Abstract

Description
发明领域
本发明涉及含过氧化氢的漂白组合物。
发明背景
在家务清洁、织物洗涤和许多其它方面一般均需要能够漂白不美观物的试剂,即该试剂可以与这些物质反应使其退色。最普通的所述漂白剂之一是次氯酸盐,它广泛用于清洁组合物中使污垢退色,通过其与污垢反应而有助于清洁,并且杀死微生物。
次氯酸钠是一种强氧化剂,它可以使污垢中出现的许多有色化合物退色,但在用于漂白某些脂肪和热解污垢时有明显局限性。许多消费者宁可不用以氯为基础的漂白化合物,由于其刺鼻的特殊气味。在某些情况下必需避免使用含氯漂白组合物,因为该组合物若与酸性浴室清洁剂混合可能产生有害作用并放出氯气。
因此需要对以氯为基础的漂白剂和漂白/清洁剂加以替代。已知的一类替代物是过氧化合物。虽然这些被广泛用作漂白和清洗剂,但过氧化合物用作漂白剂的效果却不如次氯酸盐。因此总的需要找到对以氯为基础的漂白剂的替代物,并就其性能针对次氯酸盐的性能耒加以改善。
使用氧转移剂,例如季亚胺类化合物耒改善过氧化合物的活性是已知的。本发明上下文中氧转移剂是能与过氧化合物,例如过氧化氢反应形成氧化漂白物的物种,该氧化漂白物然后与基质反应再产生氧转移剂。
所述氧转移剂包括N-甲基-3,4-二氢异喹啉鎓盐。US5360569介绍了能够用耒改善TAED/过硼酸漂白组合物活性的季亚胺分子。确信这些糸统通过在原位产生过乙酸而起作用。认为该有机过氧化物与季亚胺反应产生漂白活性。US5360568公开了季亚胺分子可用于改善一过硫酸(一种无机过氧化物)和过氧-己二酰-邻苯二甲酰亚胺(PAP)(一种有机过氧化物)的活性。
据信上述组合物中季亚胺与过酸反应转化成噁嗪鎓盐,该盐可作为氧给体(即漂白物),且再变回季亚胺。但噁嗪鎓在高PH下于上述组合物中不稳定,要转化成酰基异羟肟酸盐,因此使漂白循环不能有效工作。这样,组合物对PH值有限制,并证明很难配制对付顽固污渍的组合物,特别是疏水性和/或热解污渍。
发明简述
通过使用过氧化氢,而不是有机过酸或无机过氧化物,作为氧化等同物源,相信可以克服上述问题。能使制剂在相当高的PH下漂白,在高PH下某些更顽固的污渍可溶解而接近制剂。此外毫无疑问使用过氧化氢还有很多优点,正如下面所述。
因此本发明提供PH10-14的漂白组合物,其中含有氧转移剂和过氧化氢。
虽然并不希望由某些操作理论来限制本说明书的范围,但仍确信,加有季亚胺氧转移剂的过氧化氢,通过与上述有机和无机过氧酸,以不同的途径作用。这样酰基异羟肟酸明显减少。而且确信,当在上述PH值范围内以过氧化氢作为漂白剂时,该漂白系统的效果令人惊异的得到改善,并能配制其效果接近次氯酸盐而无次氯酸盐副作用的、以过氧化物为基础的漂白系统,甚至有所超过。
本发明的另一方面是提供将染有污渍的基质漂白的方法,包括以含有氧转移剂和过氧化氢的PH10-14的漂白组合物处理基质之措施。发明详述
正如上面指出的,过氧化氢是本发明组合物的基本成分,因为过氧化氢是活性物质,这就对可能存在的其它成分有所限制,下面将就此作详细介绍。
产品中优选含0.5%-10%重量的过氧化氢,更优选1%-5%重量。本发明的典型实施方案中,过氧化氢与氧转移剂重量比范围为5∶1至20∶1。氧转移剂
本发明所用氧转移剂包括(但不限于)季亚胺N-甲基-3,4-二氢异喹啉鎓盐,若使用该盐,则适宜的反离子包括卤离子、硫酸根、甲硫酸根、磺酸根、对甲苯磺酸根和磷酸根。优选含有季氮原子的氧转移剂。
适宜于本发明实施方案的很宽一类氧转移剂是含有下述通式离子的化合物。

