本发明公开了一种避免碳酸钠结晶在蒸发器中析出的新工艺,它是将氧化铝生产循环母液按常规工艺进入Ⅳ效、Ⅲ效、Ⅱ效处理后再进入Ⅰ效,此时用泵将沉降槽中的溢流泵入Ⅰ效中与Ⅰ效中的溶液混合后,其混合液再经自蒸发器降温后到沉降槽析出碳酸钠结晶。本发明具有工艺简单、实用的优点,能有效阻止碳酸钠在Ⅰ效结晶析出,克服了原来碳酸钠结晶粘附在蒸发器加热管壁上所带来的诸多弊端,从而大大提高了生产效率,经济效益显著。

Description

避免碳酸钠结晶在蒸发器中析出的新工艺
本发明属于一种氧化铝生产蒸发工艺。
目前氧化铝厂循环母液蒸发都是采用种分母液进蒸发器,经自蒸发器进入碳酸钠分离沉降槽,溢流作配料用母液。种分母液中碳酸钠由于循环积累,通常含有10~30g/l碳酸钠,蒸发过程中随着溶液中总碱浓度的提高,碳酸钠溶解度急剧下降,超过其平衡浓度从溶液中结晶析出,粘附在加热管壁上,导致传热系数大大降低,热耗增加,由于清理麻烦,劳动强度大,固对生产影响很大。
本发明的目的是:提供一种避免碳酸钠结晶在蒸发器中析出的新工艺,将沉降溢流加入Ⅰ效,使Ⅰ效溶液中碳酸钠未饱和度增大,使其结晶不至于析出。
本发明是这样实现的:它是将氧化铝生产循环母液按常规工艺进入Ⅳ效、Ⅲ效、Ⅱ效处理后再进入Ⅰ效,此时用泵将沉降槽中的溢流泵入Ⅰ效中与Ⅰ效中的溶液混合后,其混合液再经自蒸发器降温后到沉降槽析出碳酸钠结晶。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有工艺简单、实用的优点,能有效阻止碳酸钠在Ⅰ效结晶析出,克服了原来碳酸钠结晶粘附在蒸发器加热管壁上所带来的诸多弊端,从而大大提高了生产效率,经济效益显著。
附图1为本发明的工艺流程简图。
本发明的实施例:将含NT154.8g/l、NK130g/l、NC24.8g/l、A62.gg/l的循环母液350M3/h,进入Ⅵ效,其出料为321M3/h,进入Ⅴ效,Ⅴ效出料为296M3/h,再进入Ⅳ效、Ⅲ效、Ⅱ效,其Ⅱ效出料为236M3/h,再进入Ⅰ效,此时用泵将沉降槽中的溢流按47M3/h泵入Ⅰ效中与Ⅰ效中的溶液混合后,Ⅰ效的出料为257M3/h,将其出料经自蒸发器降温后到沉降槽析出碳酸钠结晶即成。

1、一种避免碳酸钠结晶在蒸发器中析出的新工艺,它是将氧化铝生产循环母液按常规工艺进入Ⅳ效、Ⅲ效、Ⅱ效处理后再进入Ⅰ效,其特征在于:此时用泵将沉降槽中的溢流泵入Ⅰ效中与Ⅰ效中的溶液混合后,其混合液再经自蒸发器降温后到沉降槽析出碳酸钠结晶。
