Abstract
一种用于包装盒的缓冲件,其安置于包装盒和盒内包装物之间,以便保护包装物。在缓冲件与包装物之间设置一个附加的辅助缓冲件。
Description
本发明涉及用于包装盒的缓冲件,该缓冲件放置在包装盒和包装盒内的包装物之间,使包装物免受外来冲击。
家用电器,如电视机、录像机、冰箱和洗衣机等,在制造的最后阶段均经过包装工序。
如图1所示,根据家用电器的种类和大小,家用电器通常都包装在由瓦楞纸板制作的称作厚纸板箱的包装盒10内。将缓冲件12和11安插在包装盒10的角部,从而防止电视机1在盒10中产生运动,同时并可吸收外来冲击,从而使包装物受到保护。
一般说来,缓冲件11和12是用合成树酯如通常叫作泡沫聚苯乙烯的膨胀聚苯乙烯(EPS)或膨胀聚丙烯(EPP)制作。
在图1中,标引数字11指示置于电视机1上部的上缓冲件,用于保护电视机1的上表面和侧面;标引数字12指示置于包装盒10底部表面上的下缓冲件,用来保护电视机1的下表面及侧面。
将安放在包装盒10和包装物之间的上和下缓冲件11和12制作成如图2所示那样的与包装物外形相应的形状。置于包装盒10底表面的用于支承包装物的下缓冲件12,由于过量装载包装物而经受到压力或损坏,于是降低了缓冲作用。
为了解决上述问题,本发明目的是提供一种用于包装盒的缓冲件,它能有效地承受包装物的过载,以便改善包装物的缓冲效果。
为了实现上述目的,提供一种用于包装盒的缓冲件,该缓冲件安置在包装盒和放在包装盒内的包装物之间,用以保护包装物,在缓冲件自身与包装物之间包括一个外加辅助的缓冲件。
辅助缓冲件最好也插入并固定到缓冲件内表面上形成的孔中。
最好辅助缓冲件包括一个放置在、并固定于该孔中的、具有内部空间的管件。
根据本发明的另一个方面,辅助缓冲件是一种圆柱体,并由与缓冲件不同密度的泡沫塑料制作。

参看图3,在本发明最佳实施例中,用于包装盒的缓冲件120是由通常称为泡沫聚苯乙烯的例如膨胀聚苯乙烯(EES)或膨胀聚丙烯(EPP)制作,它具有与包装物外形相应的形状。在缓冲件120内表面上有一孔121,将一辅助缓冲件130插入并固定于孔121中。
如图4所示,辅助缓冲件130是由如橡胶或合成树脂那样的弹性材料制作的管件131,并充注诸如空气或油那样的流体。辅助缓冲件130的高度大于孔121的深度,从而使辅助缓冲件130的上部突伸出缓冲件120上表面一预定高度。因此如图9所示,在包装物如电视机1与缓冲件120之间有一缓冲间隙。因此,根据本发明,由于包装物载荷集中处的缓冲件120局部上的压力可被有效地吸收,因此使包装物的缓冲效果增强。
安装一个阀133来调节充注入管件131中的流体132的量。这样,根据包装物的种类和大小通过阀133来调节流体132的量,就可获得包装物的最佳缓冲效果。
本发明的辅助缓冲件130并不局限于图4和3中所示的形状或结构。也就是说,各种形状或结构,如方形截面或三角形截面的管件均可适于制作辅助缓冲件130。
如图5和6所示,辅助缓冲件140可以是用弹性件如瓦楞纸板、橡胶或合成树酯制作的圆柱体,并插入在缓冲件120底表面上形成的孔121中。
参看图7和8,辅助缓冲件150可以用与制作缓冲件120的材料密度不同的缓冲材料制成。例如,辅助缓冲件150可以用与缓冲件120不同的泡沫密度的泡沫合成树脂,如膨胀聚苯乙烯或膨胀聚丙烯制作。将辅助缓冲件150插入缓冲件120底表面上形成的孔121中。
虽然在图5-8中展示的每个辅助缓冲件140和150的高度与孔121的深度相等,从而使辅助缓冲件140和150的上表面与缓冲件120的上表面平齐,但缓冲件140和150的高度也可以如图4所示那样大于孔121的深度,因此使辅助缓冲件140和150的上表面突伸出缓冲件120的上表面一预定距离。
图5-8所示的最佳实施例由于无需填充入诸如空气的流体,所以其制作方法很简单。
如上所述,本发明的用于包装盒的缓冲件能够有效地吸收包装物载荷集中处的包装物部分上的压力,所以使包装物的缓冲作用增强。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于包装盒的缓冲件,其插入包装盒和置于包装盒内的包装物之间、以便保护所述包装物,其特征在于,在所述缓冲件和包装物之间配置一个辅助缓冲件。
2.如权利要求1所述用于包装盒的缓冲件,其特征在于,辅助缓冲件插入并固定于所述缓冲件内表面上形成的孔内。
3.如权利要求2所述用于包装盒的缓冲件,其特征在于,辅助缓冲件包括:
一具有内部空间的管件,该管件插入并固定于所述孔中;以及
在该管件的所述内部空间中注入的流体。
4.如权利要求3所述用于包装盒的缓冲件,其特征在于,在所述管件内安装一个用于调节所述内部空间内注入的流体量的阀。
5.如权利要求3所述用于包装盒的缓冲件,其特征在于,所述管件的高度大于所述孔的深度,从而使插入所述孔中的所述管件的上表面突伸出缓冲件上表面一预定高度。
6.如权利要求2所述用于包装盒的缓冲件,其特征在于,所述辅助缓冲件是一个圆柱体。
7.如权利要求2所述用于包装盒的缓冲件,其特征在于,所述辅助缓冲件用与缓冲件不同密度的泡沫塑料制作。
