Abstract
The present invention relates to a hand-standing exercising machine for building up the strength of upper body muscles and training the muscles of waist and abdomen through the upper body exercising device mounted on the lower supporting part to obtain the exercising effects on the whole body. With exercising upper body or the whole body in various ways on the hand-standing status, a user could maintain health.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a handstand exercise apparatus for the whole body, by which a user can strengthen upper muscles of the body and also exercise the waist and abdomen and the like by using an upper body exercising apparatus mounted on a lower support of the apparatus when doing a handstand.
The present invention relates to an inversion exercise device in which a bearing installed between a back plate and a frame can absorb shock received at a waist of a user when the inverted position of the user is suddenly switched.
The present invention relates to an inverted training apparatus in which a trapezoidal structure of a lower portion of a frame prevents shoulders of a user from colliding against the frame when exercising. Further, with the "R" -shaped side structure perpendicular to the lower structure and the shoulder of the backboard, and by partially modifying the shoulder of the backboard on which the user lies, it is possible to prevent the user's shoulders from hitting the frame when performing exercise using the upper body trainer, and to increase stability.
Background
The inversion exercise apparatus comprises a standard size backboard on which the user lies, a fixed frame which erects the backboard, and means for securing the body above them (i.e. backboard and frame).
Most vertical devices currently on the market are of two types: a manual type constituted by the above three components and an electric type with a motor between the back plate and the frame.
However, (1) conventional inversion exercise devices (i.e., upright devices), whether manual or powered, simply help users tilt when they are inverted, without involving other exercises that are beneficial to physical development.
In addition, (2) since the frame is shaped like a square column welded at a right angle to the substructure, when the user turns his/her body upside down on such a conventional apparatus, her/his body bumps against the frame. The substructure consists of large and small pipes or wood joined together at right angles.
Finally, (3) the back plate of the conventional device is simply quadrangular, so if the user turns her/his shoulders on the back plate while hanging upside down, she/he will hit against the back plate.
Meanwhile, korean registered utility model No.215650 discloses a vertical device that can combine handstanding with other exercises to improve the problems mentioned in (1) of the above-mentioned problems.
According to the official report, the vertical device includes a back plate with a safety belt, a frame supporting the back plate to be vertically erected, and a bicep muscle press (training device). The handle of the biceps pushing machine is close to the ground, and other parts of the biceps pushing machine are fixed on the frame.
However, this device only allows the user to do push-ups and exercise their arms while supporting his/her full weight with the handles when semi-upright.
Disclosure of the invention
To remedy the drawbacks of the conventional inversion apparatuses described above, it is an object of the present invention to provide an improved inversion apparatus which allows exercise of the whole body, which (1) allows the user to move the whole body without the shoulders hitting against the frame, and (2) allows exercise of strengthening the upper limbs in inversion.
Further, another object of the present invention is to provide an inversion exercise device having a general effect, which will enable a juvenile to heighten, correct the posture of the user, provide sufficient blood circulation to the brain and spread throughout the whole body, prevent dementia/stroke/paralysis, make the skin more beautiful by discharging thrombus and congestion of the body in the discharge (through which senile diseases such as arteriosclerosis, myocardial infarction can be prevented); and finally eliminate fatigue and relieve pressure by stretching.
In particular, by strengthening the center of the lower abdomen in men, their sexual ability can be improved.
On the one hand, the present invention or the handstanding exercise device with whole body effect is remarkably characterized by relying on the trapezoidal frame bottom, which can solve the technical problem described in (1).
For example, the base can be manufactured by vertically connecting a relatively short reinforcing bar to two relatively long side bars. This is more efficient if the two side bars are arranged non-parallel with the front ends being spaced further apart than the rear ends. The front end refers to the portion that the user can see when standing upside down on the device. The frame can be made more stable if several reinforcement bars are arranged between the two side bars.
On the other hand, the present invention, which solves the technical problem described in (1), is characterized in that both side supports of the frame are "R" shaped.
For example, the side supports can be manufactured by bending a given tube into an "R" shape, or by welding several tubes of different lengths into an "R" shape. In this case, it is preferable to arrange the bottom ends of the upright side bars at the same point on both sides of the bottom frame with the larger gap (gap) towards the bottom ends.
In addition, a more desirable embodiment of the present invention has the upright bars fixed on both sides thereof to the both-side bottom bars, which constitute the above-mentioned bottom. The shaft support is mounted on the upper portion of the upright side bar. Each of the shaft supports has a rotary shaft mounted on both sides of a back plate, which will be described later.
The thus-provided frame of the present invention prevents the body of the user from hitting against the frame by providing a sufficient space for the user to swing the body left and right when exercising the upper body in an inverted state. Compared to a conventional rectangular frame, this frame ensures greater stability since the body centre of gravity only moves between the bars on both sides of the bottom, regardless of the intensity of the movement.
