本发明涉及一种水轮发电机。
背景技术
US-PS4 740 725公开了一种上述类型的水轮发电机。该水轮发电机具有一个涡轮,该涡轮由流动的水介质驱动。在该涡轮的轴上装有一个双极性永久磁铁形式的转子。一个定子用它的导磁片在径向围绕着接收转子的腔。导磁片将磁通传导到在径向上位于转子旁边的铁心上,该铁心设有激磁绕组。
这种水轮发电机的问题在于,包含激磁绕组的定子不能与水介质相接触,因此必须与涡轮密封地隔离。涡轮室与转子室之间的每个密封需要摩擦损耗,以致于合乎要求的方式是转子相对涡轮室不密封,并因此同样地有水介质流入。因此转子室及定子室由必须保证密封的壳体部分组合起来。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,提供一种结构紧凑及可简单组装的水轮发电机。
根据本发明,提出一种具有一个涡轮及一个发电机的水轮发电机,其中,发电机具有一个转子和一个带有激磁绕组的定子,该转子和定子设置在一个壳体内,并且其中转子及涡轮具有一个共用的轴,其中,定子的激磁绕组在轴向上被布置在转子径向投影以外,定子具有爪极状导磁片,这些爪极状导磁片在轴向上被引导到转子的径向投影中,其中,定子被设置在一个壳体室中,它与另一壳体室通过一个隔罩密封地隔开,这些爪极状导磁片具有轴向延伸的区段,这些区段延伸在壳体和隔罩之间,在壳体中设有一个套筒,并且,爪极状导磁片的这些轴向延伸的区段延伸在套筒和隔罩之间。
本发明水轮发电机具有的优点是,结构紧凑及各个部分可通过简单的安装步骤组装。譬如它不需要导磁片及定子激磁绕组的高成本的压力注塑包封。该紧凑的结构可实现:各个部分易于安装地被布置在各个室中。
通过进一步给出的特征可以实现本发明的水轮发电机的有利的进一步构型及改进。
隔罩具有一个径向法兰盘区段,通过该区段形成壳体及隔罩之间的密封连接。
在设置有定子的壳体室中设有所述套筒,它压在径向法兰盘区段上。
隔罩具有一个用于轴的轴套。
轴固定地设置在壳体中及隔罩中;而且,转子和涡轮可转动地支承在轴上。
或者,轴可转动地设置在壳体中及隔罩中;而且,转子和涡轮抗扭地固定支承在轴上。
导流的转子室与定子室的密封借助一个由塑料作成的简单隔罩来实现。通过在隔罩中构成用于轴的轴套还可保证该轴不需要附加的密封。因此对于转动部分不需要任何密封。