R2是取代或未取代的选自下述的基团:氢、苯基、芳基、杂环基、烷基、环烷基、硝基、卤素、氰基、烷氧基、酮基、羧酸基和羰烷氧基;
R3是取代或未取代的选自下述的基团:氢、苯基、芳基、杂环基、烷基、环烷基、硝基、卤素和氰基。
优选R1与R2和R3分别连在一起形成选自下述的基团:环烷基、多环、杂环和芳环系。
本发明的杂环包括其环系中带有氧、硫和/或氮原子的脂环和芳环。代表性的氮杂环包括吡啶、吡咯、咪唑、三唑、四唑、吗啉、吡咯烷酮、哌啶和哌嗪。适宜的氧杂环包括呋喃、四氢呋喃和二噁烷。硫杂环包括噻吩和四氢噻吩。
关系到R1、R2、R3和R4所谓的“取代”包括下述的取代基:硝基、卤素、氰基、C1-C20烷基、氨基、氨烷基、硫烷基、磺烷基、羧酸基酯、羟基、C1-C20烷氧基、多烷氧基、或C1-C40二或三烷基季铵。
优选氧转移剂是季亚胺盐,特别是US5,360,568(Madison和Coope)中所述的该类化合物,更具体的是取代或未取代的异喹啉鎓盐,优选3,4-二氢异喹啉鎓盐、更优选N-甲基-3,4-二氢异喹啉鎓盐。N-甲基-3,4-二氢-异喹啉鎓对甲苯磺酸盐是特别优选的氧转移剂。
一般来说,氧转移剂在产物中的含量为0.001-10%重量,优选占0.01-1%重量,更优选占0.1-0.5%重量。表面活性剂
优选本发明的组合物含有一种或多种表面活性剂物质。表面活性剂可以是非离子型、阴离子型、阳离子型、两性型或两性离子型,只要它们及其相宜的反离子基本上不与氧转移剂或过氧化氢反应即可。
适宜的非离子洗涤活性化合物,广义上说来可以是烯化氧类(属亲水性)与有机疏水性化合物(属脂族或烷基芳族型)缩合产生的化合物。与任何特定的疏水基缩合的亲水基或聚氧亚烷基的链长很容易加以调节,使之产生亲水和疏水单元之间达所希望平衡度的水溶性化合物。
具体例子包括8-22个碳原子的直链或支链构型的脂肪醇与环氧乙烷的缩合产物,例如每摩尔椰子醇与3-10摩尔环氧乙烷缩合的椰子油环氧乙烷缩合产物;每摩尔烷基酚与3-10摩尔环氧乙烷缩合的含6-12个碳原子烷基的烷基酚缩合物。
优选的烷氧基化醇非离子表面活性剂是链长为C9-C11而EO值至少3(但小于10)的乙氧基化醇。具体优选的非离子表面活性剂包括C10醇与3-8摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合产物。优选的乙氧基化醇其HLB计算值为10-16。适宜的表面活性剂的例子是IMBENTIN 91-35 OFA(TM,购自Kolb AG),即乙氧基化度为5摩尔的C9-11醇。
其它的表面活性剂包括氧化胺,胺和/或其乙氧基化物,特别优选带有C12-C14碳链的氧化胺。
对于非浓缩产物来说,如果采用非离子型洗涤活性物于本发明组合物中,那么其含量一般为0.01-30%重量,优选0.1-20%重量,最优选3-10%重量。浓缩产物则含10-20%重量非离子表面活性剂,而适宜喷雾的稀释产物含0.1-5%重量。PH值
正如上面所指出的,本发明组合物的PH值范围为10-14,优选10-12,更优选10-11。在较高PH值条件下发现组合物更容易渗进污渍中。
如下面举出的实施例所指出的,在高PH值条件下使用氧转移剂会有相反的现象,即其倾向于加深污渍的颜色,而不是使之变浅。次要成分
本发明组合物所含次要成分包括含于清洁组合物中的一般成分。
本发明含过氧化氢的组合物中包含金属离子配合剂是有用的,可阻止过氧化物分解,可通过以杂质存在的金属离子或制备期间加入耒起作用。同样该成分也要选择基本上不与氧转移剂和过氧化氢反应的。
