Abstract

本发明涉及一种由具有优质保金效果的树脂、有机溶剂、增塑剂以及颜料预制体溶解混合而成的应用于凹版、柔版印刷中溶剂型金墨调配的特种调金油。它的组份、含量如下:热塑性甲基丙烯酸甲酯/甲基丙烯酸丁酯共聚树脂 10-50%、乙酸乙酯 30-80%、丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯 1-25%、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯 1-15%、颜料预制体 1-10%。

溶剂型凹印、柔印特种调金油
一、技术领域:
本发明属于一种凹版、柔版印刷中所用溶剂型金墨,具体涉及一种溶剂型凹印、柔印特种调金油。
二、背景技术
在所有金墨印刷的场合,以凹印、柔印溶剂型金墨的印刷品金属质感为最好。凹印、柔印溶剂型金墨的制备方法为:将金粉(条、浆)用溶剂浸润后混合于调金油中搅拌均匀而成。为了保证必要的金属质感,使用普通调金油所制得的传统金墨必须维持高的金粉含量,故其印刷品在基材(或承印物)上的附着力极差,因此传统金墨大多只能印刷一些线条和小面积图案,从而使金在印刷品中的表现受到极大限制,大面积的印金、金上再印、金上烫金等工艺很难完成,同时近年来顺应环保要求而设想采用在白卡纸上印金以替代无法回收的金卡纸的方案也无法实施。
三、发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是降低金墨中的金粉含量,解决传统金墨在基材上附着力差的缺陷,但又可确保由其调制的金墨和传统金墨之印刷品的金属质感相当,同时可降低成本,从而使凹印、柔印金墨可以实现大面积(包括整版)印刷、金上再印、金上烫金的工艺以及白卡纸上印金替代金卡纸的环保设计也有了切实的技术支持。
一种溶剂型凹印、柔印特种调金油,它是由下述配比的组份制成的,用量为重量:
热塑性甲基丙烯酸甲酯/甲基丙烯酸丁酯共聚树脂  10-50%
乙酸乙酯                                     30-80%
丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯                             1-25%
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯                             1-15%
颜料预制体                                   1-10%
共聚树脂还可选用如下树脂来代替:热塑性丙烯酸树脂、乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚树脂、氯乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚树脂、氯乙烯/乙烯基醚共聚树脂、纤维素及其衍生物类树脂、聚酰胺树脂、聚氨酯树脂、聚乙烯醇树脂、改性松香树脂。有机溶剂选用低沸点的酯、酮、醇、醚、芳香族、醚酯。将树脂和颜料预制体分别用乙酸乙酯、丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯预溶解,加入剩余各组分搅拌均匀,操作过程中的温度不可超过60℃。
通过加入颜料预制体提高金墨的着色力,进而减少金粉的用量,达到附着力的提高,仍维持印刷品金属质感而且与普通金墨印刷品的质量相当。
发明的效果通过对比实验加以说明

其中:印刷机为BOBST820型六色机,印刷基材为230克白卡纸,印刷时各金墨粘相同;
附着力测试样品为直接在基材上整版印金印刷样;
层间附着力测试样品为首先在基材整版印金,之后再在金上整版印透明红的印刷样;
附着力的测试按QB/140000-JH001-2000方法进行,5级最好:油墨皮膜几乎没有剥离;1级最差:油墨皮膜几乎完全剥离。
烫金牢度,良好为图案均匀完整、边缘齐整,差为图案有漏缺、边缘发毛;
模压抗折强度,良好为图案均匀完整、边缘齐整,差为图案有漏缺、边缘发毛。
综上实验可得:本发明和传统调金油相比在金墨印刷中具有:相当的金属质感,在各种基材上优良的附着力及烫金、模压牢度,显著的成本降低优势。

热塑性甲基丙烯酸甲酯/甲基丙烯酸丁酯共聚树脂     10-50%
乙酸乙酯                                        30-80%
丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯                                1-25%
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯                                1-15%
颜料预制体                                      1-10%
2、根据权利要求书1所述的溶剂型凹印、柔印特种调金油,其特征是:共聚树脂还可选用如下树脂来代替:热塑性丙烯酸树脂、乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚树脂、氯乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚树脂、氯乙烯/乙烯基醚共聚树脂、纤维素及其衍生物类树脂、聚酰胺树脂、聚氨酯树脂、聚乙烯醇树脂、改性松香树脂。
