现有技术中,冰箱防护底座一般包含由EPS泡沫制成的EPS底座,EPS泡沫结构按照冰箱底部的形状设计支撑避让位置,但现有冰箱防护底座的强度低,冰箱跌落时可能导致EPS底座发生形变,底座上的设计理论位置变化而对冰箱防护失效。

在本发明一些实施例中,上述弹性缓冲柱120可为气囊柱,气囊柱一般采用柔性橡胶制成,内部充满空气,具有很好的弹性和韧性,从而在冰箱200跌落时可以缓冲EPS底座110所受的压力,保证EPS底座110不发生形变,保证EPS底座110对冰箱200的保护作用,保证冰箱200不发生变形。
参见图2所示,在本发明一些实施例中,上述弹性缓冲柱120的端面可与支撑部的上表面持平,从而可加强缓冲EPS底座110所受的压力,进一步避免EPS底座110在较大冲击力下变形,保证EPS底座110对冰箱200的保护作用。
图3是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱包装底座100的爆炸示意图,参见图1-3所示,在本发明一些实施例中,上述EPS底座110还可具有用于包覆冰箱底脚的后拐角,上述冰箱包装底座100还可包括三面护角140,EPS底座110设置在加强底座130中,三面护角140具有与EPS底座110的后拐角形状适配的凹槽141,三面护角140通过凹槽141包裹后拐角的至少部分。其中,三面护角140可以是由abs塑料制成的护角,三面护角140可以为两个,两个三面护角140分别保护EPS底座110的两个后拐角。
实际上,冰箱运输过程中,冰箱底脚跌落很容易造成EPS底座110角部断裂,本实施例通过在EPS底座110的两个后拐角处设置三面护角140进行角部防护,从而可提高冰箱包装底座100的角部强度,有效避免冰箱包装底座100角落部在较强冲击力下破损断裂,EPS底座110变形导致设计理论位置变化,冰箱从底座上脱落下来而发生形变。
参见图2、3所示,在本发明一些实施例中,上述冰箱包装底座100还包括加强底座130,加强底座130可以是由钙塑板制成的,加强底座130包裹EPS底座110的外周面的至少部分和下表面,三角护角位于EPS底座110 和加强底座130之间,其中,加强底座130低于EPS底座110的后拐角,三面护角140高于加强底座130且低于EPS底座110的后拐角。
其中,设置加强底座130可以对EPS底座110起到更好的防护作用,另外,加强底座130低于EPS底座110的后拐角,三面护角140高于加强底座130且低于EPS底座110的后拐角,从而可以在省料的同时提高冰箱包装底座100对冰箱的防护作用。
图4是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱包装底座的EPS底座的底部示意图。参见图3、4所示,在本发明一些实施例中,上述EPS底座110的后拐角的底部还可具有让位部112,让位部112与三面护角140的底板的厚度和形状契合,三面护角140的底板覆盖在让位部112上,让位部112的设置,可以使加强底座130与EPS底座110底面贴合,保证冰箱包装底座100的防护效果。
参见图2、3所示,在本发明一些实施例中,上述EPS底座110还具有用于支撑冰箱门体的凸台113,凸台113一体成型在EPS底座110的前沿。
其中,凸台113的整体形状可以是矩形状,凸台113的设置不仅可以防止冰箱运输过程中门体发生下垂,而且不需要在装配时塞入垫块,节省了人力,节约了成本。另外,凸台113一体形成在EPS底座110上,可以提高凸台113的与EPS底座110的连接强度。
参见图2、3所示,在本发明一些实施例中,上述EPS底座110的中心处设置有省料通孔115,省料通孔115的设置可以减少冰箱包装底座100的材耗,以进一步降低冰箱包装底座100的生产成本。
参见图2、3所示,在本发明一些实施例中,上述EPS底座110还具有用于支撑冰箱门体的凸台113,凸台113一体成型在PS底座110的前沿。凸台11E3的设置不仅可以防止冰箱运输过程中门体发生下垂,而且不需要在装配时塞入垫块,节省了人力,节约了成本。
另外,凸台113一体形成在EPS底座110上,可以提高凸台113的与EPS底座110的连接强度。
另外,上述的两个第一支撑部111分别自省料通孔115的左右两侧边向上延伸形成、凸台113自省料通孔115的前侧边向上延伸形成,第一支撑部111和凸台113与省料通孔115的连接面均为斜面,与冰箱压机仓形状适配。
参见图2、3所示,在本发明一些实施例中,上述EPS底座110还具有 底脚定位槽116116,用于对冰箱的底脚进行定位。其中,底角定位槽可以为两个,两个底脚定位槽116116分别位于EPS底座110的两个后拐角处,从而便于冰箱在冰箱包装底座100上的定位。
本发明提出了一种冰箱包装底座100,该冰箱包装底座100可以包括EPS底座110和多个弹性缓冲柱120,其中,EPS底座110具有一体成型在EPS底座110上的多个支撑部,多个弹性缓冲柱120均匀竖直分布在多个支撑部中,从而可以提高冰箱包装底座100的底部强度,缓冲EPS底座110所受的压力,避免EPS底座110在较大冲击力下发生形变导致设计理论位置变化而失去对冰箱的防护作用。
进一步地,上述弹性缓冲柱120的端面与支撑部的上表面持平,从而可以加强缓冲EPS底座110所受的压力。
再进一步地,上述冰箱包装底座100还包括三面护角140,三面护角140具有与EPS底座110的后拐角形状适配的凹槽141,三面护角140设置通过凹槽141包裹后拐角的至少部分,从而可提高冰箱包装底座100的角部强度,有效避免冰箱包装底座100角落部在较强冲击力下破损断裂,EPS底座110变形导致设计理论位置变化,冰箱从底座上脱落下来。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱包装底座,包括:
    EPS底座,具有多个支撑部,所述多个支撑部一体成型在所述EPS底座上;
    多个弹性缓冲柱,均匀竖直分布在所述多个支撑部中,用于缓冲所述EPS底座所受的压力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱包装底座,其中,
    所述弹性缓冲柱的端面与所述支撑部的上表面持平。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱包装底座,其中,所述弹性缓冲柱为气囊柱。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱包装底座,其中,
    所述EPS底座还具有用于包覆冰箱底脚的后拐角;及
    所述冰箱包装底座还包括:
    三面护角,所述三面护角具有与所述EPS底座的后拐角形状适配的凹槽,所述三面护角通过所述凹槽包裹所述后拐角的至少部分。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱包装底座,还包括:
    加强底座,所述EPS底座设置在所述加强底座中,所述加强底座包裹所述EPS底座的外周面的至少部分和下表面,所述三面护角位于所述EPS底座和加强底座之间,其中,
    所述加强底座低于所述EPS底座的后拐角,所述三面护角高于所述加强底座且低于所述EPS底座的后拐角。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱包装底座,其中,
    所述EPS底座的后拐角的底部具有与所述三面护角的底板适配的让位部,所述三面护角的底板覆盖在所述让位部上使加强底座和EPS底座底面贴合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱包装底座,其中,
    所述多个支撑部均匀分布在所述EPS底座的左右两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱包装底座,其中,
    所述EPS底座还具有用于支撑冰箱门体的凸台,所述凸台一体成型在所述EPS底座的前沿。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱包装底座,其中,
    所述EPS底座的中心处设置有省料通孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱包装底座,其中,
    所述EPS底座还具有底脚定位槽,用于对所述冰箱的底脚进行定位。
