技术领域
本发明涉及一种内燃机,它具有一个汽缸盖和用于燃料的喷油阀,其中该汽缸盖具有用于喷油阀的各自容纳部。
背景技术
带有燃料用喷油阀的内燃机具有一种不对称的燃油喷束,该燃油喷束与混合气形成室,例如直接喷射时的燃烧室,或者进气道中腔室的相对位置有关,这对于正确的混合气形成具有特殊的意义。喷油阀在容纳部里围绕其纵向轴线发生微小的转动,使喷油阀离开其最佳位置,可能引起混合气形成的大大恶化,并因而使得关系到功率、有害物排放和燃料消耗的发动机功能相应地变差。因而当装配这类内燃机时,在将喷油阀插入汽缸盖上各自的容纳部里去时,必须准确地遵守与围绕喷油阀纵向轴线的旋转有关的位置。然而这比较费事而且成本贵。
发明内容
本发明的任务就是在装配具有喷油阀的内燃机时实现简化并降低成本。
该项任务的技术解决方案是一种内燃机,尤其是用于汽车的内燃机,它具有一个汽缸盖和燃料用喷油阀,其中汽缸盖具有用于喷油阀的各自容纳部,其中,在容纳部处和在一个各自的喷油阀上以机械方式共同起作用的机构如此构成,即当把喷油阀布置在容纳部里时预先限定了喷油阀在容纳部中的与围绕喷油阀的纵向轴线的旋转有关的定位;其特征在于,该共同作用的机构在喷油阀上具有一个筋条,而在容纳部上具有一个与之配合的槽。
为此按照本发明设定;在容纳部处和在一个各自的喷油阀处共同起作用的机构如此构成,即当把喷油阀布置在容纳部里时预先限定了喷油阀在容纳部中的与围绕喷油阀纵向轴线的旋转有关的定位。
其优点在于:在具有不对称燃油喷束的喷油阀遵守该燃油喷束相对于燃烧室(在一种直接喷射时)或者相对于进气道中的一个混合气形成腔室(在进气管喷射时)的一个想要的最佳的位置而自动地使喷油阀插入汽缸盖的容纳部里时,不需要为此而附加的调节措施。因而内燃机的装配就大大简化了。
共同起作用的机构按合理的方式机构共同作用。
例如容纳部和喷油阀如此设置,以使燃料直接喷入内燃机汽缸的各个燃烧室里。
在一种优选的实施形式中包括:共同起作用的机构在喷油阀上有一个筋条,在容纳部上有一个与此适配的槽,其中该筋条设在例如用于一个插接连接件的一个托架上,该插接连接件用于连接一个气门控制机构。
在一种优选的改进方案中,汽缸盖有一个凸缘,喷油阀的容纳部就至少部分地设在该凸缘里。

具体实施方式
由图1可见,喷油阀10包括有一个阀体12和一个用于连接尚未示出的一个气门控制机构的插接连接件16的托架14。在托架14上整体成型出一个筋条18。喷油阀的纵向轴线用19表示。
由图2可见,汽缸盖21是为直接喷射的内燃机设计的并包括有多个用于各个喷油阀的容纳部20,22,24以及带有一个铸入的进气板30的一个进气道28。
这些容纳部20,22,24各有一个槽26,其结构与喷油阀10的筋条18相配合。喷油阀10装入此容纳部22里,其中可以看到:筋条18和槽26机械地共同作用,从而预先限定了喷油阀10在容纳部22中的与围绕纵向轴线19的旋转有关的位置或者定位。为此使筋条18精确地配合在槽26里,从而喷油阀10既不不会沿错误的定位方向插入在容纳部22里,也不会在插入容纳部22之后使喷油阀10旋转。

Claims (3)
