Abstract
本发明属于保健食品生产技术领域,采用简便快捷的绿色工艺生产互花米草降脂胶囊。本发明所述互花米草降脂胶囊由互花米草生物矿质液(BML)与荷叶粉按1.25∶1重量比混合而成,互花米草降脂胶囊具有降低血脂的功效。为充分开发利用江苏沿海滩涂丰富的互花米草资源,寻求新的滩涂利用模式提供有效的技术路线。

一、技术领域
本发明属于保健食品的生产技术领域。
二、背景技术
江苏沿海互花米草植被已经扩展到30万亩,在滩涂潮间带形成了单优势种的大型盐沼植被,成熟的互花米草滩地上生物量达5,600g/m2,其丰富的生物资源蕴涵巨大的开发利用潜力。南京大学盐生植物研究实验室已经对互花米草的保健及药用价值进行了一系列的研究试验,发现互花米草中一些重要成分具有抗炎、降血脂、抗肿瘤、增强免疫力等功效,并已开发出互花米草系列产品。
三、发明内容
本发明在本实验室已经研制出的互花米草生物矿质液(BML)(钦佩,仲崇信,1992,《米草的应用研究》,海洋出版社,北京)的基础上,采用简单的绿色工艺,开发一种具有降脂功能的保健食品——互花米草降脂胶囊。
本发明的目标是为了充分利用江苏沿海丰富的互花米草资源,适应市场对降脂保健食品的需求,使互花米草这一耐盐物种在发挥生态效益的同时,进一步发挥经济社会效益。

本发明所述的互花米草降脂胶囊由互花米草生物矿质液(BML)与荷叶粉按照1.25∶1的重量比混合而成,具体技术方案如下:
(1)干荷叶粉碎,过筛
(2)将互花米草生物矿质液(BML)与荷叶粉混匀,重量比为1.25∶1
(3)制粒
(4)50℃干燥
(5)装胶囊
(6)压板包装
(7)辐照消毒。
本发明所述互花米草降脂胶囊具有降低血脂的功效。
本发明工艺简单清洁,未使用人工合成添加剂及化学试剂。原料为天然植物,无毒,无副作用,成本低廉,为市场提供一种价廉有效的降脂保健食品。
互花米草降脂胶囊的初步人群试验结果如下:
本次人群实验共从报名志愿者中选了10人参加,年龄跨度较大,从24岁到62岁。资料列入下表2。
实验条件:保持正常饮食习惯,无特殊禁忌。服用剂量及方法:本品每日三次,每次四粒,饭前服用。实验时间为31天,从9月28日到11月4日结束。开始服用前抽一次血,服药结束后再抽一次,并做相应检查。

从初步人群实验看来,降脂作用明显;有一定减肥作用。在10人中,6号、7号未完成实验,数据不做考虑。1号、2号、3号体重下降2kg;9号转氨酶偏高,实验期间未服他药治疗,实验结束后转氨酶下降明显。
实验期间跟踪调查,未发现不良反映,服药后的感觉各有不同。综合起来有以下几种情况:
1)较以前易产生饥饿感,食欲增加;
2)在第一个星期内大便次数增加;
3)有一例原来面部易生痘,服用本品后此症状消失;
4)第一周内身上有发热感。
四、具体实施方式
(1)将100公斤干荷叶粉碎,过筛
(2)将125公斤互花米草生物矿质液与上述荷叶粉混合
(3)用制粒装置制粒
(4)将制好的颗粒置于烘箱中50℃干燥
(5)用胶囊分装设备分装胶囊
(6)用压板设备将胶囊压板包装
(7)用钴-60辐射源进行辐照消毒。
Claims (2)
1.一种降脂胶囊,其特征在于它是由互花米草生物矿质液和荷叶粉按照1.25∶1的重量比混合而成的。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的降脂胶囊生产工艺,其特征是按以下步骤进行的:
(1)将干荷叶粉碎,过筛
(2)将互花米草生物矿质液与荷叶粉混匀,互花米草生物矿质液与荷叶粉重量比为1.25∶1
(3)制粒
(4)50℃干燥
(5)装胶囊
(6)压板包装
(7)辐照消毒。
