Abstract

金属和塑料层层压制品的联合结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种由至少两层金属和位于其间的至少一层塑料交替制成的层压制品的联合结构,其中每个金属层包括至少两个部分,而至少外部金属层的所述两个部分相互重叠,所述两个部分利用粘结剂在重叠处相互固定。
背景技术
EP-A 983141公开了这种联合结构。这种联合结构具有三个金属层,在该金属层之间容放有两个塑料层。外部金属层中的其中一个金属层具有两个相互重叠并由此可获得一个平滑表面的部分。重叠部位的临近空间填充有粘胶,上述部分的重叠部位利用该粘胶即可相互固定。
其它的金属层和塑料层在重叠部位处延续。这些金属层同样由两个部分组成,这些部分的前缘彼此相邻。其外层在前缘的位置处设有固定用胶带,该胶带连同设置在上述部分外侧的塑料层一起用于在这些部分之间传递作用力。
这种已知的联合结构具有许多缺点。首先,上述前缘彼此相邻的部分之间的接缝必须具有相当精确的预定尺寸。这就意味着这些部分自身必须具有相当精确的尺寸,同时这些部分还要相对彼此非常精确地定位。另外的一个缺点是,附加的结合用胶带必须施加在联合结构的一个自由侧上。因此这种联合结构相对而言并不方便使用并且造价昂贵。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种制作更为简易的上述类型的联合结构。该目的是通过使每个金属层具有利用粘结剂彼此固定的重叠部分而实现的。
因此,本发明提供一种由至少两层金属层和位于其间的至少一层塑料层交替制成的层压制品的联合结构,其中每个金属层包括至少两个部分,至少外部金属层的两个部分相互重叠,所述两个部分利用粘结剂在重叠部位的位置处相互固定,其特征在于,每个金属层都具有利用粘结剂相互固定的重叠部分。
在本发明的联合结构中,所有的部分都可以以相对较大的公差(偏差)来被制作和定位。最终其成本就相对较小,而不会导致不精确或强度不够。
在此,本发明的联合结构能被构造成使一个金属层的两个部分之间的重叠部位可相对另一个金属层的两个部分之间的重叠部位偏置。
如果每个金属层中有一个部分是平直的而另一个部分是拼接或弯折的,则该联合结构的外部是连续并且平滑的。这个实施例在联合结构用于飞机控制板或类似的应用中会很重要。

以下结合附图详细描述本发明的实施例。
本发明的联合结构包括三层金属层1-3,每一层都包括两个部分4’,5’;4”,5”;4,5。两层塑料材料6,7例如由镶嵌在树脂中玻璃纤维基片构成,并布置在金属层1-3之间。
每一金属层1-3的部分4’-5在重叠部位8-10处相互叠放。为此,外部金属层1的一个部分4’具有一个拼接的并延伸至该部分5’下方的部分11。该部分4’和5’利用一层粘胶12在重叠部位8的位置处相互粘结。
对于其它金属层2或3的部分4”、4,同样可以分别具有一个拼接的并延伸至该部分5”、5下方的部分11。
塑料层6、7在重叠部位8-10的位置处连续延伸。

Claims (5)

1.一种由至少两层金属层(1-3)和位于其间的至少一层塑料层(6,7)交替制成的层压制品的联合结构,其中每个金属层(1-3)包括至少两个部分(4’,5’;4”,5”;4,5),至少外部金属层(1)的两个部分(4’,5’)相互重叠,所述两个部分(4’,5’)利用粘结剂(12)在重叠部位(8)的位置处相互固定,其特征在于,每个金属层(1-3)都具有利用粘结剂(12)相互固定的重叠部分。
2.如权利要求1所述的联合结构,其特征在于,在上述金属层(1)两个部分(4’,5’)之间的重叠部位(8)相对其它金属层(2,3)两个部分(4”,5”;4,5)之间的重叠部位(9,10)偏置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的联合结构,其特征在于,每个金属层(1-3)中有一个部分(5’,5”,5)是平直的而另一个部分(4’,4”,4)是拼接的。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的联合结构,其特征在于,每个塑料层(6,7)在重叠部位(8,10)的位置是拼接的。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的联合结构,其特征在于,每个塑料层(6,7)在重叠部位(8,10)的位置是连续的。
