本发明涉及一种油田用油井清蜡剂,它是由烷烃、芳烃、卤代烷及表面活性剂组成,是在现有清蜡剂的基础上,经过大量试验选择了可以有效提高清蜡效率的表面活性剂加入,使其具有溶蜡速度快、饱和溶蜡量大、凝点低、成本低等特点。

油田用油井清蜡剂
本发明涉及一种油田用油井清蜡剂
在含蜡原油的开采中,原油在由地层通过油井达到地面的过程中,随着温度的下降原油中的蜡将在油井管壁上析出形成石蜡的沉淀。这种沉淀的增多将堵塞油井,影响原油的正常生产。目前生产中多用机械方法清除石蜡沉淀,用这种方法清除石蜡容易损伤油井管壁,从而使得清除后石蜡的沉淀速度加快,缩短了清蜡周期。而现有的化学清蜡剂多存在清蜡速度慢,饱和溶蜡量小等不足之处,无法满足生产需要。
本发明目的在于研制一种能够满足生产需要的高效油井清蜡剂。在沿用现有清蜡剂的基础上经过大量试验选择了可以有效提高清蜡效率的表面活性剂加入,使其具有溶蜡速度快、饱和溶蜡量大、凝点低、成本低等特点。
本发明所述的油田用油井清蜡剂,它是由烷烃、芳烃、卤代烷及表面活性剂组成,其各组份配比为:烷烃30-55%、芳烃30-60%、卤代烷14.9-7%、表面活性剂0.1-3%,其中烷烃是为碳链长度7-10的纯直链烷烃或混合烷烃,芳烃是甲苯、二甲苯或混合苯,卤代烷是四氯化碳、氯仿,表面活性剂是非离子表活剂JFC、改性松香或聚醚。
实施例1:
取庚烷30%、甲苯30%、二甲苯30%、四氯化碳7%、季戊四醇改性松香3%混合均匀,利用现有力法制做成清蜡剂,该清蜡剂40℃时的溶蜡速度为20mg/min.ml,饱和溶蜡量为1.05g/ml.10Hr,密度为0.933g/ml,凝点低于零下30℃。
实施例2:
取庚烷40%、二甲苯45%、氯仿13%、非离子表活剂JFC2%混合均匀,利用现有方法制做成清蜡剂,该清蜡剂40℃时的溶蜡速度为20mg/min.ml,饱和溶蜡量为1.05g/m1.10Hr,密度为0.933g/ml,凝点低于零下30℃。
实施例3:
取200号溶剂油45%、混合苯40%、四氯化碳14%、聚醚0.7%、改性松香0.3%混合均匀,利用现有方法制做成清蜡剂,该清蜡剂40℃时的溶蜡速度为20mg/min.ml,饱和溶蜡量为1.05g/ml.10Hr,密度为0.933g/ml,凝点低于零下30℃。

1、一种油田用油井清蜡剂,其特征在于它是由烷烃、芳烃、卤代烷及表面活性剂组成,其各组份配比为:烷烃30-55%、芳烃30-60%、卤代烷14.9-7%、表面活性剂0.1-3%,其中烷烃是为碳链长度7-10的纯直链烷烃或混合烷烃,芳烃是甲苯、二甲苯或混合苯,卤代烷是四氯化碳、氯仿,表面活性剂是非离子表活剂JFC、改性松香或聚醚。