优选本发明清洁和/或消毒组合物还含有金属离子螯合剂,例如亚乙基-二胺-四乙酸,氨基-聚膦酸(例如DEQUEST(TM)范围内的)和磷酸,视需要还可以采用各种各样其它多官能团有机酸和盐。优选金属离子螯合剂选自二吡啶甲酸,亚乙基-二胺-四乙酸(EDTA)和其盐,羟基-亚乙基二磷酸(DEQUEST 2010,RTM),亚乙基-二胺-四(亚甲基磷酸)(DEQUEST2040,RTM),二亚乙基三胺五(亚甲基磷酸)(DEQUEST 2060,RTM),氨基三(亚甲基磷酸)(DEQUEST 2000,RTM)。特别优选磷酸衍生物。优选磷酸衍生物金属离子配合剂的含量在0.05-5%。
优选本发明清洁和/或消毒组合物还含有至少1%的R1-O-(EO)m-(PO)n-R2形式的溶剂,其中R1和R2各自是C2-6烷基或H,但二者不同时为氢,m和n各自是0-5。更优选所述溶剂选自二甘醇一正丁基醚、一甘醇一正丁基醚、丙二醇正丁基醚、异丙醇、乙醇、丁醇和其混合物。一般来说,该清洁和消毒组合物中溶剂含量为1-10%,特别优选溶剂与非离子表面活性剂之比为1∶3-3∶1。
如果本发明组合物是液体,它们可以是稀水液或稠液,稠组合物的优点是可以粘到斜面上,特别适用作厕所清洁剂。稍稠的组合物可用于喷洒,以便在一定程度上减少微滴,以免给使用者造成呼吸刺激作用。适宜的稠剂包括氧化胺和皂,以及以非离子表面活性剂为基础的体系。
除了已经介绍的成分外,本发明组合物也可以含各种其它任选成分,例如着色剂、荧光增白剂、污垢悬浮剂、洗涤酶、凝胶控制剂、冷冻-解冻稳定剂,还可含杀菌剂、香料及遮光剂。
本发明特别优选的组合物包括PH10-12的漂白组合物,所述组合物是含水液体,且含有:
a)过氧化氢、含量占产物的0.5-10%wt,
b)占产物0.001-10%wt的异喹啉鎓盐,
c)占产物0.01-30%wt的至少一种非离子表面活性剂,和
d)视需要加入的次要成分,选自金属离子螯合剂、溶剂和香料。产品形成
本发明的产品一般是液体,且优选含水。但也可包括其它形式产品,如膏状和固体等。
应明确,产品形式多由其最终用途来决定,因此液体物一般适宜硬表面清洁用,包括工厂、机关和家庭硬表面清洗和/或消毒,包括金属表面、塑料表面或其它高分子表面,陶瓷表面以及玻璃表面。
本发明的方法可考虑用于加工食品和饮料场所(例如工作台、传送系统和炊具)的表面清洁,或者其它工厂、机关和家庭表面清洁,例如卫生间、工厂、机关和家庭的供水系统等;用于医疗、手术或牙科设备、装置、工具或供给器、导管、隐形眼镜、外科敷料、或外科仪器等消毒;或用于园艺,例如消毒温室表面;用于软表面,包括织物(如敷布、抹布和衣物)消毒,以及来源于生物的无生命物(例如木材)的消毒。固体产品则适用于厕所和小便池,以及其它需要其成分慢慢释放的地方。
为更进一步了解本发明,下面将以非限制性实施例和比较例来举例说明之。
实施例
下面实施例以厨房污垢为模型进行,程序如下面所述。挑选很难除去的污渍,由于该污渍的疏水性或焦化性质,很难漂白。实施例1:Formica(TM)(一种热固性树脂)上的姜黄素/油渍制造污垢
从白色Formica片材上切下4′’×4”的一块平瓦片,用市售液体摩擦清洁剂Jif(TM)彻底清洁其表面。用软水漂洗后该瓦片于室温下干燥。
将19g植物油和180g乙醇混合,然后加入1g纯姜黄素(咖喱粉中的一种颜料)。均匀搅拌后用喷雾器将所得溶液喷到该瓦片上,得到均匀的表面覆盖层。将瓦片干燥至少10分钟,此时乙醇蒸发留下浅黄色稍粘的油渍,用抹布或水洗均不能除去。姜黄素易光氧化,该染污渍的瓦片使用前不应贮存超过2小时。制备漂白或表面活性剂溶液
