本发明涉及一种固体缓释洗涤剂,由阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂加入高分子粘合剂,经混合、制粒、干燥等步骤,做成球状洗涤剂。适合于洗衣机反复使用。具有洗衣成本低、对环境污染小等优点。

Description

固体缓释洗涤剂及其制备方法
本发明涉及一种洗涤剂,尤其一种固体颗粒状、缓慢释放活性剂的洗涤剂,并涉及该洗涤剂的制备方法。
洗涤剂的主要成份和辅助成份多为化学品,是生活污水的主要污染源之一。由于它们稳定,生物降解很难,而且大多对人体有影响,因此研究洗涤用品新原料和新制剂非常重要。
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种新型的洗涤剂,既有良好的洗衣效果,又能减少对环境的污染,且可反复使用,每次消耗量少,使用寿命长,降低洗衣成本。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述洗涤剂的制备方法,容易实施,生产成本低。
用传统洗涤剂洗衣时,部分洗涤剂未能完全溶解,溶解的部分实际上只有少数被消耗,而大量的洗涤剂在浪费并造成污染。
本发明的方案是将活性剂加入高分子粘合剂做成固体球状,适合于洗衣机使用。在洗衣过程中缓慢释放表面活性剂,与油污乳化。在相互摩擦过程中还生成过量氢氧根离子(OH-),水分子受到活化,使污垢和纤维的结合变得松软,使污迹更容易去除。
本发明洗涤剂以表面活性剂和高分子粘合剂作为主要成份。表面活性剂可用阴离子表面活性剂和/或非离子表面活性剂,可为一种或多种混合,其总量为12~50%。常用的表面活性剂有烷基苯磺酸(盐)、脂肪醇硫酸盐、α-磺基脂肪酸酯、烷基磺酸盐、α-烯烃磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚、烷基酚聚乙二醇醚和脂肪酸等。高分子粘合剂可使用树脂,如环氧树脂、酸酐类树脂、聚酰胺树脂等,总量为6~15%。
为了提高洗涤效果,本发明还加入辅助成份:泡沫控制剂、泡沫增效剂、助洗剂、抗再沉淀剂、抗蚀剂、增白剂、酶、水和稀释剂。
本发明洗衣球的制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)固体原料粉碎过筛(120目);(2)混合;(3)干燥(40~50℃,1~3小时);(4)加高分子粘合剂混合;(5)制粒;(6)干燥得成品。
本发明所得的固体洗涤剂为一种缓释洗涤剂,可反复多次使用,每次溶出很少,但同样得到很好的洗涤效果。因此它具有洗衣成本低、对环境污染小等优点。而且生产工艺不复杂,容易实施。
下面给出实施例。
一、配方(重量%)
(一)主成份:
表面活性剂    脂肪醇硫酸盐      7~40
              烷基聚乙二醇醚    5~10
高分子粘合剂  环氧树脂          3~7
              聚酰胺树脂        3~8(二)辅助成份:
泡沫控制剂    硅油              0~0.6
泡沫增效剂    脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺  0~2
助洗剂        碳酸钠            0~20
              水玻璃            0~3
              硅铝酸钠          0~20
              乙二胺四乙酸二钠  0~1
              三聚磷酸钠        0~30
抗再沉淀剂    羧甲基纤维素     0~0.5
抗蚀剂        偏硅酸钠         0~10
增白剂        二苯乙烯二磺酸钠 0~0.8
酶            蛋白酶和/或淀粉酶0~0.8
水                             0~5
稀释剂        硫酸钠           余量
二、制备
按上述配方,(1)固体原料先粉碎,过120目筛,(2)除粘合剂外,其余的全部混合均匀,(3)于40~50℃下干燥3小时,(4)加入粘合剂,于反应锅中搅拌均匀,(5)制粒,(6)干燥,得成品。

Claims (5)

1.一种固体缓释洗涤剂,其特征在于由表面活性剂(12~50%)、高分子粘合剂(6~15%)经混合、制粒、干燥而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固体缓释洗涤剂,其特征在于所述的表面活性剂为阴离子活性剂和/或非离子表面活性剂的一种或混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的固体缓释洗涤剂,其特征在于高分子粘合剂为环氧树脂和聚酰胺树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的固体缓释洗涤剂,其特征在于还加入辅助成份:泡沫控制剂、泡沫增效剂、助洗剂、抗再沉淀剂、抗蚀剂、光学增白剂、酶、水和稀释剂。
5.权利要求1所述的固体缓释洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(A)固体原料粉碎过筛(120目);
(B)混合;
(C)干燥(40~50℃,1~3小时);
(D)加高分子粘合剂并混匀;
(E)制粒;
(F)干燥得成品。
