Description

变高度自适应公路护栏防阻块
技术领域:本发明属于公路护栏零件,具体涉及护栏防阻块的结构改进。
背景技术:公路护栏,包括变高等级公路和变高速公路护栏由护栏块梁板、防阻块、立柱、连接螺栓组成。其中防阻块大都为六边形、H形,其作用是将梁板从立柱上支伸出来以防止车轮在立柱处绊阻并增加同时受力的立柱数。防阻块的变形有两个特点:①变形方向总是垂直于梁板方向的压溃和随立柱的刚性转动,没有沿立柱轴向的变形。②变形模式为依赖于梁板运动的被动变形,没有对梁板运动的任何支配作用。
H型防阻块,是用H型钢所制的刚性结构,在下脚处有一个45度的开口允许产生少量变形,基本没有吸能作用,只是依靠防阻块的“刚性转动”来减小梁板高度的降低。而梁板纵平面的向外倾斜,会将车身前部抬高,更容易诱导汽车翻越护栏。
目前高速公路事故中,30%以上的为车辆翻越、冲出护栏的情况,其中原因之一是汽车重心与撞击点间的高度差。
发明内容:本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种既能起到将护栏板支撑到立柱上的作用,又能在护栏与汽车发生碰撞时产生强大缓冲吸能的作用,减轻碰撞强度,并能降低车辆重心与护栏上撞击点间的高度差,从而降低外翻可能性的变高度自适应公路护栏防阻块。
本发明由上、下底板、顶板、分别连接上、下底板和顶板的上、下腹板组成,其截面形状为 形。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述上腹板与上底板的夹角α为30°≤α<90°,下腹板与下底板的夹角β为90°<β≤150°。它可由钢板弯制而成。
本发明依靠碰撞过程中防阻块角部塑性变形的形成,将半刚性护栏防阻块由初始状态下的固定结构转变为随后的“双摇杆机构”,在这一转变过程随着车辆对护栏冲击力的变化而自动调整梁板高度的上升量,以求最大限度的降低车辆重心与护栏上撞击点间的高度差从而降低外翻的可能性。期间又伴随着防阻块角部塑性弯曲时所产生的强大缓冲吸能作用,改善了碰撞性能。该发明结构简单;经济效益好;安装维修方便;通用性强,可与任何形式的护栏的其他部件(立柱、梁板)配套使用。

所述上腹板22与上底板21的夹角α可为30°≤α<90°,下腹板24与下底板25的夹角β可为90°<β≤150°。本发明可由钢板弯制而成。

形的上、下底板21、25安装在立柱上,顶板23安装在波形梁护栏板上。
由于防阻块在圆形拐角处相对薄弱从而产生应力集中,故其在碰撞过程中先于各边产生弯曲变形进而促使防阻块各边产生绕拐角处的塑性转动,使防阻块成为双摇杆机构。在其向上转动的过程中便将梁板抬高。显而易见,拐角处的塑性转动的形成需要一定的外部能量,于是防阻块便根据撞击车辆的冲击力大小产生相应的塑性转角继而使护栏梁板在碰撞中得到相应的升高。这样便可最大限度的减小车辆重心与护栏撞击点间的高度差从而降低外翻的可能性。因为冲击力与车型密切相关,所以本发明护栏可根据撞击车辆的冲击力大小来“识别”其属于何种车型进而决定护栏梁板在碰撞中升高量的多少:当撞击车辆的冲击力较小时,可认为其为重心较低的小型车辆,护栏梁板升高量较小或不升高,此时其工作情况类似于通常的护栏,可以有效的对中型车导向和防止微型轿车下钻;当撞击车辆的冲击力较大时,则护栏“识别”该车辆为重心较高的重型车辆,并在其冲击力的作用下梁板升高以“自动适应”这种冲击情况,防止这种重心较高的重型车辆外翻。
图6给出了本发明使用状态下,受重型车辆撞击变形后本发明及整个护栏的状态。

1、一种变高度自适应公路护栏防阻块,其特征在于它由上、下底板(21)、(25)、顶板(23)、分别连接上、下底板(21)、(25)和顶板(23)的上、下腹板(22)、(24)组成,其截面形状为 形;所述上腹板(22)与上底板(21)的夹角α为30°≤α<90°,下腹板(24)与下底板(25)的夹角β为90°<β≤150°。
