Abstract

本发明公开一种环保型绿色植被混凝土及制作方法,是由水泥、粒径20~30mm碎石、UNF-2型高效减水剂、ZV型混凝土修补胶、聚丙烯纤维和水组成,具体配合比是水∶水泥∶碎石为0.224~0.258∶1∶4.42~4.73;减水剂掺加量为水泥重量的3%~5%;酸性聚合物为水重量的10%~20%;化学纤维为每方混凝土加0.9~1.2kg。本发明适用于保护和绿化河道堤防、江湖堤坡;防止道路两侧坡面塌落;建筑物墙壁和屋顶绿化。本发明砌筑河道堤防,可以达到确保堤防的坚固,防止塌方、水土流失;达到与大自然和谐的美观效果;抗压强度可达到15MPa~18MPa,可根据需要做成任意形状,施工简单、绿化方便;不脱落、裂缝、变形。

环保型绿色植被混凝土
技术领域
本发明涉及一种植被混凝土,特别是一种环保型绿色植被混凝土。
背景技术
目前城市表面80%以上面积被建筑物混凝土路面覆盖。这种密实性混凝土缺乏透气性和透水性,调节空气的温度和湿度的能力差,使市区的温度比郊区和乡村高2~3℃,产生所谓的“热导现象”。雨水长期不能渗入地下,致使城市地下水位下降,影响地表面植物生长,城市绿化面积少,结果造成城市生态系统失调。另外,混凝土质地脆硬,表面粗糙且呈强碱性,触觉效果差。同时混凝土颜色灰暗,视觉效果缺乏生机。由混凝土材料构筑的生活空间给人以粗、硬、冷、暗的感觉。因此,突破传统建筑材料的范围,发展可植被混凝土,寻求与自然的和谐,成为混凝土发展方向之一。环保型绿色植被混凝土是近几年来国内外刚刚起步进行研究的一种混凝土,其可确保植物的生长。但到目前为止,现有的绿色植被混凝土抗压强度较低,混凝土耐久性差,且混凝土孔隙内部碱性环境改善薄弱。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种可以解决堤防安全护砌与自然环境保护相矛盾的环保型绿色植被混凝土。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:环保型绿色植被混凝土,是由水泥、碎石、减水剂、酸性聚合物、化学纤维和水组成,具体配合比是:
水∶水泥∶碎石为0.224~0.258∶1∶4.42~4.73
减水剂掺加量为水泥重量的3%~5%
酸性聚合物为水重量的10%~20%
化学纤维为每方混凝土加0.9~1.2kg。
本发明适用于保护和绿化河道堤防、江湖堤坡;防止道路两侧侧坡面塌落;建筑物墙壁和屋顶绿化。利用绿色混凝土砌筑河道堤防,可以达到确保堤防的坚固,防止塌方、水土流失;确保植物的生长及生态平衡;达到与大自然和谐的美观效果;本绿色植被混凝土抗压强度可达到15Mpa~18Mpa,可根据需要做成任意形状,施工简单、绿化方便;不脱落、裂缝、变形。
具体实施方式
环保型绿色植被混凝土,其特征在于是由水泥、碎石、减水剂、酸性聚合物、化学纤维和水组成,具体配合比是:
水∶水泥∶碎石为0.224~0.258∶1∶4.42~4.73
减水剂掺加量为水泥重量的3%~5%
酸性聚合物为水重量的10%~20%
化学纤维为每方混凝土加0.9~1.2kg。
其养护控制条件为:温度20℃~30℃,湿度50%~80%,孔隙率25%~30%。
上述材料中:水泥选取普通硅酸盐水泥,本发明实施例的水泥选取525#普通硅酸盐水泥;碎石是大小为20~30mm机制碎石;减水剂选用高性能UNF-2型高效减水剂;酸性聚合物选用混凝土修补胶,本发明实施例的酸性聚合物选用ZV型混凝土修补胶;化学纤维选用聚丙烯纤维。
实施例1:(实施例中各材料的单位:kg/m3)
(1)将水80、525#普通硅酸盐水泥310、碎石1466、UNF-2型高效减水剂1.24、ZV型混凝土修补胶8.0、聚丙烯纤维1.0混合,用搅拌机搅拌;
(2)将搅拌好的材料放入预制好的模具内,并在振动台上振捣;
(3)振捣完成后,按控制条件:25℃,湿度60%,孔隙率27%进行养护;
(4)养护7小时后,将模具拆除,继续养护28天,砌块制做完成。
实施例2:(实施例中各材料的单位:kg/m3)
(1)将水75、525#普通硅酸盐水泥335、碎石1482、UNF-2型高效减水剂1.68、ZV型混凝土修补胶11.25、聚丙烯纤维1.1混合,用搅拌机搅拌;
(2)将搅拌好的材料放入预制好的模具内,并在振动台上振捣;
(3)振捣完成后,按控制条件:25℃,湿度60%,孔隙率27%进行养护;
(4)养护7小时后,将模具拆除,继续养护28天,砌块制做完成。

1、一种环保型绿色植被混凝土,其特征在于是由水泥、粒径20~30mm碎石、UNF-2型高效减水剂、ZV型混凝土修补胶、聚丙烯纤维和水组成,具体配合比是:
水∶水泥∶碎石                  为  0.224~0.258∶1∶4.42~4.73
UNF-2型高效减水剂掺加量         为  水泥重量的3%~5%
ZV型混凝土修补胶                为  水重量的10%~20%
聚丙烯纤维                      为  每方混凝土加0.9~1.2kg。