实验以过氧化氢、PAP(过氧-己二酰-邻苯二酰亚胺)、过氧单硫酸盐和次氯酸钠(已知无机漂白剂)进行。
将过氧化物共氧化剂溶于软化水中配制漂白剂溶液,如果需要,则加入氧转移剂。滴加氢氧化钠溶液(5mol dm-3)将PH调到所需值(使用PH计测出),再加入软化水到该溶液中,达到所需的最终体积。所述实施例中的氧转移剂是N-甲基-3,4-二氢异喹啉鎓对苯磺酸盐,该物质的制备公开在US5360569和US5360568中(该两文列入本文作为参考),下面称其为“季亚胺”。
配制过氧化氢溶液使最终浓度达到3w/w%(0.88mol dm-3),用于与1%摩尔当量季亚胺催化剂(0.0088mol dm-3,0.30w/w%)相结合。
卡诺酸(Caroate)钾溶液(TM:6w/w%,相当于3w/w%,0.2mol dm-3过氧单硫酸盐)和PAP(6-[N-邻苯二酰亚氨基]-过己酸:2w/w%,0.012moldm-3)与相同量季亚胺相结合进行试验。过氧单硫酸钾系统在P8.5时试验(但对过氧化氢和PAP要用较高PH值,前者的Pka较高,后者在低碱性条件下相对不溶解)。加入润湿剂(1%丁基digol(TM):二甘醇一正丁基醚)可进一步提高PAP的溶解性。
该漂白体系与下面表1所列制剂中的用C9-11EO5非离子表面活性剂、Imbentin 91-35 OFA(TM)获得的洗涤效果进行比较。在某些情况下,加入溶剂“丁基digol”(TM)、二甘醇一正丁基醚,或用于比较例中。除去污垢实验
本实施例在室温下进行。将直径50mm、高15mm的玻璃环放在染有污渍的瓦片中心上。用移液管吸5cm3含水漂白剂或表面活性剂溶液放入环中。使溶液与污渍瓦片表面保持接触30秒钟,然后除去玻璃环并倒出溶液。立即用软化水漂洗该瓦片30秒钟并使其干燥。每种溶液均处理两个瓦片。
由至少15人组成的专家小组以视觉评估污渍被除去的程度,按标准等级评分。按0-5级给各瓦片记分,0级表示看不出有污渍被除去,而5级则表示完全除去。用各种漂白溶液至少处理两个污渍瓦片,将两个瓦片的分数平均,计算出各系统的平均分数值。
其结果列于下表1中。从表1可以看出,在PH10和PH10.5时,在季亚胺存在下过氧化氢漂白剂得到明显改善。而对于有机或无机过氧酸却未观察到有类似提高。
与常规清洁/漂白系统相比,可以看出使用氧转移剂与过氧化氢相结合,可以提供和次氯酸盐完全可以相比的结果,且明显好于以碱和表面活性剂为基础的体系。

将油酸(1g)、硬脂酸(1g)和Frial(TM)意大利油(38g)在金属烧杯中混合,并用电炉直接加热到60℃,使混合物液化。将软化水(100g)煮沸并使其冷至60℃,然后与意大利面粉(40g)混合制成稠浆状。
有机酸油混合物与面粉稠浆放入液化罐中并加入软化水(280g)。将该脂面混合物混合5秒,并放置10秒,然后再混合5秒钟。然后将液化罐中物转移到玻璃烧杯中,直接在电炉上慢慢加热。以高架搅拌器不停搅拌下将该混合物煨5分钟。不能让该混合物粘在烧杯上或出现过分交联,结果生成十分难以除去的污垢。然后将该混合物转移至聚乙烯烧杯中,在使用之前将之冷却。涂抹污垢
将白色搪瓷瓦片(100mm×100mm)用市售液体磨擦型清洁剂(Jif[TM])清洗,并用软化水冲洗并晾干。采用网屏印刷法以上述脂面混合物在瓦片上涂一薄层(约0.5mm)。用一个弹性橡皮辊透过薄层塑料网眼将混合物展开在瓦片表面,并注意使其构成均匀薄层。在敞开空气处将染有污垢的瓦片放置过夜,得到均匀而无光泽的瓦片。将该瓦片在190℃炉中部架子上烤1小时,变成浅褐色,冷却2小时然后清洗。因为各批瓦片染污和随后焦化情况有所不同,因此重要的是如果要比较,必须取同一批瓦片。漂白剂和表面活性剂溶液的配制
