Abstract

本发明提供一种即使在训练内裤下窜时也能提高其效果的训练内裤,其方案是在训练内裤(1)的至少裆区(8)的部分上采用使顶片2的透液性能在裆区(8)宽方向的中央部位上相对地减少,而在两侧部分相对增加的结构。

Description

训练短内裤
本发明涉及训练短内裤。
日本专利公报实开平7-33916公报中公开的训练短内裤，在裆区内面的中央部位上具有感知湿润的片。该片具有较高保持水的性能，一旦吸收尿就可以在短内裤穿用者的裆部产生不舒服的湿润感。因为该感知湿润的片通过沿裆区的前后方向弹性收缩而与穿用者的裆部紧密接触的方向移动，所以即使在穿用短裤裆区不与穿用者皮肤接触状态下排泄尿时，感知湿润片也可能给出湿润感。
在上述现有技术中，如果距窜下来的穿用短内裤裆部分开的尺寸变大，则即使感知湿润片收缩也不能与裆部紧密接触，可能发生不能给穿用者提供不舒服感觉。
因此，本发明的课题是提供即使在短内裤窜下的情况下也能提高训练短内裤效果的训练短内裤。
为了解决这个课题，本发明的前序部分是具有下述构成的训练短内裤，该短内裤具有透液体的顶片，不透液体的底片和夹在这两片之间的吸液芯，在前后长度方向由前腰围区，后腰围区和位于这两个腰围区之间的裆区构成，在由这两个腰围区和裆区形成的腰围区开口部分和腿围边开口部分的各自周缘部分的周边方向具有弹性伸缩部件。
本发明的特征部分在于：至少在上述前后腰围区和裆区中的至少裆区的一部分，形成上述顶片的透液性能在该裆区宽方向的中央部位相对低，而在两侧部位相对高的特性。
在本发明的一个实施方式中，上述的短内裤裆区的上述中央部位宽方向的尺寸在20～70mm范围内，上述顶片的透液性能通过在该顶片上形成的许多透液性的开孔占有的开孔面积率限定，上述开孔面积率在中央部位为0～20％，在上述两侧部位为5～50％，并且将上述两侧部位的开孔面积率设定成比上中央部位的开孔面积率高5％以上。
在另一实施方式中，上述短内裤的上述中央部位的宽方向尺寸在20～70mm的范围内，上述顶片的上述中央部位由无纺布或不透液体的塑料片构成，上述两侧部位由透液体的无纺布或透液体的开孔塑料片构成。
在又一个实施方式中，上述开孔面积率在上述中央部位与两侧部位之间逐渐变化。
图1是训练短内裤局部剖开的斜视图。
图2是将前后腰围区在两侧缘部剥开并向前后展开后状态的训练短内裤的局部剖视的平面图。
图3是表示实施形式一例的与图2相同的附图。
下面参照附图详细说明与本发明有关的训练短内裤。
图1中由局部剖开的斜视图所示的训练短内裤1具有下述构成：该短内裤1具有透液体的顶片2、不透液体的底片3和夹在这两片2、3之间的吸液芯，在前后长边方向由前腰围区6，后腰围区7和位于这两个腰围区6、7之间的裆区构成。前后体周边区6、7在腰围区侧缘部互相重合，并在上下方向间断排列的部分9互相接合而形成腰围开口部分11和一对腿围开口部分12。在各开口部分11、12的边缘部分上，各有数条腰围弹性伸缩部件14A和腿围弹性部件14B在周边方向延伸，这些弹性部件14A、14B位于顶片2与底片3之间，在顶片2、底片3的至少之一的内面上在伸长状态上接合。
图2是在接合部位将图1的训练短内裤1的前后腰围区6、7剥开并将每个腰围区在X方向和Y方向展开后获得的短内裤1的局部剖开平面图。如图2所示，顶片2由在短内裤1宽方向中央并以裆区8作为中心延伸到前后腰围区6、7的边缘部的中央片11，位于中央片11侧方并延伸到前后周边区6、7与裆区8的各侧缘部的侧片12构成。中央片11和各侧片12在边缘部分互相重合，通过沿前后方向伸长的热熔粘接剂接合。
顶片2中的中央片11在短内裤1横方向上在20～70mm的范围覆盖吸液芯4，吸液芯4的其余部分被侧片12覆盖。中央片11是不透液体的或透液体的，在是透液体的情况下，往往把开孔率20％作为上限，具有许多0.1～3mm的第一开孔。侧片12是透液体的，往往具有许多孔径0.3～5mm的第二开孔。这些第二开孔在侧片12中占有的开孔面积率在5～50％范围内。通常侧片12具有比中央片11的开孔面积率大5％以上的开孔面积率，因此，侧片12具有比中央片11更高的透液性能。
按照这种构成的训练短内裤1，排泄的尿不会大部分被短内裤1的宽方向中央部位吸收，以顶面1上为主朝向裆区8的侧缘部流动，通过侧片12被吸液芯4吸收。因为在短内裤1上，尿在弹性伸缩部件14B的作用下经常集中在与穿用者腿周围紧密接触的裆区8的侧缘部，在此可以引起穿用者强烈的湿润感。另外，因为在这样的侧缘部上，吸液芯4也通过侧片12接近皮肤，所以吸收过尿的吸液芯4在长时间内的确可以引起湿润感。
因为与本发明有关的训练短内裤是这样引起湿润感的，所以，即使因短内裤1窜下，而使与裆部距离加大，也能充分实现作为训练短内裤的功能。
图3是表示本发明实施方式的一个例子的与图2相同的附图。图中的训练短内裤1因为中央片11比较小，所以该片在裆区8宽方向中央部位，位于靠近前腰围区6的尿排泄的位置上。短内裤1的内面的被中央片11覆盖的以外部分由内片16覆盖。中央片11的透液性能与图2实施方式的透液性相同，该片11的宽为20～70mm，前后方向的长度至少为40mm。内面片16的透液性能与图2的侧片12的透液性相同，但内面片16的透液性能可以从短内裤1的中央部位向两侧部位逐渐变高。
按照本发明，中央片11可以使用不透液体的塑料片或透液体的开孔塑料片，以及不透液体的或透液体的无纺布制作。无纺布的透液体性能除了通过在其上面形成的开孔大小和开孔面积率之外，还可以通过无纺布的坪量和密度进行调节。侧片12和内面片16可以使用透液体的开孔塑料片或透液性无纺布。该无纺布的透液性能也可以通过开孔的大小、开孔面积率、坪量、密度等进行调节。中央片11、侧片12、内面片16的透液性能还可以通过对这些片进行亲水处理或疏水处理来调节。
短内裤1可以用一张透液体片覆盖其内面全部，使中央片11重合并接合在该透液体片的宽方向的中央部位，可是，这样的结构有时会浪费片状材料。
另外，本发明可以用一张片料覆盖短内裤内面全部，按照从短内裤中央部位向两侧部位使该片的透液性能提高的要求进行制作。
因为与本发明有关的训练内裤使尿收集在经常与皮肤紧密接触的裆区两侧部上，并且使尿在侧部被吸液芯吸收，所以即使在短内裤向下窜的情况下也能引起穿用者的湿润感，可以提高预期的效果。当尿从裆区中央部分向侧缘部分流动时，还可以引起不舒适感，因此仍能提高预期的效果。

