钻孔工具
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1的前序部分所述的具有插接头的钻孔工具。
已经例如以DE-OS3744091中知道有一种用于在硬的基础例如混凝土、岩石、钢或其类似物上做出孔的具有环形支承体的钻孔工具,该支承体在其钻孔方向侧的端部区有一环形刀体,而在其与钻孔方向相反的端部区设有插接头。此插接头有一导向区和一沿径向越过导向区突出的锁紧区。锁紧区做有螺纹,它用于将钻孔工具沿轴向固定在工具夹中。工具夹有一可沿轴向有限制地移动的锁紧套筒,该套筒具有与插接头的螺纹相配的配对螺纹。在将钻孔工具插入工具夹中时,可通过锁紧套筒沿连接方向的多次的整圈旋转而做到将钻孔工具相对于工具夹上紧。锁紧区的制造将由于螺纹而需要高的费用。
本发明的目的在于,制造一种钻孔工具,它可以经济地被制造,并且可以快速而简单地沿轴向固定在工具夹中。

由于锁紧区的构形简单,因此锁紧区的制造费用特别低。
由于制造技术上的原因,锁紧区的外轮廓做有至少一个凹座。为了在将钻孔工具插入工具夹中时,取消钻孔工具相对于工具套的复杂对准,锁紧区的外轮廓有例如两个均匀分布在锁紧区的外轮廓的圆周上的凹座。
有利的是,导向区在与钻孔相反的方向与锁紧区相连,由此,钻孔工具可沿与钻孔相反的方向用插接头向前插入钻孔设备的相应的工具夹中,并可沿钻孔方向从其中取出。
为了使钻孔工具可由工具夹尽可能精确地导向,导向区最好有两个彼此隔开一段距离设置的导向面。
钻孔工具在一位于锁紧位置的工具夹中的独立的旋转可有利地用至少一个锁紧元件来防止,该锁紧元件设置在至少一个锁紧面上,它例如可为一个在锁紧面上的凹处或凸起或者一个固定在锁紧面上的凸体。
比较合适的工具夹有一支承体,它具有一个孔,一个垂直于工具夹的纵向轴线延伸并可相对于支承体移动的夹紧套筒,夹紧套筒的钻孔方向侧的端部区有一净宽(licht weit),其横截面对应于钻孔工具的锁紧区的横截面,而孔的横截面在形成台肩的情况下越过夹紧套筒的钻孔方向侧的端部区的横截面,该台肩由夹紧套筒的第二对立面形成,该第二对立面朝着支承体的沿钻孔方向的第一对立面。由此,可以做到钻孔工具迅速地插入工具夹中和钻孔工具在工具夹中精确导向。
除去锁紧性能外,还赋予工具夹以特别良好的导向性能,即,比较合适的是使孔有两个沿轴向一个接着一个顺序的区,此时,从孔的口上开始的区在形成对立面的情况下越过另一区的横截面。
在支承体的孔的位于与钻孔方向相反的端部区域内设置一密封元件,以使在工具夹的锁紧位置和钻孔工具的与钻孔方向相反的自由端合作,该端部区域例如具有一空心的支承体。为了在钻孔工具在工具夹中旋转时,防止钻孔工具与密封元件之间的摩擦,支承体的一部分合适地作为环形成,则它至少部分地形成从孔的口上开始的区域并可相对于支承体的其它部分抵抗一弹簧元件的力反向于钻孔方向移动。在工具夹的未锁紧的位置,环的至少与钻孔工具的锁紧区合作的部分越过支承体的对立面,以使钻孔工具的导向区的自由端在钻孔工具在工具夹中旋转时不与密封元件接触。
为了能在工具夹中在垂直于锁紧区的径向范围做到在侧面支承插接头,最好使环相对于支承体的静止部分沿周向至少能部分地转动。
钻孔工具在未锁紧的工具夹中的独立的从取出位置或锁紧位置的旋转可比较合适地如此做到,即在环上设置至少一个弹簧元件,它从环的外轮廓伸出并可与夹紧套筒形状相配地连接。
钻孔工具相对于位于锁紧位置的工具夹的旋转可有利地如此防止,即在对立面的至少一个上设有至少一个锁紧元件。此锁紧元件可例如由一切口、由一在锁紧面上的凸起或由一可固定在对立面上的凸出体形成。这些锁紧元件用于与设置在钻孔工具的锁紧区内的对应的锁紧元件作形状相配的连接。

