Abstract
一种表面片材和芯材不易起皱、一次操作就能展开尿布的折叠的一次性尿布。尿布以二等分尿布的长度方向并沿尿布宽度方向延伸的第1弯曲导引线X1、朝底面片材3外表面侧弯曲,第1弯曲导引线X1与前后腰区域20,22的端缘11,12之间、朝尿布宽度方向相互平行延伸的一对第2弯曲导引线X2,朝表面片材2的外表面侧弯曲后,在沿着芯材4的两侧边缘朝尿布的长度方向相互平行延伸的一对第3弯曲导引线Y1,朝前后腰区域20,22任一个中的底面片材3外表面侧弯折。
Description
本发明涉及一种开放型的一次性尿布。
在日本特开昭58-13704号公报公开的一次性尿布具有表面片材、底面片材和介于这两片材之间的吸收体，在从吸收体两侧边缘朝宽度方向外侧延伸的侧翼上，弹性部件沿吸收体的两侧边缘朝长度方向延伸，介于表面片材和底面片材之间，并以伸长状态安装在这两片材中的至少一个上。尿布在沿吸收体的两侧边缘朝长度方向相互平行延伸的弯曲线上，将各侧翼朝表面片材的外表面方向弯曲并置于芯材的上部后，将尿布的长度方向尺寸大致三等分，在朝尿布的宽度方向相互平行延伸的弯曲线上，朝表面片材的外表面方向折叠成三折。
在日本特开平58-13704号公报公开的尿布由于侧翼夹持尿布主体，经过长时间，侧翼在弯曲部位上易产生皱褶。与侧翼接合的弹性部件由于在尿布弯曲时，在弯曲部位仅仅伸长尿布主体的厚度，所以在其收缩力下，表面片材和芯材上易产生皱纹。在尿布穿用时，把三折状态的尿布朝长度方向打开，而带有折皱褶的侧翼在宽度方向打开是相当费事的。
本发明的目的在于提供一种难以在表面片材和芯材上产生皱纹、一次操作就能展开尿布的折叠的一次性尿布。
实现上述目的的本发明是对开放型一次性尿布的折叠结构的改进，这种尿布具有透液性表面片材、不透液性底面片材、介于这两片材之间的吸液性芯材、和从所述芯材的两侧边缘向宽度方向外侧延伸出的一对侧翼，还具有在与所述宽度方向垂直的长度方向上的前腰区域、后腰区域和位于这前后腰区域之间的裆下区域。
改进的本发明的特征在于，它具有二等分所述尿布的长度方向并沿所述尿布的宽度方向延伸的第1弯曲导引线，在所述的第1弯曲导引线和所述前后腰区域的各端缘之间、沿所述尿布的宽度方向相互平行延伸的一对第2弯曲导引线，和沿着所述芯材的两侧边缘、沿所述尿布的长度方向相互平行延伸的一对第3弯曲导引线，所述尿布在其长度方向，在所述第1弯曲导引线上，朝所述底面片材的外表面侧弯折，在所述的一对第2弯曲导引线上，朝所述的表面片材的外表面侧弯折后，所述的一对侧翼分别在所述的第3弯曲导引线上，朝所述前后腰区域的任一个中的所述底面片材的外表面侧弯折。
作为本发明的一个实施例，在所述第1弯曲导引线和所述的一对第2弯曲导引线之间、在所述长度方向的各第1尺寸均比所述的一对第2弯曲导引线与所述的前后腰区域的端缘之间的所述长度方向的每个第2尺寸小。
作为本发明的另一实施例，所述的第1尺寸彼此相同，所述的第2尺寸彼此相同。
作为本发明的再一实施例，所述的一对第3弯曲导引线之间的所述宽度方向的尺寸比所述芯材的两侧边缘之间的所述宽度方向的尺寸要大，所述第3弯曲导引线与所述的侧翼的两侧边缘之间的、所述宽度方向的第3尺寸相互是相同的。

下面，参照附图，详细地说明本发明的一次性尿布。
图1，2分别是展开状态的一次性尿布1的局剖俯视图和示出弯折工序的尿布1的透视图。一次性尿布1由透液性表面片材2、不透液性底面片材3和介于表面片材2和底面片材3之间、与这两片材2，3的至少一个的内表面接合的吸液性芯材4构成，分别从芯材4的两侧边缘4a向宽度方向外侧延伸出的表面片材2和底面片材3形成侧翼23。尿布1具有在与宽度方向垂直的长度方向上的前腰区域20、后腰区域22和位于前后腰区域20，22之间的裆下区域21。