Claims (4)

1、一种训练短内裤，具有透液体的顶片，不透液体的底片和夹在这两片之间的吸液芯，在前后长度方向上由前腰围区，后腰围区和位于这两个腰围区之间的裆区构成，在由这两个腰围区和裆区形成的腰围开口部分和腿围开口部分的各自周缘部分的周边方向具有弹性伸缩部件；其特征在于：
至少在上述前后腰围区和裆区中的至少裆区的一部分上形成为使上述顶片的透液性能在该裆区宽方向的中央部位相对低，而在两侧部位相对高的特性。
2、如权利要求1所述的训练短内裤，其特征在于：上述的短内裤裆区的上述中央部位宽方向的尺寸在20～70mm范围内，上述顶片的透液性能受到在该顶片上形成的许多透液体的开口占有的开口面积率限定，上述开孔面积率在中央部位为0～20％，在上述两侧部位为5～50％，并且将上述两侧部位的开孔面积率设定成比上中央部位的开孔面积率高5％以上。
3、如权利要求1所述的训练短内裤，其特征在于：上述短内裤裆区的上述中央部位的宽方向尺寸在20～70mm的范围内，上述顶片的上述中央部位由不透液体的无纺布或不透液体的塑料片构成，上述两侧部位由透液体的无纺布或透液体的开孔塑料片构成。
4、如权利要求2所述的训练短内裤，其特征在于：上述开孔面积率在上述中央部位与两侧部位之间逐渐变化。