The present invention, which solves the technical problem described in (2), is distinguished by an upper body exercising device which is added to a conventional handstand device (composed of a back plate and a frame).
The frame may be made in conventional form by providing square posts on a rectangular base frame, or may be made in the form described above. In both cases, however, it is preferable to have a shaft support to support the rotation shaft of the back plate (details thereof will be described later).
The back plate refers to a short plate fixed on a rectangular back plate frame, which is as described above. The rotation shaft connected to the back plate frame protrudes from the center of both sides of the back plate. A foot restraint is disposed on either shorter side of the backboard.
If a portion is removed, it is desirable to remove a portion that the user's shoulders can contact, and the device is more effective because the user can exercise without the user's shoulders hitting the frame and the back plate regardless of the intensity of the exercise.
Biceps jack, chest expander, and knee brace may be used as the upper body trainer/developer.
If bicep jacks are considered acceptable upper body exercise devices, it may be desirable to mount them on the front, sides, or back of an inverted user. Here, the "front portion" refers to a movement direction of the head of the user when performing sit-up in an inverted state.
This combination may allow for full body exercises as the user may perform various upper body exercises, such as using the bicep jack in an inverted position, and twisting the body while using the bicep jack.
The arms are trained and excess fat can be removed by applying force to the waist and abdomen to contract and expand repeatedly. By straightening the curved back from a poor posture, it can stretch the body, increasing height. By collecting blood through the head, a harmonious blood circulation is created, which can prevent memory impairment and dementia. Senile diseases such as arteriosclerosis and myocardial infarction can be prevented by discharging thrombus and congestion in blood vessels in waste products, and further, by uniform lipolysis in sleep and reduction of abdominal fat due to its increased consumption of body fat in muscles and basal metabolism, with the result that the shape (body contour) of developed massive muscles such as biceps brachii, triceps brachii, serratus anterior, deltoid, and trapezius muscles becomes healthy and beautiful.
In addition, it is also preferable to install a buffer between the back plate and the frame, in which case a widely used gas shock buffer or spring buffer cylinder may be employed as the buffer.
If the gas shock absorber is used as the buffer, since the user can operate the valve of the gas regulator or the switch of the above-mentioned buffer by himself/herself while lying, she/he can easily perform inversion or return to the original position (lie flat).
Still further, the buffer absorbs and eliminates most of the shock generated when the backboard is switched from the horizontal position to the vertical position, so that the posture is changed more easily.
In contrast, if the spring cushion cylinder is used as the buffer, the user can stand upside down or return to the initial position without shock at the waist by simply slightly lifting or raising the body while grasping the frame to slowly change the position of the back plate.
Other preferred arrangements may incorporate hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders between the backplate and the frame. In this case, the above-described buffer may not be employed.
Preferably, the above components, particularly the frame therein, are manufactured using inexpensive and durable iron or non-ferrous metals or lightweight synthetic plastics such as engineering plastics.

Since design details may be readily modified by those skilled in the art, the spirit and scope of the present invention should be construed broadly and not limited to the following examples.
Detailed Description
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a preferred embodiment of the inversion apparatus for whole body exercise of the present invention. Figure 4 shows the profile of figure 1 with the upper part of the back plate inverted.
As shown in the drawings, a frame 100 of an embodiment of the present invention is composed of a base 110 and supporting side bars 120, the base 110 being placed on the ground or the bottom of a building, the supporting side bars standing on both left and right sides of the base.
The planar structure of the base 110 comprises two long side bars 111 arranged non-parallel to each other with relatively short stiffening bars connecting them between them, thus forming a trapezoidal shape.
The bottom ends of the R-shaped support side bars 120 are welded to the side bars 111, and here, the distance between the welding points of the support side bars 120 is larger than the distance between the narrowed upper portions, and the shaft support 113 is attached to the upper portions. The shaft support 113 shown in the figures is a tube with a hole, the middle point of which (which can also be replaced by a conventional bearing) can be inserted into the rotating shaft.
According to fig. 1, a rotation shaft 210 connected to the shaft supporter 113 is protruded from a long side of the backboard 200, and the backboard for supporting the back of the user is slantly mounted on the backboard frame.
In addition, a first support member 510 in the form of a roller straddles the edge of the backplate. The footboard 520 of the backboard is spaced apart from the first support member 510, a locator 540 is provided at the center point of the footboard, and the second support member 530 is mounted on the locator 540 such that it can perform a circular motion at a certain angle by means of the locator.