尿布1具有2等分长度方向尺寸并沿尿布1的宽度方向延伸的第1弯曲导引线X1，分别位于尿布1的前后腰区域20，22的端缘11，12与第1弯曲导引线X1之间、相互平行地沿着尿布1的宽度方向延伸的一对第2弯曲导引线X2，和与芯材4的两侧边缘4a的外侧邻接、并沿该外侧相互平行地朝尿布1的长度方向延伸的一对第3弯曲导引线Y1。
第1弯曲导引线X1与第2弯曲导引线X2之间的尿布1长度方向的第1尺寸M1要比第2弯曲导引线X2与尿布1的各前后腰区域20，22的端缘11，12之间的尿布1长度方向的第2尺寸M2小。第1尺寸M1彼此是相同的，而第2尺寸M2彼此也是相同的。第3弯曲导引线Y1之间的尿布1宽度方向的尺寸D1大于芯材4的两侧边缘4a之间的尿布1宽度方向的尺寸D3，第3弯曲导引线Y1与侧翼23的两侧边缘13之间的尿布1宽度方向的第3尺寸D2彼此是相同的。
侧翼23上，形成在裆下区域22上朝向尿布1内侧的凹缺部5，沿着凹缺部5，在尿布1长度方向延伸的3条弹性伸缩性部件6介于表面片材2与底面片材3之间，并在伸长状态下与两片材2，3中任一个的内表面接合。
在尿布1的前后腰区域20，22上，沿着前后腰区域20，22的端缘11，12，在尿布1宽度方向延伸的薄膜状弹性伸缩性部件7，8介于表面片材2与底面片材3之间，并以伸长状态与两片材2，3中的任一个的内表面接合。在后腰区域22的两侧边缘上，朝尿布1宽度方向内侧延伸出的一对带式系紧件9的基端部，介于表面片材2和底面片材3之间，并与这两片材2，3不可剥离地接合。在带式系紧件9的自由端部涂布粘接材料10。成为带式系紧件9的固定区域12的目标带14与前腰区域20的外表面接合。通过涂布于带式系紧件9内表面上的粘接材料10，一旦将带式系紧件9粘到目标带14上时，形成腰部开口和左右一对腿部开口(图中未示出)。
尿布1经图2的(A)-(E)所示工序折叠。如图2的(A)所示，在第1弯曲导引线X1上，使底面片材3的外表面彼此相互重合二对折。在图2的(B)中，尿布1的各围绕前后腰区域20，22的端缘11，12相互重合。二对折的尿布1，如图2的(C)所示，从第2弯曲导引线X2，将在前后腰区域20，22的端缘11，12之间延伸的部分在第2弯曲导引线X2处，使表面片材2的外表面彼此相互重合弯折。尿布1的从第1弯曲导引线X1至第2弯曲导引线X2的部分，和从第2弯曲导引线X2至前后腰区域20，22的端缘11，12的部分相互重合呈W字状折叠。在图2的(D)中，因为尿布1的第1尺寸M1比尿布1的第2尺寸M2要小，在第1弯曲导引线X1和第2弯曲导引线X2之间延伸的部分不会从尿布1的围绕前后腰区域20，22的端缘11，12外露，从而不会污染表面片材2。
W字状弯曲的尿布1的侧翼23如图2的(E)所示，在第3弯曲导引线Y1处，在尿布1的前腰区域20一侧，底面片材3的外表面彼此相互重合弯曲。侧翼23可以朝尿布1的后腰区域22一侧弯曲。侧翼由于不夹持尿布主体，侧翼上难以产生折皱。第3弯曲导引线Y1位于芯材4的两侧边缘4a的外侧，由于芯材4不通过第3弯曲导引线Y1弯曲，所以第3弯曲导引线Y1不会在芯材4上产生折皱褶。
图3是折叠后的尿布1的透视图。使用展开时长度方向的尺寸为45.0cm，宽度方向的尺寸为31.5cm的、商品名为ム-二-M的公知的尿布1、并将作为以往技术的尿布1的长度方向折叠成三折的情况、与经过本实施例的工序情况时，尿布1的纵横尺寸与表面积作一比较。折叠成三折的尿布1纵向尺寸L为15.5cm，横向尺寸W为12.7cm，表面积为196.85cm2。与之相对应，本实施例的尿布1中，纵向尺寸L为11.0cm，横向尺寸M为14.5cm，表面积为159.5cm2，变得更加紧凑。展开图3的尿布1时，用手指把持各前后腰区域20，22的端缘11，12附近，能使尿布1朝向长度方向很好地扩展。
