Abstract

本发明涉及一种离心式或半轴流式泵叶轮,该泵用于泵送流体,主要是泵送污水,根据本发明的泵叶轮包括轮毂(4),该轮毂(4)具有一个或几个叶片(5)和急剧后掠的前缘(6)。前缘外周边(8)相对于前缘与轮毂(4)的连接点(7)的扫掠角度为125~195度。

Description

泵叶轮
本发明涉及一种泵叶轮,更确切地说,本发明涉及一种离心式或半轴流式泵叶轮,该泵用于泵送流体,主要是泵送污水。
文献中有众多类型用于这一目的的泵和泵叶轮的叙述,但均有某些不足。最重要的是均涉及堵塞和低效率问题。
污水中包含多种类型的污物,其数量和构成取决于排放污物的地区类别和排放季节。在城区,塑料、卫生用品、纺织品等等最普遍;而在工业区则可能排放耐磨颗粒。经验表明,最坏的问题是破布和类似物品,贴附在叶片前缘并进而缠绕在叶轮的轮毂上。这类事件导致频繁地维护和降低使用效率。
在农业和纸浆工业中,使用各种类型的特殊泵,这些泵应能处理禾秆、草、叶和其它各种有机材料。为此目的,叶片前缘均为后掠,以便使污物向外输送至叶片外周边,而不致贴在前缘上。各种类型的切碎方法用以将这些材料切断,从而使其更畅通地流动。在专利文献SE-435952,SE-375 831和US-4 347 035中列有实例。
由于污水中的污物含有其它类型更难处理的污物,并由于污水泵的运行时间一般要长得多,上述那些特殊泵用于泵送污水时并不能满足要求,无论从可靠性的观点还是从效率的观点看均是如此。
一台污水泵每天经常运行12小时,这就意味着,能耗在很大程度上取决于泵的总效率。
试验证明,本发明的污水泵比原有污水泵的效率提高达50%。由于电气驱动泵的寿命成本一般是受总能耗成本控制(c:a80%),显然上述引人注目的效率提高是极为重要的。
文献中对泵叶轮设计的叙述极为一般化,特别是关于叶片前缘后掠问题是如此。没有对所述后掠的明确定义。
试验表明,为获得泵叶轮的自清洁能力,后掠角在前缘上分布的设计是非常重要的。各种污物的特点也需要不同的后掠角,以保证泵有良好的工作性能。
文献中并未给出任何信息告诉人们,如何使污物沿叶片前缘,在径向向外滑行、传送。所指出的是一般性叙述诸如前缘应为钝角、向后掠等。可参阅专利文献SE-435 952。
当泵送较小污物如草和其它有机物时,采用较小的前缘后掠角,可能足以形成污物的径向传送,并在泵叶轮和泵体之间的槽中被切碎。实际上,这种切碎过程是当叶轮以10~25m/s的圆周速度旋转时,被切污物与叶轮和泵体接触而实现的。这一切碎过程可借助于设置切割装置如槽或类似装置而得以改善。与专利文献SE-435 952比较,这类泵用于传送纸浆、粪肥等等。
当设计一种泵叶轮,使该叶轮具有前缘后掠的叶片,为获得自清洁能力,在考虑后掠角分配、泵的性能及其它设计参数之间关系时,存在一种矛盾。一般说来,增大后掠角意味着减小堵塞的风险,但同时效率降低。
本发明导致这样一种可能性,使得叶片前缘的设计可以一种最佳方式进行,设计时能就可靠地和经济地泵送含有破布、纤维等物质的污水获得不同的功能和质量。
下面结合附图对本发明进行更详细的说明。
图1为根据本发明的泵叶轮的三维图。图2为根据本发明的泵的径向剖面示意图。图3为叶轮吸入端轴向示意视图。图4为叶片前缘扇形角分布作为名义半径的函数的曲线图。
各图中,1表示离心泵体,该泵体上有圆形入口2。3表示泵叶轮,该叶轮有圆形轮毂4和叶片5。6表示叶片前缘,该前缘与轮毂连接点由7表示,外周边由8表示。9表示叶片与泵体壁之间的槽,10表示叶片的后缘。11表示旋转方向,12表示轮毂端面。最后,Δθ表示前缘与轮毂交点7与前缘外周边8之间的扇形区夹角。
如前所述,将叶片前缘6设计成后掠是有益的,这样可以确使污物滑向外周边,而不致贴附在叶片上或缠绕在轮毂4上。然而,与此同时,随着后掠角增大,泵的效率常常降低。
根据本发明,叶片5设计成其前缘6急剧后掠。这定义为圆柱坐标系中前缘与轮毂4连接点与前缘外周边点8之间的角度差Δθ。根据本发明,所述角度差在125度至195度之间,推荐在140度至180度之间。这样可以有不降低良好效率的可能性,这要得益于前缘6是位于泵体圆柱部2范围内这一事实。
为了实现前缘6位于这一位置的可能性,叶轮轮毂4设计成窄的。前缘与轮毂交点7处的直径与前缘外周边8处的直径之比只有0.1至0.4,推荐取0.15至0.35。如此小的直径比也带来这样的好处,其中叶轮的自由通道宽,使较大的污物可以通过。
如本发明的另一推荐实施例所述,前缘6与轮毂4的连接点7位于邻近轮毂端面12处,即轮毂没有突起凸缘,这就减小了污物缠绕在叶轮中央部的风险。
如本发明的另一推荐实施例所述,前缘6位于垂直于轮毂轴的平面内,即Z为常数。这就意味着后掠角为常数,不因流量而变化。由于污水泵在很宽的范围工作,这就意味着泵叶轮可设计成其自身最佳而不受所要求的运行状态所约束。

Claims (4)

1.一种离心式或半轴流式泵叶轮,用于泵送污水,该叶轮包括:轮毂(4),一个或数个附属叶片(5);所述叶轮在主要为螺旋形的泵体(1)内旋转,该泵体设有圆筒形进口(2),其特征在于:
一个或数个叶片(5)设计成前缘(6)后掠,前缘(6)外周边(8)与所述前缘与轮毂(4)交点(7)间的扇形角Δθ,在原点位于叶轮轴上的圆柱坐标系中,取125~195度,最好为140~180度。
2.如权利要求1所述的泵叶轮,其特征在于:
叶片(5)的前缘(6)位于垂直于叶轮轴的平面内,并在构成圆筒形的泵进口(2)内,其中被泵送介质的绝对速度本质上沿轴线方向。
3.如权利要求1所述的泵叶轮,其特征在于:
前缘(6)与轮毂(4)的连接点(7)位于邻近所述轮毂端面(12)处。
4.如权利要求1所述的泵叶轮,其特征在于:
前缘(6)与轮毂(4)的连接点(7)处的直径和所述前缘的外周边(8)处的直径之比在0.1至0.4之间,最好在0.15至0.35之间。