The present invention employs biceps press 300 as the upper body exercising device, including spring 310 connected to the frame, and handle 320 at the other end. Usually, it is attached to the front ends of the reinforcing bar 112, the side bar 120 for support, the side bar 111, or the bottom member having a larger distance between the bars than the distance on the rear side. In particular, the bicep jack has a connecting tube 400 inserted into the side bar for rotation, and one end of the spring 310 is connected to the connecting tube 400. The connecting tube 400 is installed at its intersection with the stiffener and the two side bars. Further, the spring of the bicep jacking machine can function as a spring damper (cushion cylinder), which will be described later.
Next, as shown in fig. 4, the handstand apparatus for whole body exercise of the present embodiment may be provided with an air damper 600 between the back surface of the backboard 200 and the frame 100.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, a spring damper can be used, which can be made of three different components: one is an operating handle 620, the middle point of which is provided with a bulge 640; second, a buffer member 630 such as a spring inserted into both sides of the operation handle; third, it is a housing (housing) with the above-mentioned lever and a built-in buffer member, in which both end portions of the lever are exposed.
The function of the handstand apparatus for whole body exercise thus configured is explained as follows (based on fig. 1 and 4).
The user stands on the foot rest 520 and secures her/his ankle with the ankle fixator 500.
Subsequently, if the shock absorber 600 employed is a gas shock absorber, s/he controls a valve or a switch of a gas regulator connected to the above-described shock absorber. If a spring shock absorber (cushion cylinder) as shown in fig. 4 is used instead, the user (lying on the backboard) can stand upside down or return to the original position by simply gently lifting the body while grasping and pushing the side support bars 120 to incline to one side.
At this time, the shock generated by the rapid movement of the back plate can be absorbed by the gas in the damper or the spring for slowing down the movement, which allows the user to stand upside down gently without fear.
In handstand, the user exercises the upper body or the whole body by holding the bicep press machine 300 installed at a certain position of the frame.
For example, s/he can grasp the bicep press behind her brain, moving her/his body in all directions. She/he can also use the biceps by pushing and pulling the biceps pusher mounted on each side near the shoulders towards the chest. In addition, by pulling the bicep press machine installed in front of its head, s/he can exercise the upper body, moving in all directions.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, since the bottom support structure is trapezoidal and the side stand bars are R-shaped, the user does not collide the shoulders against the frame regardless of the degree of exercise while performing exercise. This configuration allows the user to exercise more stably than the conventional handstand apparatus because she/he moves in any direction and the center of gravity moves only between the side bars on the bottom surface.
At the end of the exercise, the user can turn back to the original standing position by controlling the valve or switch of the gas regulator in the opposite direction.
Example 2
Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of an inverted device for whole body exercise according to a second embodiment of the present invention. It is identical in composition to the first embodiment except that its frame 100 is rectangular as in the conventional device. And thus detailed descriptions about its use and/or effect are omitted because they are the same as those of the first embodiment.
Example 3
Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of an inverted device for whole body exercise according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
As shown, the frame 100 of the present embodiment features two stiffeners 112 applied to the bottom 110, which greatly increases stability.
In addition, a portion of backplate 200 that can be contacted by the user's shoulders is removed so that the user exercises his upper body without restricting movement of the shoulders or hitting the frame.
Also, since the handstand apparatus for whole body exercise according to the present invention can take various forms, this naturally includes changes in the number or material of the constituent members (cloth or square lumber) for increasing the protection range of the frame or back plate of the present invention.
In addition, the manufacturer may change the number of installations and/or the location of the shock absorbers according to their judgment. They may reduce or increase the size of the device, bring together the appropriate components for ease of shipping, or convert them into a "removable/assemblable" insert. Thus, the present invention covers all transitions within the capabilities of the manufacturer including modifications to the above described embodiments.
Industrial applications
As described and demonstrated above, the present invention allows a user to perform upper body exercises, handstands, without bumping shoulders into the frame. By bending the abdomen and straightening out when it is deployed, it strengthens the leg more than twice as much as before, it straightens the knee, ankle, spine and waist, and has a better exercise effect.
Further, the above-described whole body exercise concentrates blood on the upper part of the body, so that the circulation of blood from head to toes is better promoted after the exercise. This purifies the brain and prevents senile diseases such as trembling hands and feet, apoplexy, dementia, arteriosclerosis, heart disease and diabetes.
The present invention contributes to the elimination of thrombus or congestion by excretion, the change of body figure by reducing excessive fat in the abdomen and buttocks, and the eradication of constipation by promoting intestinal activity, and particularly, the enhancement of sexual ability by stimulating the center of the lower abdomen.
Those skilled in the art should appreciate that the conceptions and specific embodiments disclosed in the foregoing description may be readily utilized as a basis for modifying or designing other embodiments for carrying out the same purposes of the present invention.
Those skilled in the art will also realize that such equivalent embodiments are within the spirit and scope of the present invention as set forth in the appended claims.