参考表1,使用下面表2所列配方配制上述姜黄素污垢清除实验所用溶液。使用Neodol 91-5(TM)非离子表面活性剂,一种上面姜黄素/油实验所用Imbentin 91-35 OFA(TM)改型的市售纯度稍低产品来研究洗涤效果。Admox 10(TM)是C10氧化胺表面活性剂。
使用的过乙酸浓度相等于在同样PH值(10.0)下,3%过氧化氢溶液中存在的HOO-活性氧化物种的浓度。除去污垢实验
使用标准毛料工业研究协会磨擦试验(WIRA TM)装置来进行污垢除去试验。两个染有污垢的瓦片用相同溶液同时清洗,提供重复结果。将漂白或表面活性剂溶液(20cm3)倾入瓦片表面,用覆盖有两层清洁‘J’布(TM)材料的清洁头揩擦。各瓦片由该清洁头各擦51次,然后立即将瓦片从装置上取出,用自来水漂洗,用纸巾将其轻拍干。
正如上面指出的,虽然着色和污垢除去容易性对于用特定脂肪-面粉混合物涂覆的瓦片是一致的,但对于不同批号的污垢之间也是有所不同的。这样下面表2所示结果按组分类(表2a、2b和2c),各组使用不同批号的脂肪-面粉污染的瓦片。使用Jif(TM)液体磨擦清洁剂和Domestos多种表面清洁剂(TM),一种市售次氯酸盐硬表面清洁剂产品,所作试验包括在各系列实验中作为参考标准。由至少五个人组成的专门小组,使用标准记分法以视觉进行评估。将瓦片按0-10分给与评分,并由专门小组成员给每个瓦片记整数分或半整数分。0分表示看不出有污垢被除去,10分则表示全部污垢被除去。各除垢系统的平均分是将两个重复试验样品的分数加以平均计算出的。
与常规清洁/漂白系统所得结果相比,可以看出使用氧转移剂与过氧化氢相结合,所得结果与用次氯酸盐及以次氯酸盐为基础的产品所得结果一样好,且明显比碱和表面活性剂为基础的系统要好得多。从表2d可以看出,当季亚胺表现出在表面活性剂存在下降低效果时,而不含季亚胺的体系仍有能测定出的改进。

Claims (7)
1.PH10-14的漂白组合物,其中含氧转移剂和过氧化氢。
2.根据权利要求1的漂白组合物,其中过氧化氢占产物重量的0.5%-10%。
3.根据权利要求1的漂白组合物,其中过氧化氢与氧转移剂的重量比在5∶1至20∶1范围内。
4.根据权利要求1的漂白组合物,其中氧转移剂是含有下面通式结构所示离子的化合物:
(R1)(R2)C=N+(R3)(R4)
其中R1和R4是顺式关系,选自下述取代或未取代的基团:氢、苯基、芳基、杂环基、烷基、和环烷基;
R2是取代或未取代的选自下述的基团:氢、苯基、芳基、杂环基、烷基、环烷基、硝基、卤素、氰基、烷氧基、酮基、羧酸基和羰烷氧基;
R3是取代或未取代的选自下述的基团:氢、苯基、芳基、杂环基、烷基、环烷基、硝基、卤素和氰基。
5.根据权利要求4的漂白组合物,其中氧转移剂是取代或未取代的异喹啉鎓盐。
6.根据权利要求1的PH10-12的漂白组合物,所述组合物是含水液体,并含有:
a)过氧化氢、含量占产物的0.5-10%wt,
b)占产物0.001-10%wt的异喹啉鎓盐,
c)占产物0.01-30%wt的至少一种非离子表面活性剂,和
d)视需要加入的次要成分,选自金属离子螯合剂、溶剂和香料。
7.漂白染有污渍的基质的方法,包括用权利要求1-6任一项定义的漂白组合物处理基质的步骤。
