Abstract

本发明涉及的是一种灵芝孢子利用超声波膨化孢子的方法,主要采用超声波细胞粉碎机作膨化的设备,利用幅杆产生的空化效果,选用适当的超声时间、隔音时间和隔音效果、低温和频率范围,将灵芝孢子坚硬的丁外壳膨化,具有环保、低温、安全、膨化、能耗低、吸收快疗效好,加工效率高之优点。

Description

灵芝孢子超声波膨化技术
本发明涉及的是一种灵芝孢子利用超声波膨化孢子的方法。
目前现有的灵芝孢子加工方法,只是将孢子进行单纯的破壁,并未能使孢子坚硬的几丁质的外壳膨化,这样,富含功效成份的孢子仍然不容易吸收,被人体排出体外。为彻底解决孢子不能完全吸收的问题。经数百次实验发明创造一种利用超声波膨化孢子的方法,克服了现在孢子加工技术的不足。
本发明的目的就是提供一种利用超声波膨化灵芝孢子的方法。
本发明的目的,是经过以下方案实现的:主要采用“超声波细胞粉碎机98-3”作膨化设备,利用幅杆产生的空化效果,选用适当的超声时间,隔音时间及隔音效果、低温和工作频率范围,将孢子坚硬的丁外壳膨化。
采用上述方案膨化灵芝孢子的方法,实践证明与现有的孢子加工技术相比,具有:环保、低温、安全、膨化、能耗低、吸收快、疗效好,加工效率高。在220V电源条件下直径为18mm的变幅轩,取60g孢子粉在900W功率下,隔音80分贝条件下膨化45分钟即可完成。
灵芝孢子是灵芝的种子,外表是一层坚硬的几丁质的壳,这层外壳凝聚了灵芝的大部分功效成分,包括灵芝多糖、多肽类、赤灵芝孢子酸、有机锗、生物碱类、呋喃衍生物类、亚油酸、三萜类等。科学实验表明,必须将孢子壁膨化,才能彻底解决吸收率不高的问题。如果不破壁或者破壁而不膨化,部分孢子壁仍然难以被酶解,未被吸收就排出体外。如同西瓜瓜子一样,整个咽下会被排出体外,破壁后咽下,仍然会被排出体外。膨化后的孢子就似膨化后的玉米粒一样,极易被人体吸收。有效地破坏癌细胞端粒酶,促使癌细胞衰亡;能够降低癌细胞表面电荷,抑制癌细胞的无限快速分裂,防止其扩散和转移;能够提高机体的免疫力,刺激白介入细胞-2及肿瘤坏死因子的产生,提高NK细胞的杀伤力,促进巨噬细胞的吞噬有力,达到抑制癌肿瘤的目的。它适应所有肿瘤病人及接受放化疗的癌症病人,免疫力底下的体弱者,能够显著提高病人的食欲,振奋精神状态,并能显著减轻放化疗引起的毒副作用,提高放化疗的耐受性,有效提高肿瘤病人的生活质量。
膨化方法:
将若干孢子粉置于无氟环保冰种的冷却槽中,变幅杆置于冷却槽上端,变幅杆下端伸进冷却槽的孢子粉中,在正常工作功率下利用幅杆产生的空化效果,将孢子坚硬的几丁外壳膨化,整个过程在以下条件下进行:
超声时间0.5-99秒,隔音时间0.1-99秒,全程时间0.1-99分;低温指-4℃-60℃;隔音的效果在120分贝以下;工作频率范围为10-180KHZ。
本发明代表了研究开发灵芝产品的最新成果。该项技术解决了中变幅杆、环保冰种、隔音效果三大难点,填补了我国灵芝孢子领域的一块空白。

1、灵芝孢子超声波膨化技术,其特征在于:他有一个科学的膨化方法:
将若干孢子粉置于无氟环保冰种的冷却槽中,变幅杆置于冷却槽上端,变幅杆下端伸进冷却槽的孢子粉中,在正常工作功率下利用幅杆产生的空化效果,将孢子坚硬的几丁外壳膨化,整个过程在以下条件下进行:
超声时间0.5-99秒,隔音时间0.1-99秒,全程时间0.1-99分;低温指-4℃-60℃;隔音的效果在120分贝以下;工作频率范围为10-180KHZ。
