Abstract

Description

带有谐振板扩音器的个人电脑装置
本发明关于个人电脑装置,特别是膝上型及其他类似的可携式个人电脑,如笔记本型电脑及具有扩音器的可携式个人电话。
本发明的实施例使用的构件具有由施行发明者的国际申请案号WO97/09842可获得的本质、结构及设计。该种构件具有通过操作区域内弯曲波(bending waves)维持及传播输入的振动能量的能力,其中该操作区域沿厚度的横向延伸,通常延伸至该构件的边缘,但不一定须延伸至该构件的边缘;该构件具有或不具有弯曲刚性的非均质性以使谐振模式振动分量分布于该区域上且有利于与周围空气的声波耦合;且该构件具有用于激发器装置的位于该区域内的预定的较佳位置,特别是其中的操作性的活动或移动元件有效地与该区域内的声波振动行为和信号关联,而该信号,通常为电信号,与该振动行为的音频内容有关。
上述的构件称为分布式音频发射器,其具有上述的PCT申请的特征,且/或具有本文中介绍的特性。
本发明特别关于用于个人电脑装置的扩音器型式的音频装置,及关于设有该种扩音器的个人电脑装置。
本发明是一膝上型电脑或其他类似的个人电脑装置,其具有一本体及上盖,该本体包括一键盘,而该上盖铰接至该本体且包括一显示屏,其中有一谐振板扩音器及一音频波导或喇叭,其中该谐振板扩音器最好为一分布式音频发射扩音器,其设于该上盖内或连接至该上盖,而该音频波导或喇叭引导源自该扩音器的音频输出以一所需的方向前进。该所需的方向通常朝向该可携式个人电脑装置的使用者。
该波导或喇叭可包括一可移动装设于该上盖的构件,例如,用以自一关闭或收回位置旋转及/或滑移至一前进或开启位置。可提供一对相对的波导或喇叭,例如以提供多声道的音频输出。该波导或喇叭可包括一铰接至该上盖的板形构件。
可于该上盖的外侧表面装设一或数只音频可透过的开口。
下面通过图示中的范例说明本发明,其中:
图1是一根据本发明的膝上型电脑的第一实施例的前透视图;
图2是该膝上型电脑的上盖的一剖视图;

