本发明公开一种薄木镶嵌工艺,将圆木在常温条件下用水浸泡后,蒸煮6～12小时,保持木材表面温度为70～80℃状态下刨切成0.3～0.8的薄片,经熨烫平整后,选料制成镶嵌图案,将其背面用盐酸喷涂,再进行涂胶,裱贴在板面上,经热压合截断磨光后处理。其特点是镶嵌物边缘断纹不上翘,镶嵌边缘无痕迹,镶嵌平面与板面为统一平面,具有较强的观赏性和艺术性,简化了木板镶嵌工艺,完善了木板镶嵌效果。

一种薄木镶嵌工艺
本发明公开一种薄木镶嵌工艺，涉及在板面上镶嵌图案的技术改进。
常规的薄木镶嵌技术是在板面上刻出镶嵌物的沟槽后，再将镶嵌物镶嵌在沟槽中，或者是将镶嵌图案直接贴到板面上，前者沟槽雕刻复杂，镶嵌物吻合困难，使其观赏性和艺术性大大降低，后者镶嵌图案凸出板面，无法成为一个平面，影响其镶嵌效果。
本发明公开一种薄木镶嵌工艺，目的旨在解决上述镶嵌技术存在的不足。
为实现本发明的目的，具体构思如下：首先将圆木在常温条件下用水浸泡2～3天后，在100℃温度下蒸煮6～12小时，保持木材表面温度为70～80℃状态下刨切成0.3～0.8的薄片，经熨烫平整后，选料制成镶嵌图案，将镶嵌图案的背面用盐酸喷涂，再进行涂胶，裱贴在板面上，经热压合截断磨光后处理，即得本发明产品。
本发明的积极效果在于：镶嵌物边缘断纹不上翘，镶嵌边缘无痕迹，镶嵌平面与板面为统一平面，具有较强的观赏性和艺术性，简化了木板镶嵌工艺，完善了木板镶嵌效果。
下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
取圆椴木用水浸泡3天，再置于100℃温度下蒸煮8个小时，取出后保持木材表面温度在72℃条件下，刨切成0.5毫米的薄片，熨烫平整后，选料雕刻制成镶嵌图案，将镶嵌图案的背面用5％的盐酸均匀喷涂，再涂一层胶水，直接裱贴在板面上，压力为2公斤/厘米2，经130℃15公斤/厘米2热压合，截断磨光后处理，即得本发明产品。
实施例2
取圆樟木用水浸泡2天，再置于100℃温度下蒸煮12个小时，取出后保持木材表面温度在80℃条件下，刨切成0.7毫米的薄片，熨烫平整后，选料雕刻制成镶嵌图案，将镶嵌图案的背面用5％的盐酸均匀喷涂，再涂一层胶水，直接裱贴在板面上，压力为2公斤/厘米2，经130℃15公斤/厘米2热压合，截断磨光后处理，即得本发明产品。

1、一种薄木镶嵌工艺，其特征在于：将圆木在常温条件下用水浸泡2～3天后，在100℃温度下蒸煮6～12小时，保持木材表面温度为70～80℃状态下刨切成0.3～0.8的薄片，经熨烫平整后，选料制成镶嵌图案，将镶嵌图案的背面用盐酸喷涂，再进行涂胶，裱贴在板面上，经热压合截断磨光后处理。
