Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序所述的且由一个压装管配件和一个与其相连的导管构成的管接头。
具有一个环绕平整管端的管配件的上述类型管接头是众所周知的(见《曼内斯曼压装管配件有限公司》价目单摘录,8/1994),在压装管配件的凸起形端部中总是装有一个密封圈,其中借助一个与操纵装置相连的且带有铰接安装的开口压模的可换式夹持装置使凸起形端部、相邻的圆柱形管配件部和管子一起塑性变形并使插入的密封圈弹性变形。管接头的密封功能是如此实现的,即通过凸起形端部的塑性变形使密封圈弹性变形,并且密封圈在预定的横截面外周部上线形抵靠在环绕密封圈的管配件凸起形端部的表面区和管表面区上。为了承受在相应内压力下出现的纵向力,使与凸起形端部相邻的圆柱形区同管子一起塑性变形。当挤压时,凸起形端部以及相邻的圆柱形区借助操纵装置同时变形。可以从价目单P13~P14上知道,正确的导管插接长度对牢固的压装联接是很重要的。“正确插接长度”在这里意味着,应该在挤压前使导管略微转动并同时一直沿轴向将导管压到由压装管配件的卷边形凹部构成的止动部上地插入导管。与此同时,先前在导管上作出的标记用作校验标记。在一个安装位置上,根据实用的装配顺序而不总是逐步地实现导管铺设,即不是按照测量、切断、去毛刺、插接和挤压的顺序进行装配,而是同时测量和插接许多根待连接的导管段并随后挤压所有的联接位置。但在此工作方式中仍然无法消除这种现象,即尤其是在空间狭窄情况下测量不够准确并可能使可能切得太短的导管无法再完全插入一个或两个压装管配件中,或者在一个位置上校准导管后,已经插入的导管又从压装管配件中抽出一段。当不可能从外面看到导管退出时,仍然进行了挤压。根据导管退出情况,这样的无规则挤压位置由于导管移动而随后可能造成丧失密封性或可能造成管联接结构松动。
本发明的任务在于提出一种上述类型的管接头,其中只有在使用强力的情况下才能使插入管接头中的切断导管退出来。
上述任务是通过在权利要求1特征部分中给出的技术特征完成的。有利的改进方案是从属权利要求的内容。
本发明的关键在于,在压装管配件的导管插接区内设置了一个防止插入导管退出的部件。此部件可以是一个由弹性材料制成的环或者是一个由金属材料或由金属-塑料复合材料制成的环形弹性件。人们也把这种环称为“卡环”。卡环有利地具有一个向内伸出的触头。为了并非不必要地使导管插入变得复杂,触头在插接方向上是略微倾斜的。但在任何情况下,环、触头或弹性件的内部净宽度在不受力的情况下都小于符合公差要求的最小插入导管外径。当在开口压模作用区外的圆柱形压装管配件部内将一个环形凹槽开设于内侧面上时,这对设置卡环或环形弹性件是有利的。所述凹槽可以开设于环形凸起和开口压模作用区之间。凹槽最好由一个向外伸出的圆缘构成。
在设置卡环时如此进行装配,即在制造压装管配件的过程中同时形成上述圆缘。除了密封圈外,还将卡接件放入由圆缘构成的环形凹槽中。在测算出待连接导管所需的长度后并在除去端面毛刺后,将导管端部一直插入压装管配件中,直到装配工人明显感觉到端面已经克服了卡接件的阻力并其到达在压装管配件中的插接极限位置为止。在这种情况下产生了一种近似嵌接的效果。几乎消除了不希望出现的导管退出现象,除非此时使用了很大的力,才能抽出导管。
本发明布局的优点在于,装配工人利用近似嵌接的效果而与标记无关地用手帮助确保了所需的最小插接深度,而且导管例如在校准管路时不可能无意识地退出。无论在什么情况下,卡接件都设置在开口压模和止动圆缘之间,这还带来了以下副作用,即尽可能封住了在压装管配件内侧面和插入导管外侧面间的小缝隙。

图1以半侧纵截面图示出了一个挤压前的管接头。本身公知的管接头是由一个压装管配件1构成的,此压装管配件在开口端具有一个环形凸起2,一个密封圈3安装在所述凸起内。一个圆柱形压装管配件部4与凸起2相连,所述圆柱形部随后在延伸端转变成一个构成待连接导管5的止动部的卷边形凹部6。当有规则地插接时,导管5的端面7抵靠在压装管配件1的卷边形凹部6上。
在图2、3中示出了在导管插接阶段中的或在插入导管后的图1所示的局部A。根据本发明,压装管配件1的圆柱形部4具有一个向外伸出的圆缘8,从而在压装管配件1的内侧面上形成了一个圆柱形凹槽9。一个呈弹性环10形状的卡接件安装在凹槽9中。弹性环10具有一个在插接方向12上略微倾斜的且向内伸出的触头11。
图3示出了插入导管5后的状态。导管5端面7在推动触头11时被压向下方,从而弹性环10从此刻起对导管5施加了径向压力。可以通过相应地选择弹性环10的结构、强度和弹性作用来实现这样的目的,即几乎消除了导管5从压装管配件1中退出的现象,除非使用强力拉扯导管,导管才能从压装管配件中退出来。
Claims (10)
1.一种管接头,它是由一个压装管配件(1)和一个导管(5)构成的,所述压装管配件具有至少一个其横截面呈凸起形状地装有一个密封圈(3)的压装管配件部和一个与之相连的圆柱形压装管配件部(4),所述的压装管配件部(4)在延伸端配有一个构成一个止动部的卷边形凹部(6),所述导管的平整端部在插入压装管配件之后抵靠在压装管配件的内止动部上,借助一个环绕压装管配件的且具有至少两个开口压模的挤压装置并在合拢开口压模后形成了一个不可拆卸的密封管接头,其中开口压模在挤压时不仅作用于包括装在其中的密封圈在内的环形凸起上,而且它们作用于所述的圆柱形压装管配件部上,其特征在于,在开口压模作用区外的导管(5)的压装管配件插接区内开设有一个尽可能防止插入导管轴向后退的部件(6;10),所述部件的内部净宽度在不受力的状态下小于符合公差要求的最小插入导管外径。
2.如权利要求1所述的管接头,其特征在于,所述部件是一个由弹性材料制成的环(10)。
3.如权利要求2所述的管接头,其特征在于,环(10)具有一个向内伸出的触头(11)。
4.如权利要求3所述的管接头,其特征在于,所述触头在导管插接方向上是略微倾斜的。
5.如权利要求1所述的管接头,其特征在于,所述部件是一个由金属材料制成的环形弹性件。
6.如权利要求1所述的管接头,其特征在于,所述部件是一个由金属-塑料复合材料制成的环形弹性件。
7.如权利要求1、2、5或6所述的管接头,其特征在于,在开口压模作用区外的圆柱形压制管接头部内,一个其中装有所述部件的环形凹槽(9)开设于内侧面上。
8.如权利要求7所述的管接头,其特征在于,所述凹槽开设于环形凸起和开口压模作用区之间。
9.如权利要求7所述的管接头,其特征在于,所述凹槽开设于开口压模作用区和卷边形凹部(6)之间。
10.如权利要求7-9之一所述的管接头,其特征在于,所述凹槽是由一个向外伸出的圆缘(8)构成的。
