Abstract

一种电池卡持器1包括在两端具有夹持壁6,8的壳体2和分别由夹持壁6,8紧固的端子60,80。端子80在壳体2的基底4的两侧具有一对接触臂84。接触臂84在电池110的直径部分112的两侧形成有止动件88,88,以防止电池110脱离;在其底边对应直径部分112的位置形成有接触片90,用于与电池110电接触。另一端子60形成有在基底4中延伸而与槽18对齐的接触片65,用于与电池110接触。这种电池卡持器结构紧凑、元件数目较少且寿命长。

Description

电池卡持器
本发明大致涉及一种电池卡持器,特别是涉及卡持币形电池的卡持器。
币形电池在手持电话等上被广泛地使用。用于容纳这种类型电池的电池卡持器是公知的,在例如美国专利No.5,098,802中公开。如图6所示,电池100的电池卡持器或端子机构包括细长端子108、109,端子的一端与电路板102上的导电盘104、106相连,而其自由端与电池110的电极相连。端子104的自由端位于电池110的底侧,端子109在自由端分叉,而与电池的两侧电接触。
在现有金属的端子中,形成有带卡爪的塑料壳体,用于将电池卡持就位。
在美国专利No.5,098,802公开的现有技术中,端子108、109朝一个方向作用于电池110,需要单独的夹持机构来限制电池110的竖直运动或水平运动。这对于电池卡持器的紧凑设计是一个障碍。另一个问题是塑料卡爪较易于断裂。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种耐久、紧凑的具有端子的电池卡持器,能够将电池卡持就位,并且需要较少的元件。
本发明的电池卡持器为这样一种类型,即其具有与币形电池的一对电极电接触的一组端子,相对设置,其中绝缘壳体具有夹持机构来卡持电池。其特征在于一个端子具有细长接触臂,其自由端向外延伸到电池的直径部分,接触臂形成有设置在直径部分两侧的止动件而构成防止电池脱离的夹持机构。
优选的是,止动件在接触臂的自由端形成。
优选的是,接触臂在自由端部具有一体型接触件,用于与电池的侧面电接触。
接触件优选的是位于电池的直径部分。
优选的是,止动件包括一对分离件,接触件位于止动件之间。
下面参照附图详细描述本发明的实施例。

参照图1-5,卡持器1具有由绝缘材料制成的壳体2,安装在壳体2中的端子(第一端子)60和端子(第二端子)80。壳体20具有大致平坦的基底4及一体地在基底4的两端相对伸出的夹持壁6、8。设置在夹持壁6两侧的是切开的拱形壁10、12,形成了电池接收腔22。在图中只示出了放置于电池接收腔2中的电池110的轮廓线。基底4具有与图1中左侧的夹持壁8或靠近夹持壁8的一侧大致相同的宽度,并且通过阶形切去部14、16向壁10、12延伸。基底4形成有槽18,从夹持壁6开始在大致中央部分线性地延伸。
夹持壁8卡持电池110正极的端子80,电池110负极的端子60插进并塑在夹持壁6中,而紧固到壳体2上。端子80(见图2)包括紧固在夹持壁8中的基部82;从基部82向下延伸并沿壳体2的底表面2a向外延伸的触针部82a;一对从基部82的两侧远离夹持壁8伸出的接触臂84。接触臂84具有弯曲部84a,并沿基底4的外侧向外延伸而包围电池110。接触臂84的自由端84b延伸穿过形成电池110外径的直径部分112。接触臂84的端部86弯曲成电池110的曲线形状。
下面参照附图1和2,各接触臂84的端部86沿上边缘84c形成有分开并向下的卡爪或止动件88。另一方面,在端部86的底边84d上对应直径部分112的位置处是向上的接触片90。接触片90先从底边84d向下延伸然后以特定的曲率向上折,因此增加了整个长度,从而增加了弹性。接触片90起到电池110的电触头的作用,止动件88、88起到将电池110卡持就位的夹持机构的作用。止动件88、88位于电池110直径部分112的两侧来防止电池110脱离和沿基底4移动。通过这种方式,止动件88和接触片90相互配合而牢牢地卡持电池110。
如图1-3所示,端子60大致线性地延伸并在壳体2的底表面2a形成有从基部62的侧边伸出的肋64。肋64紧固在壳体2内。优选的是,肋64形成有用于将端子60紧固就位的突起、倒钩等。与端子80类似,端子60具有从壳体2向外延伸的触针部62a。端子60的端部从壳体2的底表面2a开始向上形变而形成与电池110电连接的接触片65。当电池110容纳在电池接收腔22时,接触片65向下偏转到槽18中的一个位置,如图2所示。
直立壁10、12如前述以电池110的曲率延伸到夹持壁6的两侧。上述夹持壁6、8的内侧面按照电池110的曲线弯曲以形成电池接收腔2。此外,当过大的外力作用在电池110上时,直立壁10、12保护电池110和其沿基底4的运动。
一对独立的立柱30形成在壳体2的底表面2a上,使壳体2在电路板上对齐(见图3)。夹持臂84的各接触片90的底端靠近壳体2的底表面2a,因此增加了接触片90的长度而提高了弹性。
本发明的优选实施例已进行了详细的描述。然而,这只是本发明的一个简单例子。本领域的普通技术人员很容易就能理解:在不脱离本发明主题的前提下,壳体和接触臂可以变换为任意所需的形状。
本发明的电池卡持器具有与币形电池的电极电接触的一组端子。一个端子具有接触臂,其自由端向外延伸穿过电池的直径部分,并在直径部分两侧形成有止动件而起到防止电池脱离的夹持机构的作用。因此,电池卡持器结构紧凑且需要的元件较少。

Claims (1)

1.一种电池卡持器,具有与币形电池的一对电极电接触的一组端子,这组端子相对设置,其中绝缘壳体具有卡持电池的夹持机构,其特征在于:
一个端子具有接触臂,接触臂的自由端向外延伸到电池的直径部分的长度,
所述接触臂形成有设置在直径部分两侧的止动件,而构成防止电池脱离的夹持机构。
