Abstract

香烟盒
本发明涉及一种香烟盒。具体地说，本发明涉及一种带有铰接盒盖的香烟盒，它含有一个上端开口的杯形盒体和一个与该盒体铰接因此可相对于盒体向着和背离盖紧开口端的位置转动地盒盖。
在下面的通篇说明书中明确地涉及上述类型的香烟盒，但不限于所述的一般范围。
上述这种类型的普通香烟盒外形上一般为平行六面体，具有一个纵向主轴线和4个每两个互相对置并成对平行的侧面，该4个侧面均平行于上述的纵轴线。具体对用户来说，这种香烟盒存在一定的缺点，因为每两个相邻的侧面沿一条对着90°的两面角的尖锐直角边相接。尖锐的角边不仅相对缺乏人机工程的感觉，而且还会磨损经常携带烟盒的衣服口袋。
本发明的目的是提供一种解决上述现有技术缺点的香烟盒。更具体地说，是提供一种具有使用方便的特征的香烟盒。
按照本发明提出的香烟盒可以达到上述目的，该香烟盒具有一根纵向主轴线和4个侧面，该4个侧面平行于纵轴线并且每两个互相对置且成对平行，其特征在于，4个侧面中至少有一个侧面是凸形的，并且沿相应的大致为钝角的两面角与两个毗邻的侧面相连接。
下面参考附图结合实例更详细地说明本发明，附图中：
图1是本发明的香烟盒的第一最佳实施例的透视图；
图2是本发明的香烟盒的第二最佳实施例的透视图；
图3是本发明的香烟盒的第三最佳实施例的透视图；
图4是本发明的香烟盒的第四最佳实施例的透视图。
参看图1，标号10示出带有铰接盒盖的硬壳香烟盒，该香烟盒10的形状大致为具有纵向主轴线10a的平行六面体，它含有一个具有上端开口3的杯形的盒体2和一个也是杯形的盖在盒体2上的盒盖4，该盒盖4沿铰接折缝5与盒体2相连接，从而可向着和背离盖紧上端开口3的位置转动。
香烟盒10具有两个互相对置的较大侧面6、两个也是对置的侧面7和两个垂直于侧面6和7并垂直于纵轴线10a的端面8。香烟盒10的两个较大侧面6是分别与侧面7相连接而形成两条构成前面6a侧边的前角边9a和两条构成后面6b的侧边的后角边9b的前面6a和后面6b。所有4条角边9a和9b都平行于纵轴线10a。
铰接折缝5沿后面6b延伸并垂直于纵轴线10a，而后面6b和两个侧面7是平坦的，并且，后角边9b是构成直角的棱边。与此相反，前面6a是凸形的，大致像一个圆筒的扇形段，其给定的平直母线平行于纵轴线10a，结果使前面6a和侧面7以大致的钝角沿既定的角边9a相连接。与角边9a相对的两个相应的两面角A也大致为钝角。
从图中可以具体地看出，香烟盒10在任何垂直于纵轴线10a的给定平面K上和角边9a附近，由两条与凸形的前面6a相切的直线R1和两条相应的与侧面7相切的直线R2所包围，其中的R1和R2相交形成相应的大致为钝角的平面角A。
图2所示的香烟盒20与图1所示的香烟盒10相似，其差别在于：第一，较大侧面6a和6b是互相平行并与香烟盒20的纵向主轴线20a平行的平面，第二，两个侧面7都是凸形的，因此，前角边9a和后角边9b分别与相应的大致为钝角的两面角A相对。
在本实施例中，铰接折缝5位于两个凸形的侧面7之间，标号R1的直线在前角边9a和后角边9b的附近与同样的侧面7相切，标号R2的直线也在4条角边9a和9b附近与前面6a和后面6b相切，并且互相平行。
图3所示的香烟盒30与图1的香烟盒10相似，其差别是：第一，两个较大侧面6a和6b都是凸形的，前角边9a和后角边9b都分别与相应的大致为钝角的两面角A相对。第二，铰接折缝5沿凸形的后面6b延伸。
图4所示的香烟盒40与图3所示的香烟盒30相似，差别在于后面6b具有一个平行于盒40的纵向主轴线40a的中央部分41和两个位于中央部分41两侧的凸形侧向部分42。
在本实施例中，铰接折缝5至少延伸过中央部分41，也可以位于侧向部分42上。

Claims (14)

1．一种具有纵向主轴线(10a,20a,30a,40a)和4个每两个互相对置且成对平行的侧面(6,7)的香烟盒(10,20,30,40)，全部侧面皆平行于纵向轴线(10a,20a,30a,40a)，其特征在于，4个侧面(6；7)中至少有一个是凸形的，并且沿相应的大致为钝角的两面角(A)与相邻的两个侧面(7；6)相连接。
2．根据权利要求1的香烟盒，其特征在于，上述凸形的侧面(6；7)和相邻的侧面(7；6)在一个垂直于纵轴线(10a,20a,30a,40a)的平面(K)内与构成相应的大致为钝角的平面角(A)的相应直线(R1；R2)相切。
3．根据权利要求1的香烟盒，其特征在于，上述凸形的侧面(6；7)和两个毗邻的侧面(7；6)通过两条对着两面角(A)的相应角边(9)相连接。
4．根据权利要求1,2或3的香烟盒，其特征在于，上述凸形的侧面(6)是香烟盒(10,30,40)的较大侧面(6)。
5．根据权利要求4的香烟盒，其特征在于，上述凸形的较大侧面(6)是香烟盒(10,30,40)的前面(6a)。
6．根据权利要求1,2或3的香烟盒，其特征在于，含有两个凸形的侧面(6；7)，该两个侧面沿相应的两对大致为钝角的两面角(A)与其余两个侧面(7；6)相连接。
7．根据权利要求6的香烟盒，其特征在于，两个凸形的侧面(6)是香烟盒(30；40)的两个较大侧面(6)。
8．根据权利要求6的香烟盒，其特征在于，两个凸形的侧面(7)是香烟盒(20)的两个较小侧面(7)。
9．根据权利要求6的香烟盒，其特征在于，两个凸形的侧面(6)中至少有一个具有一个平坦的中央部分(41)和两个位于中央部分(41)之两侧的凸形的侧面部分(42)。
10．根据权利要求9的香烟盒，其特征在于，含有一个杯状的盒体(2)和一个沿着垂直于纵轴线(40a)的折缝(5)与盒体(2)铰接的盒盖(4)，上述的铰接折缝(5)至少延伸过平坦的中央部分(41)。
11．根据权利要求1的香烟盒，其特征在于，含有一个带有上端开口(3)的杯形盒体(2)和一个沿折缝(5)与盒体(2)铰接的盒盖(4)，其中的铰接折缝(5)沿香烟盒的与凸形的侧面(6)相对的侧面(6)延伸。
12．根据权利要求11的香烟盒，其特征在于，含有两个凸形的侧面(6；7)。
13．根据权利要求12的香烟盒，其特征在于，铰接折缝(5)沿两个凸形的侧面(6)中的一个延伸。
14．根据权利要求12的香烟盒，其特征在于，铰接折缝(5)位于两个凸形的侧面(7)之间。
