Description

卫生巾
本发明涉及一种用于吸收和保持人体流出物的卫生巾或月经垫。
穿戴者在使用卫生巾时，通常是把卫生巾背面的粘着区固定到她的内裤裆区。
目前的卫生巾，当内衣下滑时容易向下滑动，所以，卫生巾与穿戴者的阴道口以及附近区域分开。容易造成令人讨厌的人体流出物的泄漏。
鉴于这个问题，本发明的目的是提供一种新型卫生巾，它能够消除由于以上的原因而造成的人体流出物的泄漏。
按照本发明提供的卫生巾，包括：由可渗透液体的顶片、不透液体的底片和置于顶片与底片之间的第一液体吸收芯组成的第一部分，由基本上渗透液体且能弹性伸缩的弹性片和被上述两片弹性伸缩片包住的的第二液体吸收芯组成的第二部分，第二液体吸收芯占据第二部分的中心区域，其中，第一部分和第二部分分别具有沿纵向限定的前端部和后端部，以及沿横向限定的相对的侧缘部分，第二部分置于第一部分上，并且第二部分的前端部和后端部在沿纵向的拉伸力状态下，分别接合到第一部分的前端部和后端部的上表面上。
依据本发明的一个实施例，第一部分的相对的侧缘部分超出第二部分对应的相对的侧缘部分向外延伸。在这个实施例中，第二部分沿纵向的拉伸率为5-50％，沿纵向收缩力为11.8-196.9g/cm，优选地是通过第二液体吸收芯的存在使第二部分的中心区向上凸出。
图1是依据本发明一个实施例构成的卫生巾的局部切除一些部分后的透视图。
图2是沿图1中线A-A看去卫生巾一个截面的透视图。
图3是沿线B-B的剖视图。
以下将结合附图描述本发明的卫生巾，以便从中更详细地理解本发明。
图1是局部切除一些部分后的卫生巾1的透视图，图2是沿图1中线A-A看去卫生巾一个截面的透视图。卫生巾1主要包括第一部分2和第一部分2之上的第二部分10。先使第二部分10处在纵向拉伸状态，然后使它的纵向相对端部与第一部分2的纵向相对端部相接合，以便在第二部分10弹性紧缩时，第二部分10引起第一部分2沿纵向向下弯曲。
第一部分2包括可渗透液体的顶片3，不透液体的底片4和置于这两片2、3之间的第一液体吸收芯5。根据需要，第一液体吸收芯5可以与顶片2和底片3中至少一个的内表面相粘合。使顶片2和底片3向外延伸超出上述第一液体吸收芯5的周边的部分接触放置，然后通过合适的粘合剂或热封技术把它们粘合在一起。
第二部分10包括可渗透液体的弹性片11、12和置于这两片11、12之间的第二液体吸收芯13。第二液体吸收芯13可以与这两片11、12中最少一片的内表面相粘合。使两片11、12向外延伸超出第二液体吸收芯13的周边的部分接触放置，然后通过合适的粘合剂或热封技术把它们粘合在一起。第二液体吸收芯13在弹性片11、12之间，占居第二部分10的中心区域，因此第二部分10的中心区域突出。包住第二液体吸收芯13的顶面的弹性片11，在对应于第二液体吸收芯13的中心区域上形成有许多可渗透液体的孔14。
第一部分2和第二部分10分别具有纵向相对端部6、7和15、16以及横向相对侧缘部分8、17和9、18。端部6、15和7、16分别放在穿戴者穿戴内衣身体的前面和后面，并且沿卫生巾的横向伸展。横向相对侧缘部分8、17和9、18沿内裤裆区的横向相对侧缘部分纵向伸展。在中心区域的附近，第二部分10的横向尺寸比第一部分2的对应尺寸小，第二液体吸收芯13的横向尺寸也比第一液体吸收芯5的对应尺寸小。
使第二部分10在纵向拉伸状态下，将它的纵向相对端部15、16与第一部分2的纵向相对端部6、7在其上表面上相接合。这种接合可以通过众所周知的热封技术或合适的粘合剂来实现。将第二部分10的前端部与后端部15、16之间的拉伸率调到5-50％范围内，由拉伸状态产生的收缩力调到11.8-196.9g/cm范围内，最好是在11.8-118.1g/cm范围内。
图3是沿图1中线B-B剖的卫生巾剖视图，由于释放第二部分10而收缩。采用这种结构的卫生巾1，在卫生巾1实际使用前开包时，第二部分10的收缩力反抗第一部分2的刚性使第一部分2沿纵向向下弯曲。因此，第二部分10在弹性片11、12的前后端部15、16之间实际上在水平方向上延伸，第二部分10除了弹性片11、12的前后端部15、16外，其余部分趋向于向上与第一部分2的顶片3分开。
