品的外观与质量。以前板料经剪、冲、钻等工序后再进行双重折弯,由于剪下的板材垂直度本身就不是特别好,如果折弯时再以其中一边为基准,加上多次折弯后的累计误差,容易导致折弯后原来的孔偏离了一定的距离,达不到图纸要求。
三、发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:如果找出上述开关柜面板加工过程中定位基准,由此基准加工完的面板孔位和棱边折弯都能准确符合图纸要求,提高产品质量和合格率。
本发明是这样进行的:一种嵌装式开关柜面板双重折弯的加工工艺,包括板料的剪、冲、钻和双重折弯工艺,其特征在于:所述双重折弯工艺的定位,在剪裁板料的双重折弯的棱边上,以棱边的中心线为对称轴、在棱边的对称轴两侧冲两个形状相同的对称分布的半矩形缺口,然后面板的冲孔、棱边折弯均是以两个半矩形缺口为定位基准。所述的板料的双重折弯的棱边上两个定位基准半矩形缺口距离棱边的宽度在2~5mm,缺口长度在10~15mm。两个定位工艺缺口经双重折弯后,不裸露在面板表面。
板材裁剪下来以后,在进行数控冲孔时先冲两个工艺缺口,接着板材上所有的孔均以此作为冲孔的基准,而在折弯时也以此工艺缺口作为折弯的基准,这样就统一了冲孔与折弯的基准,消除了由于板材本身的垂直度误差而造成的位于双重折弯处孔的错位。
由于该工艺缺口位于零件的内侧,所以对于外观没有任何影响,而且加工起来又非常方便,只要在冲孔时多冲两个缺口就可,却可以大大提高双重折弯的准确性。从而降低废品率,降低产品的成本,提高经济效益。

五、具体实施方式:
根据附图1,板材裁剪下来以后,先在双重折弯的棱边上以棱边中心线为对称轴的两侧冲两个形状相同、对称分布的半矩形缺口1,用数控冲床冲此缺口,接着板材上所有的孔2均以此缺口作为冲孔的基准,在棱边折弯时也以此缺口1为折弯的基准。这样就消除了由于板材本身的垂直度误差造成位于双重折弯处孔的错位。

1.一种嵌装式开关柜面板双重折弯的加工工艺,包括板料的剪、冲、钻和双重折弯工艺,其特征在于:所述双重折弯工艺的定位,在剪裁板料的双重折弯的棱边上,以棱边的中心线为对称轴、在棱边的对称轴两侧冲两个形状相同的对称分布的半矩形缺口,然后面板的冲孔、棱边折弯均是以两个半矩形缺口为定位基准。
2.根据权利要求1所述的嵌装式开关柜面板双重折弯的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的板料的双重折弯的棱边上两个定位基准半矩形缺口距离棱边的宽度在2~5mm,缺口长度在10~15mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的嵌装式开关柜面板双重折弯的加工工艺,其特征在于:两个定位工艺缺口经双重折弯后,不裸露在面板表面。
