Abstract
多流式换热器包括冷却剂进入管,冷却剂排出管,将进入管和排出管连通的导热管,以及设置在导热管外表面的许多散热片,所述导热管具有许多横断面不同的平行排列的冷却通路。换热器包括空气入口和空气出口。导热管内部形成的冷却通路的横断面沿从空气入口到空气出口的方向逐渐变小。
Description
本发明涉及多流式或交叉流式换热器,尤其涉及具有将冷却剂进入管和排出管连通的多个冷却通路的多流式换热器。
通常,多流式换热器具有多个相互平行排列的矩形管,使冷却管的入口和出口连通。矩形管有多个供冷却剂通过的冷却通路。这种多流式换热器重量轻且可循环使用。尤其是多流式换热器与其他换热器(如肋管换热器等)相比,单位体积的热交换率高。
1982年10月12日公布的美国专利No.4353224(受让人:Nippondenso公司)描述了一种多流式换热器,下面将参照图1进行概述。
如图1所示,多流式换热器H包括供冷却剂通过的进入管3和排出管4,以及将进入管3和排出管4连通的板形管(flat-tube)2。
板形管2是具有预定宽度的矩形板或条形板,且被弯曲成多重U形。多个散热片1设置在板形管2的外表面。此外,如图2(沿含有管3、4的中心轴线的平面将板形管2的2个支管(legs)5、6剖开的剖面图)所示,在板形管2中形成了许多冷却通路2a,而冷却通路2a有一预定的横断面。板形管中的所有冷却通路的横断面相同,因此通过每个冷却通路的冷却剂的量相同。
在具有上述结构的多流式换热器中,冷却剂流入进入管3,然后经过板形管2中沿纵向平行排列的冷却通路2a,与沿箭头F方向流入的周围空气进行热交换,最后从排出管4流出。
在热交换过程中,热交换率取决于冷却剂和周围空气的温差。在空气最初进入换热器的空气入口处的冷却通路2a处,由于冷却剂和周围空气的温差大,因此它们的热交换率较高。然而,当空气到达更远的冷却通路2a,即空气出口处时,因空气已与冷却剂进行了热交换,所以冷却剂和吹入空气的温差变小。因而在远处的通路中的热交换率下降。
本发明的目的是提供一种在空气入口处引入大量冷却剂,且在空气出口处引入少量冷却剂的多流式换热器,从而使热交换率提高。
根据本发明的多流式换热器可实现上述目的,其包括冷却剂流入的进入管,冷却剂流出的排出管,以及将进入管和排出管连通的并具有许多横断面不同的冷却通路的导热管。
许多散热片设置在导热管的外表面,以便加速冷却剂和吹入空气的热交换。
位于空气入口处的冷却通路的横断面最大,而朝着出口处方向,横断面逐渐变小。
因此,在冷却剂和周围空气具有很大温差的冷却通路内导入大量冷却剂,而在冷却剂和周围空气之间温差较小的冷却通道内导入少量冷却剂。由此,整个换热器的热交换率被提高。
通过参照附图对本发明进行描述,将会更好地了解上述目的及优点。

本发明的多流式换热器包括冷却剂流入的进入管,冷却剂流出的排出管,将进入管和排出管连通的导热管12,设置在导热管外表面上的许多散热片11。进入管、排出管和散热片11分别与图1的管子3、4和散热片1相对应。
沿导热管12的长度方向排列有许多冷却通路12a-12f。冷却通路12a-12f的横断面随着12a-12f相对换热器空气入口侧15的距离变化而变化。
更具体地说,位于空气入口侧15的冷却通路12a的横断面最大,而随后的横断面逐渐变小,即冷却通路12b,12c,12d和12e的横断面逐渐变小,空气出口处16的冷却通路12f的横断面最小。
如上所述,冷却通路12a-12f的横断面的变化是考虑到下述事实做出的,即在空气从空气入口处1 5吹到空气出口处16的过程中,冷却剂和吹入的空气之间的温差逐渐变小。换句话说,冷却通路12a-12f的横断面按照热交换率的变化而变化。
因此,根据本发明,在空气进入换热器处的冷却通道12a的热交换率最高,且横断面最大,因此可导入大量的冷却剂,而在空气流出处的较远的冷却通路12f,热交换率低,且横断面最小,因此可导入少量冷却剂。因而,使每个冷却通路的热交换率达到最大。
如上所述,根据本发明,热交换率高的冷却通路具有较大的横断面,而热交换率低的冷却通路具有较小的横断面。因此,每个冷却通路的热交换率提高,且整个换热器的热交换率也达到最大。
尽管参照优选实施例对本发明进行了具体描述,但本专业技术人员应该懂得,在不背离本发明权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,其形式和细节可进行各种变动。
Claims (4)
1.一种多流式换热器,其特征在于,包括:
用于接收流入的冷却剂的进入管;
用于排出冷却剂的排出管;以及
将进入管和排出管连通的导热管,所述导热管具有许多横断面不同的平行排列的冷却通路。
2.如权利要求1所述的多流式换热器,其特征在于,还包括设置在导热管外表面的许多散热片,以加速流入换热器的冷却剂和周围空气之间的热交换。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的多流式换热器,其特征在于,换热器包括空气流过的空气入口和空气出口,冷却通路的横断面沿从空气入口到空气出口的方向逐渐变小。
4.如权利要求3所述的多流式换热器,其特征在于,导热管被弯曲成多重U形,以形成一系列平行的支管。