图4是与图1不同实施例的局剖俯视图。尿布1如图4所示，芯材4配置在从第1弯曲导引线X1至第2弯曲导引线X2的部分。尿布1通过第1弯曲导引线X1和第2弯曲导引线X2朝尿布长度方向弯折时，由于从第2弯曲导引线至尿布1的前后腰区域20，22的端缘11，12的部分不存在芯材4，只在该部分能够使折叠后尿布1的厚度减小。芯材4可以介于从第2弯曲导引线X2至尿布1的前后腰区域20，22的端缘11，12的部分中任一方。
由于侧翼23位于芯材4的上部，一旦折叠尿布1，与侧翼23接合的弹性部件6在尿布1主体的弯曲部位，朝长度方向仅仅伸长尿布1主体厚度。结果，弹性部件6的收缩力，会在表面片材2和底面片材3上产生很多皱纹。在该尿布1中，由于侧翼23不夹持尿布1主体，尿布1主体弯曲时，弹性部件6不会朝长度方向伸长。因而，不会由弹性部件6的收缩力而在表面片材2和底面片材3上产生很多皱纹。
侧翼23也可以由从芯材4的两侧边缘4a朝宽度方向外侧延伸的抗液性片材，和从芯材4的两侧边缘4a朝宽度方向外侧延伸的底面片材3形成。通过将抗液性片材在芯材4的两侧边缘4a的各外侧附近与表面片材2的上表面接合，能够防止排泄物的水分渗到侧翼23上。
对于表面片材2，使用用亲水剂处理疏水性无纺布的产品或者用掺入亲水剂的纤维形成的亲水性无纺布。也可以用有开孔的热塑性合成树脂薄膜代替这些无纺布。
对于底面片材3和抗液性片材，使用合成树脂薄膜或者合成树脂薄膜与疏水性无纺布的层积片等。芯材4是フラツフバルプ和高吸收性聚合物颗粒的混合物，被压缩到所希望的厚度，全体由薄棉纸类透水片材复盖住。这些部件的接合，可以利用热融粘接剂类粘接剂或粘合剂、对各部件热融接的技术。
本发明也适用于将弹性材料以伸长状态安装到自由侧边缘上，并因弹性部件的收缩力而具有朝尿布1上方立起性能的第2折翼与侧翼23的上表面接合的尿布1。
采用本发明的一次性尿布，用手指把持折叠后的尿布的前后腰区域的端缘附近，并且使尿布只朝长度方向扩展，就能展开尿布。在尿布主体弯曲时，由于侧翼位于芯材的两侧边缘的外侧，与侧翼接合的弹性部件不会在尿布主体厚度处伸长，不会由其收缩力，在表面片材和底面片材上生成皱纹。
Claims (4)
1.一种开放型的一次性尿布，由透液性表面片材、不透液性底面片材、介于这两片材之间的吸液性芯材、和从所述芯材的两侧边缘向宽度方向外侧延伸出的一对侧翼构成，具有在与所述宽度方向垂直的长度方向上的前腰区域、后腰区域和位于这两前后腰区域之间的裆下区域，其特征在于：
它具有二等分所述尿布的长度方向并沿所述尿布的宽度方向延伸的第1弯曲导引线，在所述的第1弯曲导引线和所述前后腰区域的各端缘之间、沿所述尿布的宽度方向相互平行延伸的一对第2弯曲导引线，和沿着所述芯材的两侧边缘、朝所述尿布的长度方向相互平行延伸的一对第3弯曲导引线，
所述尿布在其长度方向，在所述第1弯曲导引线上，朝所述底面片材的外表面侧弯折，在所述的一对第2弯曲导引线上，朝所述的表面片材的外表面侧弯折后，所述的一对侧翼分别在所述的第3弯曲导引线上，朝所述前后腰区域的任一个中的所述底面片材的外表面侧弯折。
2.按照权利要求1所述的尿布，其特征在于：在所述第1弯曲导引线和所述的一对第2弯曲导引线之间、在所述长度方向的每个第1尺寸均比所述的一对第2弯曲导引线与所述的前后腰区域的端缘之间、所述长度方向的每个第2尺寸小。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的尿布，其特征在于：所述的第1尺寸彼此相同，所述的第2尺寸相互相同。
4.按照权利要求1-3任一所述的尿布，其特征在于：所述的一对第3弯曲导引线之间的所述宽度方向的尺寸比所述芯材的两侧边缘之间的所述宽度方向的尺寸要大，所述第3弯曲导引线与所述的侧翼的两侧边缘之间的、所述宽度方向的第3尺寸相互是相同的。