在图1和2中示出的钻孔工具由一具有管形支承体20的钻孔段2组成,该钻孔段在其钻孔方向侧的端部与一切削环21相连,在其与钻孔方向相反的端部区与一插接头1相连。插接头1有一圆柱形导向区10和一锁紧区11,该锁紧区径向越过导向区10。与钻孔方向相反并与锁紧区11连接的导向区10有两个导向面101、102,它们沿导向区10的周向延伸并布置成互相隔开一段距离。导向区10有例如两个不同的直径区,其中,在每一个这种直径区中设置一个导向面,而且较大的直径区与锁紧区邻接。
锁紧区11有两个彼此相对的并垂直于钻孔工具的纵向轴线延伸的锁紧面111、112,其中,第一锁紧面112在钻孔方向上,而第二锁紧面111则与钻孔方向相反。位于钻孔方向的锁紧面112有两个基本相对的其形状为两个切口的锁紧元件114,它们例如朝锁紧区11的外轮廓113开口地形成。
如同图2所示,锁紧区11的横截面不与圆形相同,这是因为,锁紧区11的横截面积减小两个彼此相对的、基本为扇形的段115。在图3至5中示出的工具夹用于接纳如图1和2的钻孔工具。在图3示出了一个具有在其中间与插接头1的导向区10相配的孔40的支承体4,和一包围支承体4的夹紧套筒5,该套筒例如可用一未示出的工具朝向支承体4并对抗未示出的弹簧的力沿钻孔方向移动。孔40有两个一个接着一个的具有不同横截面的区401、402。从孔40的钻孔方向的口上开始的第二区402有一比与口隔开一段距离的第一区401大的横截面。沿与钻孔方向相反的方向,有一与第一区401连接的朝后面的通孔42。
在孔40和朝后面的通孔42之间的过渡区有一做成垫片形的密封元件43。支承体4的一部分作为环44形成,它形成从孔40的口上开始的区域402并可相对于支承体4的其它部分抵抗弹簧元件45的力沿与钻孔方向相反的方向移动,而且在周向至少可以部分地旋转。孔40的横截面在402区中至少对应于夹紧套筒5的钻孔方向侧的端部区的横截面。在工具夹的未锁紧位置,环44的沿钻孔方向的支承台肩46沿钻孔方向越过支承体4的对立面41。在转动插在工具夹中的钻孔工具时,支承台肩46与钻孔工具的锁紧面111配合作用并且使导向区10的自由端不与密封元件43接触。环44相对于支承体4的其它部分的旋转将用未详细示出的支承面和一挡块限制。例如环44可相对于支承体4旋转90°。
在环44上设置至少一个越过环44的外轮廓伸出的弹簧元件7,其形状为一具有用弹簧加载的球的螺纹销钉。此弹簧元件7在取出位置和锁紧位置各自与夹紧套筒5的内轮廓上的半圆形凹座形状配合地配合作用。孔40的第二区402的沿钻孔方向量得的长度最大相当于锁紧区11沿平行于钻孔工具的纵向轴线所量得的锁紧区11的长度。
夹紧套筒5在钻孔方向侧的端部区有一具有中间的通孔52的底部。此通孔52的横截面对应于锁紧区11的横截面。夹紧套筒5的通孔52的与钻孔方向相反的周围区形成一第二对立面50。从对立面50上朝着与钻孔方向相反的方向伸出一其形状为凸起的锁紧元件51。
如同图4所示,在取出位置,支承体4的第一对立面41和从夹紧套筒5的对立面50伸出的锁紧元件51之间的距离大于沿平行于钻孔工具的纵向轴线所量得的锁紧区11的长度。
图5中所示的环44相对于图4的取出位置转过90°。夹紧套筒5的锁紧元件51和锁紧区11的看不见的锁紧元件114彼此形状配合地嵌入。

Claims (10)

1.具有插接头(1)的钻孔工具,其中,插接头(1)有一具有至少一个导向面(101、102)的基本为圆柱形的导向区(10)和一个沿径向越过导向区(10)的锁紧区(11),其特征为,锁紧区(11)有一其走向基本垂直于钻孔工具的纵向轴线的锁紧面(111、112)和一垂直于钻孔工具的纵向轴线的不同于圆形横截面的横截面。
2.如权利要求1的插接头,其特征为,导向区(10)反向于钻孔方向与锁紧区(11)连接。
3.如权利要求1或2的插接头,其特征为,导向区(10)有两个彼此隔开一段距离设置的导向面(101、102)。
4.如权利要求1至3之一的插接头,其特征为,至少一个锁紧面(111,112)设有锁紧元件(114)。
5.用于接纳按照权利要求1至4之任一项的钻孔工具的工具夹,其特征为有一支承体(4),它具有一个孔(40),一个垂直于工具夹的纵向轴线延伸并可相对于支承体(4)移动的夹紧套筒(5),夹紧套筒的钻孔方向侧的端部区有一净宽,其横截面对应于钻孔工具的锁紧区(11)的横截面,而孔(40)的横截面在形成台肩的情况下越过夹紧套筒(5)的钻孔方向侧的端部区的横截面,该台肩由夹紧套筒(5)的第二对立面(50)形成,该第二对立面朝着支承体(4)的沿钻孔方向的第一对立面(41)。
