Calças de treinamento possuindo uma região frontal, uma região traseira e uma região de virilha no intermédio, inclui uma manta superior líquido permeável, uma manta traseira líquido impermeável e um núcleo absorvente disposto no intermédio e uma manta superior possuindo uma permeabilidade líquida menor em uma zona média transversalmente da região da virilha do que nas zonas laterais opostas transversalmente, podendo assim as calças proporcionarem ao usuário uma sensação de umidade, mesmo que as calças tiverem escorregado para baixo.