卫生巾1放在穿戴者的身体上，第一和第二部分2、10通常是彼此完全接触，并且紧密地贴着穿戴者的阴部(两腿分叉处)。然而，如果固定有卫生巾1的内裤随机地下滑，第一部分2可能与穿戴者的阴部分开。即使在这种情况下，第二部分10的中心区域与穿戴者的裆区仍保持接触，第二部分10的第二液体吸收芯13能有效地吸收体内流出物。因此，不用担心会出现体内流出物的泄漏。没有被第二液体吸收芯13吸收的体内流出物能被位于第二部分10下面的第一部分2的第一液体吸收芯5可靠地吸收。
虽然形成第二部分10的弹性片11、12可采用多种类型的材料，但可使用的材料最好从一组带孔的片层材料中选择，带孔材料包括通过把混合有合成橡胶的弹性膜经过激光、热压花或者开狭缝拓宽处理而得到的的材料，例如：合成橡胶的纺粘非织造布或熔喷非织造布，弹性材料和无纺织物的叠层等等。第二液体吸收芯13的横向尺寸最好是在10-60mm的范围内，在20-40mm的范围内更好，第二液体吸收芯13的纵向尺寸最好是在50mm或更大。第二液体吸收芯13的厚度最好是10-15mm。第一和第二液体吸收芯5、13两者最好都包含有超吸收的聚合物微粒，由此，第二液体吸收芯13的包容物密度和/或吸收速率最好比第一液体吸收芯5的高。由第二液体吸收芯13占据第二部分10形成的区域的横截面最好从侧缘向中间逐渐凸出，并且这个区域明显比由第一液体吸收芯5占据第一部分2形成的区域柔软。
第二部分10的纵向相对端部15、16与向外延伸超出第一液体吸收芯5的周边的部分上的顶片3的上表面相接合。在这种情况下，接合到顶片3的上表面的第二部分10的端部15、16可以准确地置于第一液体吸收芯5的相对应的端部上，从而在第二部件10收缩力的作用下，使第一液体吸收芯5易于沿纵向向下弯曲。为了避免由于第一部分2沿纵向向下弯曲而导致顶片3与第一液体吸收芯5分开，而可以使第一液体吸收芯5间断地粘结到顶片3上。
采用这种新型的卫生巾，即使在穿戴者穿戴的内裤下滑，第一部分与穿戴者的阴部分开时，也能够安全地防止人体流出物的泄漏。这是由独特的结构确保的，即第二部分始终向上与第一部分弹性分开而使第二部分紧贴着穿戴者的阴部。另外，第一部分和第二部分在纵向和横向上能够相对移动，尤其是在卫生巾的横向上移动。因此，即使在第一部分沿横向与内衣一起移动时，仍可以使第二部分可靠地贴着穿戴者的阴部，因此，可以防止由于第一部分发生横向移动而引起的人体流出物泄漏。

Claims (4)

1、一种卫生巾，包括：由可渗透液体的顶片、不透液体的底片和置于上述顶片与上述底片之间的第一液体吸收芯组成的第一部分，由基本上渗透液体且能弹性伸缩的弹性片和被上述弹性伸缩片包住的第二液体吸收芯组成的第二部分，第二液体吸收芯占据上述第二部分的中心区域，其特征在于：
上述第一和第二部分分别具有沿纵向限定的前端部和后端部，以及沿横向限定的相对的上述侧缘部分，上述第二部分置于第一部分上，并且上述第二部分的前端部和后端部在沿上述纵向拉伸状态下，分别接合到上述第一部分的前端部和后端部的上表面上。
2、如权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于：上述第一部分的上述相对侧缘部分超出上述第二部分对应的相对上述侧缘部分向外延伸。
3、如权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于：上述第二部分沿纵向拉伸率为5-50％，沿纵向收缩力为11.8-196.9g/cm。
4、如权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于：通过上述第二液体吸收芯的存在使上述第二部分的上述液体吸收芯区域向上凸出。
