Abstract
本发明提供一种利用液态废料的方法,特别是利用有毒和有害液态废料的方法,尤其是利用污泥、污水、糊状和液体状液态废料的方法。在本发明提供的方法中,具有负压的容箱内填满达其容量50%的涂料污泥液态化学废料。容箱以旋转方式转动,其中的污泥以150℃的超高热蒸气加热,直至污泥变成粒状物料,之后在不停转动的容箱中注入硫黄聚合物。当粒状废料被完全涂上硫黄聚合物涂层后,容箱停止转动而硫黄聚合物停止注入。涂上硫黄聚合物涂层的粒状废料被倒入滚筒或注入模具造成建筑元件。

技术领域
本发明提供一种利用液态废料的方法,特别是利用有毒和有害液态废料的方法,尤其是利用污泥、污水、糊状和液体状液态废料的方法。
背景技术
至今,有毒和有害的废料,特别是含涂料、漆或溶剂残余的污泥、污水和糊状废料,都以废物焚化炉焚化处置、或以化学方法处置、或在废料倾倒场封装贮存或埋藏地下。现时实际上没有基于固化或工业用概念以循环方法使用有毒和有害废料。
有毒和有害废料经焚化处置的缺点,是会释放大量燃烧产物和热能到空气中而造成环境污染。以化学方法处置废料的缺点在于其高昂成本,这是因为废料有不同的化学成分,需要先作昂贵的初步研究。以容器贮存的缺点涉及在运输过程中或容器物料自然分解过程中容器被毁坏的风险,这样将废料贮存于倾倒场的方法是将问题留待下一代解决。
本发明提供的是利用硫黄聚合物来处理液态废料的方法,目前硫黄聚合物只用作为粘合剂,用于修路用的固化混合物和防护建筑材料如混凝土和钢筋混凝土组件、混凝土路面、混凝土路面砖块、天然石块、木和其它相似的材料和工业固态废料。
波兰专利申请号P-339314公开了一种制造混合物的方法,其以用硫黄合物作修路工程的硫黄粘合剂为基础,其特征在于:会将硫黄和/或硫黄聚合物加热至液态或半液态状态,之后把其喷射,并以正压喷射为优选,喷射范围会引入雾态矿物聚合物和金属填料,金属填料以短金属丝为优选,直至矿物聚合物和金属填料完全被涂上硫黄和/或硫黄聚合物,之后便冷却至环境温度水平。
硫黄聚合物亦根据处理过程用于防护建筑材料中,如混凝土和钢筋混凝土组件、混凝土路面、混凝土路面砖块、天然石块、木和其它相似的材料和工业固态废料。波兰专利申请号P341996公开了这种方法,其特征在于:已压缩体积的工业废料,如含有以重量计达70%荧光灯碎片废料,会与硫黄聚合物混合,混合物加热至140℃,达到设定温度时把混合物倒入金属盒或定形模具,并自然冷却至环境温度水平。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用液态废料的方法,特别是利用有毒和有害液态废料的方法,其使用硫黄聚合物和可在废料产生处使用的移动式使用设备。
本发明提供一种利用液态废料的方法,特别是利用有毒和有害废料的方法,其特征在于:以不粘附硫黄聚合物的物料制成的容箱,其以移动式混合器为优选,其中具有负压,填满其容量30%至100%的液态废料,然后该容箱会以旋转方式或行星旋转方式转动,同时废料最好以140℃至300℃的超高热蒸气加热,直至废料变成粒状物料,之后液态或碎状硫黄聚合物会被注入不停转动的滚筒中,当粒状废料被完全涂上涂层后,滚筒便会停止旋转方式或行星旋转方式转动而硫黄聚合物停止注入,之后容箱便会被排空。
本发明提供的利用液态废料的方法,特别是利用有毒和有害废料的方法,优点在于其能确保在废料产生处正确和真实地利用废料,而不需经过运输移动,因而达致更短的利用周期。
具体实施方式
一个具有负压的容箱,其内填满达其容量50%的涂料污泥液态化学废料。容箱以旋转方式转动,其中的污泥以150℃的超高热蒸气加热,直至污泥变成粒状物料,之后在不停转动的容箱中注入硫黄聚合物。当粒状废料被完全涂上硫黄聚合物涂层后,容箱停止转动而硫黄聚合物停止注入。涂上硫黄聚合物涂层的粒状废料被倒入滚筒或注入模具造成建筑元件。
Claims (3)
1.一种利用液态废料的方法,其特征在于:以不粘附硫磺聚合物的物料制成容箱,其中具有负压,填满其容量30%至100%的液态废料,然后容箱以旋转方式或行星旋转方式转动,同时废料以140℃至300℃超高热蒸气加热,直至废料变成粒状物料,之后液态或碎状硫磺聚合物被注入不停转动的容箱中,当粒状废料表面被完全涂上涂层后,容箱停止旋转方式或行星旋转方式转动而硫磺聚合物停止注入,之后容箱被排空。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种利用液态废料的方法,其特征在于:所述液态废料为有毒和有害废料。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种利用液态废料的方法,其特征在于:所述容箱为移动式混合器。