具体实施方式
图1中表示出可被应用在一个导水管道14中的一个装置10。该装置10具有一个管状导管壳体11及一个发动机壳体15,导管壳体11具有一个入流侧区段12及一个出流侧区段13。在导管壳体11中设有一个用压簧17加载的节流阀18,它在一个未示出的排出阀打开时与压力有关地释放水流。水流方向用箭头表示。
在导管壳体11中还设有一个旁路入口21及一个旁路出口22,它们被引导到例如形成在发电机壳体15底部的旁路通道30。其中对节流阀18这样地调节,以致于让恒定的足够水流量流过旁路通道30。在发电机壳体15中设有一个由涡轮40驱动的、具有一个转子51及一个定子54的发电机50。
涡轮40具有一个带有涡轮叶片42的涡轮体41,其中,涡轮叶片42位于旁路通道30的平面中,涡轮叶片的宽度基本相应于旁路通道30的高度。在导管壳体11中构成具有一个盲孔25的凹槽24,在该凹槽24中放置涡轮体41的下区段。在盲孔25中设有一个固定轴46的支座44。在轴46上设有两个轴承47,它们与涡轮体41形成抗扭的固定连接。在涡轮体41的上区段中还固定有一个作为转子51的永久磁铁52。该永久磁铁52例如被径向磁化成16个极。因此涡轮体41与永久磁铁一起可转动地支承在固定轴46上。亦可设想,涡轮体41及永久磁铁52抗扭地(drehfest)与轴46固定连接,而轴46可转动地被支承。
发电机壳体15具有一个室32,用于容纳发电机50。室32被分成一个定子侧的室34及一个转子侧的室35。在室32中,定子54用激磁绕组55及爪极状导磁片56形成抗扭的固定结构。在此情况下,定子54设置在轴向转子52的上方,以致于激磁绕组55实质上位于永久磁铁52的径向投影以外,并由此不是直接靠近由永久磁铁52的极形成的磁力线。
爪极状导磁片56对于激磁绕组55的径向绕组方向的北极和南极用轴向区段58布置在轴向上。由此永久磁铁52的磁力线切割爪极状导磁片56及将磁通传导到激磁绕组55,在该激磁绕组中感应出交变电压,它借助端子59被连接到用电器(图3及4)。
定子侧的室34与转子侧的室35被一个非磁性的隔罩60分开,该隔罩例如由塑料作成。隔罩60具有一个轴向区段61及一个第一径向区段62,一个法兰盘状的第二径向区段63及一个用于轴46的轴套65,其中,轴套65被放置在定子54的一个孔57中。由此,轴46对定子侧的室34形成密封。轴向区段61沿着爪极状导磁片56的轴向区段58延伸。
在发电机壳体15中,内底部67上具有一个环形槽68。在环形槽68中具有一个密封件69。为了密封转子侧的室35,隔罩60的法兰盘状区段63被放置在密封件69上。为此还设有一个套筒71,它被移到室32中,并将区段63压在密封件69上。该密封实现了:转子侧的室35可流入水。因此在本发明的水轮发电机上仅需要对定子54的密封。通过使轴46放置在隔罩60的轴套65中,而对于转动部分不再需要另外的任何密封。
为了固定套管71,在室32的上区段具有螺纹73,在其中可拧入一个也设有螺纹的盖75。通过盖75的拧入将使套71压在隔罩60的第二径向区段63上,由此就实现了转子侧的室35及定子侧的室34之间的所述密封。
此外,为了保护定子53免于潮湿,可以设想,在盖75中设置一个孔,用于充入聚合物树脂,该树脂将延伸到隔罩60的上面并因此包围激磁绕组55。
所述的实施例实现了水轮发电机的一种紧凑的结构,其中各个部分易于装配地布置在各个室中。

Claims (6)

1.具有一个涡轮及一个发电机的水轮发电机,其中,发电机具有一个转子和一个带有激磁绕组的定子,该转子和定子设置在一个壳体内,并且其中转子及涡轮具有一个共用的轴,其中,定子(54)的激磁绕组(55)在轴向上被布置在转子(51)径向投影以外,定子(54)具有爪极状导磁片(56),这些爪极状导磁片在轴向上被引导到转子(51)的径向投影中,其特征在于:定子(54)被设置在一个壳体室(34)中,它与另一壳体室(35)通过一个隔罩(60)密封地隔开,这些爪极状导磁片(56)具有轴向延伸的区段(61),这些区段延伸在壳体(15)和隔罩(60)之间,在壳体(15)中设有一个套筒(71),并且,爪极状导磁片(56)的这些轴向延伸的区段(61)延伸在套筒(71)和隔罩(60)之间。

5.根据权利要求4所述的水轮发电机,其特征在于:轴(46)固定地设置在壳体(15)中及隔罩(60)中;而且,转子(51)和涡轮(41)可转动地支承在轴(46)上。
6.根据权利要求4所述的水轮发电机,其特征在于:轴(46)可转动地设置在壳体(15)中及隔罩(60)中;而且,转子(51)和涡轮(41)抗扭地固定支承在轴(46)上。