图1、2及2a说明一膝上型个人电脑128,其具有一本体137及一上盖130,其中本体137包括一键盘138,而上盖130具有一矩形框架1,例如其可为模制的塑料件,支撑一视觉显示屏129,且该上盖铰接至该本体以使之以箭头X所示的方向,在一折合位置及一竖立位置间移动,其中在该折合位置时该上盖包覆该键盘,而在该竖立位置时该上盖大致呈直立。
上盖130容纳一对相对的扩音器以使电脑用于多媒体应用等,每一该扩音器包括一薄矩形板2,其形成一描述于WO 97/09842的多模式(multi-mode)音频发射器。每一扩音器板2具有一单体(monolithic)结构,且靠近其外围受分立弹性悬吊元件3支撑,如一弹性体材质,其经由显示屏129受框架1的支撑。一振动激发器9以一预定的位置装设于每一扩音器板(发明者的国际申请案号WO 97/09842中有较详尽的描述),以发射弯曲波至每一该扩音器板2,使其谐振以产生音频输出。该激发器可为电动(electrodynamic)。
上盖130包括一对相对的盖构件167,168,其共同限定该上盖的外壳,且各具有一平矩形板的形状,而该平矩形板具有一环绕三邻接的侧边而延伸的下弯的边缘,而其第四边缘靠近相对的盖构件的对应侧。该盖构件分别以箭头Y及Z所示的方向在框架1上滑动及旋转,以在自显示于图2的左手的关闭位置延伸至显示于图1及图2的右手侧的操作位置时,使之可通过摩擦或其他方式锁紧,以形成音频波导或喇叭结构,其开口169朝向该上盖的相对侧。该喇叭扩展有效地开始于该扩音器的区域。该扩散的声音能量及具有该扩音器的频率的大致恒定的功率代表该喇叭及该扩音器元件间实现相当好的匹配。其益处包括较高的音频效率、改良的低频响应及一声音方向性,其朝向该使用者且降低朝向其他方向的泄漏。该由喇叭开口169代表的较小的有效音源亦改良给予使用者的立体音像的定位感。
也可在该盖构件167、168内装设多模式扩音器单元,其发射可为双向且/或经由该喇叭结构向前引导。
如图2b所示,也可通过提供开口170使盖元件167、168音频可透过,其中该开口可由一滑移格架17覆盖,使声音自该扩音器放出,或在该格架移动至覆盖该开口时,可使该构件非音频透明,以使该声音仅由该喇叭元件放出。使用者可通过该滑移格架,开启、部分开启或关闭该开口以控制该喇叭有效分量及经由该格架发出的直接声音的混合程度。
图3及3a显示一膝上型电脑的第二实施例,其通常类似描述于图1及图2中的电脑。然而,与图1及2的实施例相比,该波导或喇叭的复杂性简化,以使相对的喇叭/波导元件由形成于平板元件40及该上盖间的楔形所提供,其中平板元件40通过铰链34铰接至一公知的上盖131的外表面。在此实施例中,元件40包括描述于WO 97/09842的多模式音频发射器,且由装设于其上的振动激发器9激发。铰链34可具有摩擦或掣止作用,以使该波导元件可具有预定及/或使用者自定的角度。此外,根据分布式原理,通过控制有效面积的几何形状及激发器的位置,该上盖自身亦可适用于谐振。
图4的实施例大致与图3相似,但于此处,该大致为公知型式的膝上型电脑的上盖壳131设有一单一的板形盖40,其铰接至本体137,以形成一楔形孔穴以提供喇叭型负载给一位于该板形盖内的多模式扩音器2。
板形盖40带有一支撑一分散形音频发射器板2的矩形框架41,该板可为双向性或根据所需的音频效率及所需的用途而向前方设置。根据该板的性质及激发器的位置与数目,此种板形盖可为单一或多声道。由于是非活塞型的弯曲波操作,分布式扩音器板通过多只激发器动作。
在图5及6的实施例中,上述的音频波导的概念应用至一个人数字秘书或个人数据单元158的上盖150的分布式扩音器。装置158通常类似于上述的膝上型电脑,且包括一本体157及一上盖150,其中该本体具有一键盘156,该上盖系铰接至该本体且设有一视觉显示屏129。如图5a及5b所示,该上盖的结构与图2及2a或2b所描述的相似,但此实施例中,上盖155是一固定的结构,其具有一由一下弯的外围唇部所环绕的板形表面,且其具有一支撑显示屏129的框架1,其中一谐振板扩音器2,9弹性地装设于其上。一对孔槽159限定在视觉显示屏129的相对侧边及盖构件155间,该孔槽连接至一连通至该扩音器区域的音频通路,且引导声音使之朝向使用者。或者,如图5b及6所示,该上盖壳可在170处破孔,以使声音在一可移动的格架171的控制下自该后方段发射。该分布式扩音器的分散发射特性及双向的本质使其在建议的操作模式的应用中展现效率。
一个人数据单元具有语音操作模式或可与一移动电话连接的场合中,装设于上盖的较大的分布式扩音器提供一不需以手操作的通讯模式,将有效地适用于扩音器电话会议。
若需要,上盖的盖构件155也可设计为一或数只整体的分布式扩音器。

Claims (15)

1.一个人电脑装置,具有一本体及上盖,其中该本体包括一键盘,而该上盖包括一显示屏铰接至该本体,以覆盖键盘,其特征为一谐振板扩音器及一音频波导或喇叭,其中该谐振扩音器设于该上盖内或连接至该上盖,而该音频波导或喇叭引导声音自该扩音器输出。
2.根据权利要求1的个人电脑装置,其特征在于,该波导或喇叭包括一装设于该上盖的构件。
3.根据权利要求2的个人电脑装置,其特征在于,该构件可移动地装设于该上盖,其可自一关闭或收回位置移动至一前进或开启位置。
4.根据权利要求2或3的个人电脑装置,其特征在于,该构件形成一上盖的盖构件。
5.根据前述任何一项权利要求的个人电脑装置,其特征在于,该扩音器板通过一弹性悬吊装置支撑于该上盖内。
6.根据权利要求5的个人电脑装置,其特征在于,一框架环绕该扩音器板,且该扩音器板悬吊于该框架上。
7.根据权利要求6的个人电脑装置,其特征在于,该显示屏支撑于该框架,且该扩音器板弹性地支撑于该显示屏。
8.根据权利要求2-7中任一项的个人电脑装置,其特征在于,该盖构件一谐振板扩音器或包括一谐振板扩音器。
9.根据前述任何一项权利要求的个人电脑装置,其特征在于,包括一对相对的波导或喇叭。
10.根据前述任何一项权利要求的个人电脑装置,其特征在于,该波导或喇叭包括一铰接至该上盖的板形构件。
11.根据前述任何一项权利要求的个人电脑装置,其特征在于,该上盖设有一或多只音频可透过的开口。
12.根据权利要求11的个人电脑装置,其特征在于,通过一可移动的格架调整通过该开口的音频输出。
13.根据前述任何一项权利要求的个人电脑装置,其特征在于,该谐振板扩音器与该上盖形成整体。
14.根据前述任何一项权利要求的个人电脑装置,其特征在于,该谐振板扩音器包括一强韧且轻重量的板,其具有一单体结构。
15.根据前述任何一项权利要求的个人电脑装置,其特征在于,该谐振板扩音器为一分布式音频发射器。
